Abstract

Building block (1) for the construction of a wall (2), wherein the building block (1) has four side walls (3) which surround a central cavity (4) in the building block (1), wherein the central cavity (4) is open to the outside on a top (5) of the building block (1) and a bottom (6) of the building block (1), and the building block (1) has connecting pins (7) on its top (5) which project beyond the side walls (3), wherein the connecting pins (7) project as a sequence of connecting pins (7) around the central cavity (4) projecting beyond the side walls (3) and several of the connecting pins (7) of the sequence are arranged on each of the side walls (3).
