Abstract

The invention relates to a device for forming a rain-draining roof structure (1) mounted in a base plane (7) for photovoltaic panels (5) resting in a cover plane (8), comprising a drainage channel (2) which has a central drainage channel (11) extending in the longitudinal direction (6) of the drainage channel and bounded by a channel base and two channel walls, as well as two side drainage channels (13) arranged on both sides of this, and a connecting rail (3) connectable to the drainage channel (2), wherein the cross-section of the central drainage channel (11) extends from the channel base to a channel opening (12) on the cover plane side, which is free of obstructions, and from the first channel wall to the second channel wall, and wherein a connecting channel (17) of the connecting rail (3) opens into a side drainage channel (13) whose cross-section tapers from the cover plane (8) towards the base plane (7).In order to design such a device in such a way that reliable rainwater drainage is enabled even in heavy rainfall, a cover rail (4) is proposed to specify a distance between two photovoltaic panels (5) adjacent in the longitudinal direction (6) of the drainage rail, wherein the cover rail (4) can be attached to the connector rail (3).
