Description

Rear floor structure, rear floor structure rear casting and vehicle Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle body structure, in particular to a rear floor structure, and further to a rear casting of the rear floor structure and a vehicle. Background Art

[0002] The front section of the rear floor assembly is a crucial component of the vehicle body, supporting the seats and passengers and playing a key role in passenger compartment sealing and NVH. Due to the presence of the battery system in electric vehicles, the battery pack assembly is typically placed beneath the passenger compartment. To ensure a tight seal within the passenger compartment, a sealing strip is placed between the battery pack assembly and the rear floor assembly.

[0003] See Chinese Patent: CN218558539, which discloses an integrated battery and vehicle structure and a vehicle, including a vehicle body, a battery pack housing, and a sealing layer. The battery pack housing is connected to the vehicle body, wherein the lower body of the vehicle body includes two door sills, a front cabin structure assembly, and a rear floor assembly to form a U-shaped structure. The front portion of the battery pack housing is connected to the front cabin structure assembly, the side portion is connected to the door sills, and the rear portion is connected to the rear floor assembly. The top of the battery pack housing has a first area serving as a floor panel of the vehicle body. The sealing layer is located between the top of the battery pack housing and the vehicle body and is used to fill the gap between the top of the battery pack housing and the vehicle body. The sealing layer is arranged around the first area. By using the top of the battery pack housing as the vehicle floor panel, the integration level of the vehicle is improved and the vehicle is lightweight. The space inside the passenger compartment where the first area is located is sealed and separated from the space outside the passenger compartment, preventing impurities or liquids outside the passenger compartment from entering the passenger compartment through the gap between the top of the battery pack housing and the vehicle body, thereby ensuring the sealing and safety of the space inside the passenger compartment. In actual circumstances, there may be a height difference between the sealing surface of the rear floor assembly and the sealing surface of the door sill beam. This technical solution simply sets the sealing layer in a surrounding manner, which cannot guarantee the sealing effect at the connection between the sealing surface of the rear floor assembly and the sealing surface of the door sill beam. Moreover, with the continuous development of electric vehicles, the vehicle models are constantly evolving. This technical solution can only meet the needs of a single vehicle model, cannot adapt to vehicles with different wheelbases, and cannot achieve platform universality.

[0004] Summary of the Invention

[0005] One of the purposes of the present invention is to provide a rear floor structure to solve the problems pointed out in the background art that the rear floor assembly of the vehicle body has a height difference with the sealing surface of the rocker beam, which makes it impossible to ensure the sealing effect at the connection point, and cannot adapt to different wheelbase models for sealing and cannot achieve platform universality; the second purpose is to provide a rear casting of the rear floor structure; and the third purpose is to provide a vehicle.

[0006] In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution adopted by the present invention is as follows:

[0007] In a first aspect, the present invention provides a rear floor structure, comprising a rear floor front section assembly and a rear casting, wherein a accommodating space for accommodating the rear floor front section assembly is formed at the front end of the rear casting, and the lateral sides of the rear casting are respectively connected to the door sill side beams on both sides, and a first sealing surface for forming a seal with a battery pack assembly is provided at the bottom of the rear floor front section assembly, and a second sealing surface for forming a seal with the battery pack assembly is provided at the bottom of the door sill side beam, and a height difference is formed between the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface, and a sealing reinforcement structure is provided at the connection between the rear casting and the door sill side beam, and the sealing reinforcement structure forms a transition sealing surface, and the transition sealing surface smoothly connects the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface along the lateral direction.

[0008] According to the above technical means, since the sealing reinforcement structure forms a transition sealing surface, it can smoothly connect the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface with a height difference, so that the battery pack sealing strip can smoothly transition from the connection between the rear casting and the door sill side beam, ensuring the reliability of the seal.

[0009] Furthermore, a plurality of sealing reinforcement structures extending laterally are arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction at the connection between the rear casting and the threshold side beam, and the sealing reinforcement structures are sealing reinforcement ribs, and the two ends of the sealing reinforcement ribs are respectively connected to the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface, and the inclined plane of the sealing reinforcement ribs is the transition sealing surface.

[0010] According to the above technical means, the rear casting is provided with several sealing reinforcement structures along the longitudinal direction, so that the rear casting can meet the sealing requirements of different wheelbase models, thereby improving the platform universality of the rear floor structure of the present invention; at the same time, the sealing reinforcement structure is designed in the form of reinforcing ribs, which can enhance the lateral stiffness of the rear floor structure and improve the lateral collision protection performance of the entire vehicle. The inclined plane is convenient for processing, and the battery pack sealing strip has a high degree of fit.

[0011] Furthermore, the cross section of the sealing reinforcement rib is an inverted trapezoid, the lower base of the trapezoid is located in the plane where the first sealing surface is located, and the upper base of the trapezoid is located in the plane where the second sealing surface is located.

[0012] According to the above technical means, the sealing reinforcement rib is made to butt against the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface more smoothly.

[0013] Furthermore, the angle between the transition sealing surface and the first sealing surface ranges from 135° to 150°.

[0014] According to the above technical means, it is avoided that the angle between the transition sealing surface and the first sealing surface is too small, and the interface between the transition sealing surface and the first sealing surface cannot smoothly transition.

[0015] Furthermore, the sealing reinforcement structures located on both lateral sides of the rear casting are arranged symmetrically.

[0016] According to the above technical means, the transition sealing surfaces on both sides of the rear casting can correspond one to one to cope with different wheelbase models.

[0017] Furthermore, the plurality of sealing reinforcement structures on the same side are arranged at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction.

[0018] According to the above technical means, the platform universality rate of the rear casting is improved.

[0019] Furthermore, the rear casting includes a front section of the rear floor frame, a first longitudinal beam of the rear casting, and a second longitudinal beam of the rear casting. The first longitudinal beam of the rear casting and the second longitudinal beam of the rear casting are arranged on both sides of the front section of the rear floor frame to form the semi-enclosed space. The sill side beam includes a first sill side beam and a second sill side beam arranged laterally symmetrically. The first longitudinal beam of the rear casting is laterally connected to the first sill side beam, and the second longitudinal beam of the rear casting is laterally connected to the second sill side beam.

[0020] According to the above technical means, the integration level of the rear casting is improved and the overlap between parts is reduced.

[0021] Furthermore, the first longitudinal beam of the rear casting is structurally symmetrical with the second longitudinal beam of the rear casting, and the first sill side beam is structurally symmetrical with the second sill side beam. The first longitudinal beam of the rear casting includes a first overlapping edge and a second overlapping edge, the first overlapping edge is connected to the top of the first sill side beam, and the second overlapping edge is connected to the side of the first sill side beam.

[0022] According to the above technical means, the rear casting and the door sill side beam are connected by the first overlapping edge and the second overlapping edge, thereby reducing the use of connecting parts and improving the bending moment stiffness and side collision performance.

[0023] Furthermore, the rear floor front section assembly includes a rear floor front section and a rear floor front cross beam assembly, the rear floor front cross beam assembly is fixedly connected to the rear floor front section, the first sealing surface is provided at the bottom of the rear floor front section, the rear floor frame front section, the rear casting first longitudinal beam and the rear casting second longitudinal beam are located on one side of the accommodating space to form a connecting flange, the edge of the rear floor front section is connected to the lower end surface of the connecting flange, and the edge of the rear floor front cross beam assembly is connected to the upper end surface of the connecting flange.

[0024] According to the above technical means, the front edge of the rear floor is designed to be at the lower end surface of the connecting flange to prevent the thickness of the connecting flange from affecting the smoothness of the transition sealing surface and the first sealing surface.

[0025] Furthermore, the second overlapping edge extends downward to exceed the lower end surface of the connecting flange, and the sealing reinforcement structure is arranged between the lower portion of the second overlapping edge and the connecting flange.

[0026] According to the above technical means, it is beneficial to improve the lateral stiffness of the sealing reinforcement structure and the smoothness of the transition sealing surface connecting with the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface.

[0027] Furthermore, the rear floor front cross beam assembly includes a rear floor front cross beam, a rear floor first longitudinal beam and a rear floor second longitudinal beam, the rear floor front cross beam is connected to the front ends of the rear floor first longitudinal beam and the rear floor second longitudinal beam, the lateral ends of the rear floor front cross beam are respectively overlapped on the rear casting first longitudinal beam and the rear casting second longitudinal beam, and the rear ends of the rear floor first longitudinal beam and the rear floor second longitudinal beam are overlapped on the front section of the rear floor frame.

[0028] According to the above technical means, the front crossbeam of the rear floor forms a transverse force transmission path, thereby improving the structural strength of the front section of the rear floor and meeting the anti-collision performance of the entire vehicle.

[0029] Furthermore, the portion of the front section of the rear floor corresponding to the battery pack sealing strip is recessed downward to form a groove that runs transversely through the front section of the rear floor, and the bottom surface of the groove is the first sealing surface. The rear floor front crossbeam assembly also includes a transversely arranged sealing surface reinforcement, which is an upwardly protruding structure arranged corresponding to the groove. The sealing surface reinforcement cooperates with the groove to form an upper and lower closed cavity structure.

[0030] According to the above technical means, the first sealing surface is structurally reinforced by the upper and lower sealing cavity structures, and the transversely penetrating groove can correspond to the sealing reinforcement structures on both sides to form a continuous structure to meet the requirements of the sealing function.

[0031] Furthermore, the front section of the rear floor frame, the first longitudinal beam of the rear casting, the second longitudinal beam of the rear casting and the sealing reinforcement structure are integrally formed.

[0032] According to the above technical means, the accuracy, load performance and structural strength of the casting are improved.

[0033] In a second aspect, the present invention provides a rear casting of a rear floor structure, which is the rear casting in the rear floor structure according to the first aspect of the present invention.

[0034] In a third aspect, the present invention provides a vehicle comprising a vehicle body, wherein the vehicle body comprises the rear floor structure according to the first aspect of the present invention or the rear casting of the rear floor structure according to the second aspect of the present invention.

In the following description, "transverse" refers to the left-right direction, "longitudinal" refers to the front-back direction, and "inside and outside" refer to the inside and outside of the contours of the relevant parts. The directional descriptions of the embodiments of the present invention are all based on the descriptions of the orientations of the embodiments of the present invention in the vehicle assembly state. In addition, it should be noted that the terms used, such as "first" and "second", are used to distinguish one element from another and do not have order or importance.

[0055] In the first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a rear floor structure, as shown in Figures 1-12, comprising a rear floor front section assembly 1 and a rear casting 2, wherein a accommodating space for accommodating the rear floor front section assembly 1 is formed at the front end of the rear casting 2, the rear floor front section assembly 1 is fixedly connected to the rear casting 2, and the lateral sides of the rear casting 2 are respectively connected to the left and right sill side beams, wherein a first sealing surface A for forming a seal with the battery pack assembly is provided at the bottom of the rear floor front section assembly 1, and a second sealing surface B for forming a seal with the battery pack assembly is provided at the bottom of the sill side beam. The rear floor structure of the present invention is located above the battery pack assembly, and the first sealing surface A and the second sealing surface B cooperate with the battery pack sealing strip 5 provided above the battery pack upper cover 6 to seal the passenger compartment. The battery pack sealing strip 5 is sealed transversely on the second sealing surface A, and is sealed longitudinally along the length direction of the sill side beam on the first sealing surface B. There is a height difference between the first sealing surface A and the second sealing surface B in the up and down directions, and the battery pack sealing strip 5 is located at the rear The connection between the casting 2 and the sill side beam needs to transition from the first sealing surface A to the second sealing surface B, so as to switch from transverse sealing to longitudinal sealing. In order to enable the battery pack sealing strip 5 to fit the continuous sealing surface to ensure the sealing effect, in the embodiment of the present invention, a sealing reinforcement structure is provided at the connection between the rear casting 2 and the sill side beam, and a transition sealing surface C is formed on the sealing reinforcement structure. The transition sealing surface C smoothly connects the first sealing surface A and the second sealing surface B in the transverse direction, so that the battery pack sealing strip 5 continues to fit the transition sealing surface C in the transverse direction from the first sealing surface A, and smoothly changes the height position of the battery pack sealing strip 5 in the vertical direction until the transition sealing surface C transitions the battery pack sealing strip 5 to the height position of the second sealing surface B. The battery pack sealing strip 5 can turn to perform longitudinal sealing of the sill side beam. The first sealing surface A, the transition sealing surface C and the second sealing surface B form a continuous and smooth sealing surface, avoiding the problem of poor sealing due to the height difference between the first sealing surface A of the rear floor front section assembly 1 and the second sealing surface B of the sill side beam.

[0056] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figures 1-2, the connection between the rear casting 2 and the sill rail is provided with a plurality of sealing reinforcement structures extending transversely and arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction. When the vehicle model is modified, the sealing reinforcement structures can be selected at appropriate locations according to the wheelbase of the corresponding vehicle model to strengthen the seal between the battery pack assembly and the rear floor structure of the present invention. This allows the rear casting 2 to serve as a platform component to meet the needs of vehicles with different wheelbases, thereby improving the platform's universality. Furthermore, the sealing reinforcement structures are sealing reinforcement ribs 24. The plurality of sealing reinforcement ribs 24, arranged longitudinally and spaced on both sides of the rear casting 2, can significantly enhance the lateral stiffness of the rear floor structure of the present invention, thereby improving the side impact performance of the entire vehicle. The ends of the sealing reinforcement ribs 24 respectively abut the first sealing surface A and the second sealing surface B. The inclined plane of the sealing reinforcement rib 24 serves as the transition sealing surface C. This inclined plane is easier to manufacture and smoothly abuts the first sealing surface A and the second sealing surface B, ensuring a high degree of contact with the battery pack sealing strip 5 and ensuring a good sealing effect.

[0057] The sealing reinforcement rib 24 has a variety of structural forms, such as triangular reinforcement ribs and trapezoidal reinforcement ribs. Preferably, a trapezoidal reinforcement rib is selected, as shown in Figure 6. The cross-section of the sealing reinforcement rib 24 is an inverted trapezoid, and the longer lower bottom of the trapezoid is in the plane where the first sealing surface A is located, and the shorter upper bottom of the trapezoid is in the plane where the second sealing surface B is located. The transition sealing surface C is in the plane where the hypotenuse of the trapezoid is required. After the rear casting 2 is connected to the threshold side beam, the second sealing surface B at the bottom of the threshold side beam can be docked with the plane where the upper bottom of the trapezoid is located, and then smoothly transitioned to the first sealing surface A in the horizontal direction through the transition sealing surface C. The docking effect of the first sealing surface A, the transition sealing surface C and the second sealing surface B is more continuous and smooth, thereby improving the sealing effect of the battery pack sealing strip 5. Furthermore, the butt joint edge between the plane where the upper bottom of the trapezoid is located and the transition sealing surface C can be chamfered to improve the fit of the battery pack sealing strip 5 here and avoid the butt joint edge between the two being too sharp, which may cause damage to the battery pack sealing strip 5 during the long-term compression of the battery pack sealing strip 5.

[0058] In an embodiment of the present invention, the angle between the transition sealing surface C and the first sealing surface A is preferably in the range of 135° to 150°, and the first sealing surface A and the second sealing surface B are parallel or nearly parallel, so that the inclined plane serving as the transition sealing surface C can connect with the first sealing surface A and the second sealing surface B more smoothly.

[0059] Referring to Figure 2, the battery pack sealing strip 5 that cooperates with the first sealing surface A for sealing is arranged horizontally, and the two lateral sides of the first sealing surface A are respectively connected to the second sealing surface B through the transition sealing surfaces C on the sealing reinforcement structures on the left and right sides. In an embodiment of the present invention, the sealing reinforcement structures located on the two lateral sides of the rear casting 2 are arranged symmetrically, so that the transition sealing surfaces C on the left and right sides of the first sealing surface A can correspond one to one. The corresponding sealing reinforcement structures on the two lateral sides match the vehicle model with the same wheelbase, and multiple groups of sealing reinforcement structures can cope with vehicle models with different wheelbases.

[0060] Furthermore, multiple sealing reinforcement structures on the same side are arranged at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction, with a defined longitudinal spacing, thereby achieving standardization, facilitating adaptation to different vehicle models and increasing the platform commonality of the subsequent casting. It should be noted that the wheelbase of the platform vehicle can also be determined in advance during the design phase, and the longitudinal spacing of the sealing reinforcement structures can be designed only for the wheelbases of the confirmed few models. This allows the subsequent casting to form a platform component that only supports the wheelbases of those few models, and the longitudinal spacing between adjacent sealing reinforcement structures can be equal or unequal.

[0061] In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figures 1-3, the rear casting 2 includes a rear floor frame front section 21, a rear casting first longitudinal beam 22, and a rear casting second longitudinal beam 23. The rear casting first longitudinal beam 22 and the rear casting second longitudinal beam 23 are arranged on either side of the rear floor frame front section 21, thereby forming a "U"-shaped accommodating space with the rear floor frame front section 21. The space is used to connect with the rear floor frame front section assembly 1 and form a covering for the rear floor frame front section assembly 1, thereby improving the bending and torsional stiffness of the rear casting 2, while also improving the integration level of the rear casting 2 and reducing the overlap between parts. The sill side beam includes a first sill side beam 3 and a second sill side beam 4, which are arranged laterally symmetrically. The rear casting first longitudinal beam 22 on the right side is laterally connected to the first sill side beam 3, and the rear casting second longitudinal beam 23 on the left side is laterally connected to the second sill side beam 4. The first sill side beam 3 and the second sill side beam 4 are preferably constructed of extruded aluminum to meet the lightweight requirements of the entire vehicle.

[0062] In an embodiment of the present invention, the first longitudinal beam 22 of the rear casting is structurally symmetrical with the second longitudinal beam 23 of the rear casting, and the first sill side beam 3 and the second sill side beam 4 are structurally symmetrical, as shown in Figures 6 and 8. The first longitudinal beam 22 of the rear casting includes a first overlapping edge 221 and a second overlapping edge 222. The first overlapping edge 221 is connected to the top of the second sill side beam 3, and the second overlapping edge 222 is connected to the side of the first sill side beam 3. The mutual cooperation between the first overlapping edge 221 and the second overlapping edge 222 facilitates the assembly of the first longitudinal beam 22 of the rear casting and the first sill side beam 3, realizes the fixed connection between the two, and at the same time can reduce the use of connecting parts, improve the bending moment stiffness and lateral collision performance of the connection.

[0063] In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figures 1-3, the rear floor front section assembly 1 includes a rear floor front section 11 and a rear floor front cross beam assembly 12. The rear floor front cross beam assembly 12 is fixedly connected to the rear floor front section 11 to increase the overall structural strength of the rear floor front section assembly 1. The first sealing surface A is provided at the bottom of the rear floor front section 11. The rear floor frame front section 21, the rear casting first longitudinal beam 22, and the rear casting second longitudinal beam 23 are located on one side of the accommodating space to form a connecting flange 25. The edge of the rear floor front section 11 is connected to the lower end surface of the connecting flange 25, and the edge of the rear floor front cross beam assembly 12 is connected to the upper end surface of the connecting flange 25. Providing the rear floor front section 11 with the lower end surface of the connecting flange 25 can effectively prevent the thickness of the connecting flange 25 from affecting the smoothness of the connection between the transition sealing surface C and the first sealing surface A, thereby making the sealing height of the battery pack sealing strip 5 at the connection between the edge of the rear floor front section 11 and the connecting flange 25 more uniform, thereby ensuring the reliability of the seal. 12 , the edge of the front section 11 of the rear floor is fixedly connected to the connecting flange 25 by a third rivet 500 using SPR (self-piercing riveting process), and structural adhesive is applied between the connecting flange 25 and the connecting surface of the front section 11 of the rear floor to enhance the durability and fatigue resistance of the connection.

[0064] In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to Figures 1-3 and 6, the second overlapping edge 222 extends downward to exceed the lower end surface of the connecting flange 25, and the sealing reinforcement rib 24 (sealing reinforcement structure) is provided between the lower portion of the second overlapping edge 222 and the connecting flange 25. While improving the lateral stiffness of the connection between the first longitudinal beam 22 of the rear casting and the first threshold side beam 3, it can also ensure the smoothness of the transition sealing surface C of the sealing reinforcement rib 24 and the docking with the first sealing surface A and the second sealing surface B.

[0065] In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figure 9, the first lap edge 221 is connected to the top end surface of the first sill side beam 3 by a first hot-melt self-tapping screw 100, and the 11 first hot-melt self-tapping screws 100 are divided into two rows for fixed connection, and structural glue is applied in an "S" shape between the connection areas to ensure the strength of the connection area.

[0066] In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figure 10, the second overlapping edge 222 is connected to the side end face of the first sill side beam 3 by a first bolt 600. In order to ensure the durability and fatigue resistance of the connection, the first bolts 600 are provided in two rows. Among them, since the second overlapping edge 222, the connecting flange 25 and the sealing reinforcement rib 24 form a plurality of semi-enclosed spaces, considering the assembly feasibility, the first bolts 600 arranged in the upper row are assembled horizontally from the first sill side beam 3 to the second overlapping edge 222, and a process through hole is designed on the first sill side beam 3 to ensure the assembly feasibility. The first bolts 600 arranged in the lower row are assembled horizontally from the second overlapping edge 222 to the first sill side beam 3.

[0067] In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to Figures 1-3 and 11, the rear floor front cross beam assembly 12 includes a rear floor front cross beam 121, a rear floor first longitudinal beam 122 and a rear floor second longitudinal beam 123. The rear floor front cross beam assembly 12 is spot-welded to the rear floor front section 11 as a whole. The rear floor front cross beam 121 is connected to the front ends of the rear floor first longitudinal beam 122 and the rear floor second longitudinal beam 123. The rear floor front cross beam 121, the rear floor first longitudinal beam 122 and the rear floor second longitudinal beam 123 are interconnected to form a "Π"-shaped frame structure, which is made of thermoformed material (such as boron steel) and can greatly enhance the structural strength of the rear floor front section 11. The lateral ends of the rear floor front cross beam 121 are respectively overlapped on the first longitudinal beam 22 of the rear casting and the second longitudinal beam 23 of the rear casting, thereby forming a lateral force transmission path, improving the lateral stiffness and lateral collision resistance of the entire vehicle. The overlap area between the two is fixedly connected with the second bolt 900, and the bottom of the two ends of the rear floor front cross beam 121 is fixedly connected to the connecting flange 25 through the first rivet 300 using SPR. At the same time, the overlap area is coated with structural adhesive to increase the durability and fatigue resistance of the connection. The rear ends of the first longitudinal beam 122 and the second longitudinal beam 123 of the rear floor are overlapped on the front section 21 of the rear floor frame. The rear ends of both are formed with overlapping edges, which are overlapped on the front section 21 of the rear floor frame and fixedly connected by second hot-melt self-tapping screws 200. The rear end bottoms of the first longitudinal beam 122 and the second longitudinal beam 123 of the rear floor are fixedly connected to the connecting flange 25 by second rivets 400 using SPR. At the same time, the overlapping area is coated with structural adhesive to increase the durability and fatigue resistance of the connection.

[0068] In the exemplary embodiment, the front section of the rear floor frame 21, the first longitudinal beam 22 of the rear casting, the second longitudinal beam 23 of the rear casting, and the sealing reinforcement structure (sealing reinforcement rib 24) are integrally cast from an aluminum alloy. Utilizing the advantages of the casting process, the manufacturing accuracy of the rear casting 2 is ensured, and the installation accuracy of the rear casting 2 with the front section of the rear floor assembly 1 and all installation points with the door sill side beams is greatly improved, effectively enhancing the overall load performance and structural strength.

[0069] In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to Figures 1-3 and 7, the portion of the front section 11 of the rear floor corresponding to the battery pack sealing strip 5 is recessed downward to form a groove 111 that runs transversely through the front section 11 of the rear floor. The bottom surface of the groove 111 is the first sealing surface A. The two ends of the groove 111 correspond to the sealing reinforcement ribs 24 on both sides, which can better connect the first sealing surface A with the transition sealing surfaces C on both sides. At the same time, the concave structure of the groove 111 can also increase the structural strength of the portion where the first sealing surface A is located, and can better achieve the fit between the first sealing surface A and the battery pack sealing strip 5 to meet the requirements of the sealing function. A certain gap is reserved between the battery pack upper cover 6 and the first sealing surface A to reserve a sealing space for the battery pack sealing strip 5. The battery pack sealing strip 5 is preferably made of PE (polyethylene) material with a designed thickness of 8 mm and a compression amount of 3 mm to ensure good sealing performance.

[0070] Furthermore, in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to FIG7 , the rear floor front cross beam assembly 12 also includes a transversely arranged sealing surface reinforcement 124, which transversely passes through the first longitudinal beam 122 and the second longitudinal beam 123 of the rear floor. The sealing surface reinforcement 124 is an upward protruding structure corresponding to the groove 111, and the sealing surface reinforcement 124 is connected to the top of the groove 111. The two are connected in coordination to form an upper and lower closed cavity structure, which constitutes a transversely penetrating reinforcement rib structure, which can be connected with the corresponding sealing reinforcement ribs on both sides to form a continuous structure, further strengthening the structure of the first sealing surface A to prevent deformation of the first sealing surface A from affecting the sealing effect.

[0071] In some exemplary embodiments of the present invention, referring to Figures 4 and 5, in the orientation shown in Figures 4 and 5, the rear casting 2 is provided with a total of 8 groups of sealing reinforcement ribs 24 from top to bottom. The sealing reinforcement ribs 24 located on the same side are arranged at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction, with an interval of 50 mm, so that the longitudinal adjustment can be performed according to the sealing surface requirements of different wheelbase models. As shown in Figure 4, the two ends of the groove 111 on the front section 11 of the rear floor correspond to the fifth group of sealing reinforcement ribs 24 respectively, and the first sealing surface A is smoothly connected to the second sealing surface B on both sides through the transition sealing surface C located on both sides in the lateral direction. The first sealing surface A and the first sealing surface B are connected to the second sealing surface B on both sides. The second sealing surface B and the transition sealing surface C together form a continuous sealing surface, so that the battery pack sealing strip 5 is fitted with the continuous sealing surface to ensure the sealing effect; when the vehicle model corresponding to Figure 4 is evolved, the wheelbase is lengthened by 50mm, and the battery pack assembly remains unchanged, as shown in Figure 5, while keeping the interface overlap between the rear casting 2 and the front floor front section assembly 1 unchanged, the groove 111 of the rear floor front section 11 is evolved so that the two ends of the groove 111 correspond to the fourth group of sealing reinforcement ribs 24 respectively, thereby forming a continuous sealing surface for the battery pack sealing strip 5 to fit, ensuring the sealing effect. By analogy, when the vehicle model continues to evolve and the wheelbase changes, the front section 11 of the rear floor can be used as a special part. The sealing position can be determined according to the wheelbase of the vehicle model to form a corresponding groove 111, and the sealing reinforcement ribs 24 on both sides are connected to form a joint, so that the sealing surface of the bottom of the front section 1 of the rear floor and the bottom of the door sill side beam form a continuous and smooth sealing surface, which solves the problem of discontinuous sealing caused by the height difference between the front section 1 of the rear floor and the door sill side beam. At the same time, multiple groups of sealing reinforcement ribs 24 are set on both sides of the rear casting 2, so that the rear casting 2 can form a platform part to meet the needs of vehicle models with different wheelbases and improve the platform commonality rate.

[0072] In order to better understand the technical concept of the present invention, the following is an explanation in combination with relatively comprehensive technical features.

[0073] 1-12 , a preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a rear floor structure, including a rear floor front section assembly 1 and a rear casting 2. The rear casting 2 is composed of a rear floor frame front section 21, a rear casting first longitudinal beam 22, and a rear casting second longitudinal beam 23. The rear casting first longitudinal beam 22 and the rear casting second longitudinal beam 22 are arranged on both lateral sides of the rear floor frame front section 21 to form a "U"-shaped accommodating space for accommodating the rear floor front section assembly 1. The rear casting first longitudinal beam 22 located on the right side is laterally connected to the first sill side beam 3, and the rear casting second longitudinal beam 23 located on the left side is laterally connected to the second sill side beam 4. The rear floor front section assembly 1 includes a rear floor front section 11 and a rear floor front cross beam assembly 12. The rear floor front cross beam assembly 12 is fixed to the rear floor front section 11 for structural reinforcement. A first sealing surface A for forming a seal with the battery pack assembly is formed below the rear floor front section 11. The bottoms of the first sill side beam 3 and the second sill side beam 4 are both formed with a second sealing surface B for forming a seal with the battery pack assembly. Laterally extending sealing reinforcement ribs 24 are arranged at longitudinal intervals on the first longitudinal beam 22 of the rear casting and the second longitudinal beam 23 of the rear casting. The inclined plane of the sealing reinforcement rib 24 can be used as a transition sealing surface C that smoothly connects the first sealing surface A and the second sealing surface B along the transverse direction, so that the first sealing surface A and the second sealing surface B with a height difference form a smooth and continuous sealing surface through the transition sealing surface C. The front section 21 of the rear floor frame, the first longitudinal beam 22 of the rear casting and the second longitudinal beam 23 of the rear casting are located on one side of the accommodating space to form a connecting flange 25. The edge of the front section 11 of the rear floor is connected to the lower end face of the connecting flange 25, and the edge of the front cross beam assembly 12 of the rear floor is connected to the upper end face of the connecting flange 25. The first longitudinal beam 22 of the rear casting is formed with a first overlapping edge 221 overlapping the top of the second sill side beam 3 and a second overlapping edge 222 overlapping the side of the first sill side beam 3. The second overlapping edge 222 extends downward to exceed the lower end face of the connecting flange 25. The sealing reinforcement rib 24 is arranged between the lower part of the second overlapping edge 222 and the connecting flange 25. The second longitudinal beam 23 of the rear casting is structurally symmetrical with the first longitudinal beam 22 of the rear casting. The portion of the front section 11 of the rear floor corresponding to the battery pack sealing strip 5 is recessed downward to form a groove 111 that runs transversely through the front section 11 of the rear floor. The bottom surface of the groove 111 is the first sealing surface A. The two ends of the groove 111 correspond to the sealing reinforcement ribs 24 located on both sides. The front cross beam assembly 12 of the rear floor includes a transversely arranged sealing surface reinforcement 124. The sealing surface reinforcement 124 is an upward protruding structure arranged corresponding to the groove 111. The sealing surface reinforcement 124 cooperates with the groove 111 to form an upper and lower sealing cavity structure to structurally reinforce the first sealing surface A.

[0074] Based on the above technical solution, compared with the prior art problem of the rear floor assembly of the vehicle body having a height difference between the sealing surfaces of the rocker side beam, which cannot ensure the sealing effect at the joint, and cannot adapt to different wheelbase models for sealing, and cannot achieve platform universality, the present invention uses sealing reinforcement ribs 24 on the rear casting 2 to form a first sealing surface A that can smoothly connect the bottom of the rear floor front section 11 and the second sealing surface B at the bottom of the rocker side beam in the horizontal direction. This ensures that the sealing surface of the lower part of the rear floor structure, which is used to form a sealing structure with the battery pack sealing strip 5, is continuous and smooth, ensuring the sealing effect. At the same time, multiple sealing reinforcement ribs 24 are arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction. During the process of vehicle model evolution, the appropriate sealing reinforcement ribs 24 are selected to form a sealing structure according to the wheelbase of the corresponding vehicle model, achieving a very high platform universality. Moreover, the multiple sealing reinforcement ribs 24 provided on both sides of the rear casting 2 can increase the lateral stiffness of the rear floor structure, thereby improving the lateral impact resistance of the entire vehicle. In addition, by forming a concave groove 111 in the front section 11 of the rear floor, the bottom surface of the groove 111 is used as the first sealing surface A, which facilitates smooth docking of the first sealing surface A and the transition sealing surface C. The upper and lower sealing cavity structures formed by the sealing surface reinforcement 124 of the upper convex structure can further enhance the structural strength of the first sealing surface A and ensure the sealing effect of the first sealing surface A.

[0075] In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a rear casting for a rear floor structure. This rear casting is similar to rear casting 2 of the rear floor structure provided in the first aspect of the present invention. The sealing reinforcement structures provided on both lateral sides of this rear casting 2 form transition sealing surfaces C that smoothly connect the bottom sealing surfaces of the rear floor front section 1 and the bottom sealing surfaces of the sill side rails. This solves the problem of discontinuous sealing surfaces caused by the height difference between the rear floor front section 1 and the sill side rails, ensuring the sealing of the passenger compartment. Furthermore, multiple sealing reinforcement structures can be provided longitudinally on rear casting 2 to accommodate the needs of vehicles with different wheelbases, allowing the rear casting of the rear floor structure provided in the second aspect to form a platform component, thereby increasing the platform's universality.

[0076] In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a vehicle comprising a vehicle body, wherein the vehicle body comprises the rear floor structure provided in the first aspect of the present invention or the rear casting of the rear floor structure provided in the second aspect of the present invention, and therefore, has all the beneficial effects thereof and will not be elaborated upon herein.

[0077] The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments for fully illustrating the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. Any equivalent substitution or modification made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention is within the protection scope of the present invention.
