Abstract

The invention relates to a device for detachably fastening a battery assembly (2) in a housing (1). To provide a simple-to-manufacture, space-saving, housing-friendly, and detachable device for fastening the battery assembly (2) in the housing (1), which enables the most uniform force application possible into the housing (1) with virtually no localized force peaks, it is proposed that the device has two profile parts (3, 4) extending in an insertion direction (13), wherein one profile part (3) is arranged on the inner wall of the housing (1) and the other profile part (4) on the battery assembly (2), and wherein one profile part (3, 4) can be slid onto the other in the insertion direction (13), forming an interference fit extending over at least 20% of the length of the battery assembly (2).
