Abstract
The invention relates to a kit for detecting an active ingredient, which is an α1-adrenoceptor antagonist, in a sample, wherein the kit comprises: capture antibodies configured to bind to the active ingredient; primary antibodies configured to bind to the active ingredient while the active ingredient is bound to a capture antibody; and a detection agent, wherein the detection agent is associated with the primary antibody. The invention further relates to a method for detecting an active ingredient.
