Abstract

The invention relates to a set (1) for treating bone fractures, in particular proximal femur fractures, comprising a bone nail (2), a bone screw (3), and an adjusting screw, wherein the bone nail (2) has an opening (5) through which the bone screw (3) can be guided, and wherein the adjusting screw can be brought into contact with the bone screw (3) in a contact volume in order to determine the freedom of movement of the bone screw (3). According to the invention, in order to achieve correct alignment of the bone screw (3) for the adjusting screw to be engaged, the set (1) includes a tool (6) for the positive-locking alignment of the bone screw (3), which is positioned on a drill wire (16), relative to a further drill wire (7). Furthermore, the invention relates to a tool (6) for a set (1) of the type mentioned above.Furthermore, the invention relates to a combination of a tool (6) and a fastening instrument for a bone screw (3).
