Control of total afucosylated glycoforms of antibodies produced in cell culture

Abstract

Provided herein are methods of modulating the levels of total afucosylated (TAF) glycoforms of a recombinant glycosylated protein produced by glycosylation-competent cells in a cell culture. In exemplary embodiments, the methods comprise maintaining the cell culture at an initial set point pH for an initial cell culture period.
