Warning procedures for integration into test bench automation systems for solid oxide cell systems

Abstract

A warning procedure for integration into test bench automation systems (10) for solid oxide cell systems is proposed, in which function-relevant measured values ​​of a solid oxide cell stack (12) under test and its surrounding components (34) are defined and recorded. Permissible limit values ​​and thresholds are defined for each defined function-relevant measured value in a control unit of the test bench automation system (10) and compared with the measured values. Depending on whether the limit values ​​and thresholds are exceeded or not met, the solid oxide cell stack (12) and its surrounding components (34) are either kept in the normal operating state, an alarm is additionally triggered, the system is placed in a hot standby state, or it is shut down and switched off.
