Kit for a parapet structure on a building

Abstract

The invention relates to a kit for a parapet structure (1) on a building (2), wherein the kit comprises at least the following: - at least one parapet element (3a, 3b) in the form of a cement-bonded panel, wherein the parapet element (3a, 3b) has a recess (5) on a front face (3') of the parapet element (3a, 3b) facing the building (2) for at least partially receiving at least one post (4), - at least one post (4) for connecting the parapet element (3a, 3b) to a substructure (2a) of a building (2), wherein the post (4) has a rectangular profile cross-section, - at least one extension (4a1, 4a2) projecting from the rectangular profile cross-section of the post (4) for screwing it to the parapet element (3a, 3b), - at least one metallic cover (6) for covering the upper edge of the parapet element, wherein the cover (6) has an L-profile for this purpose,wherein one leg (6a) of the L-profile extends horizontally over the top edge, and the other leg (6b) extends downwards along the parapet element (3a, 3b).
