Device and method for muscle training

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for controlling muscle training, wherein muscle activities are measured and information about the quality of the execution of exercise units is obtained from this, wherein action currents (AS) of the muscle are measured by means of electromyography (EM), wherein characteristic data sets are generated for movement patterns characteristic of the exercise units and thereby train an artificial intelligence system, and wherein during the training the muscle activities are monitored by the artificial intelligence and the quality of the execution is displayed.
