Description

FIELD

[0001] The invention relates to a handling apparatus for handling a panel-formwork element having a formwork panel and a peripheral support frame, comprising: -   a base, in particular a vehicle base, for preferably movable arrangement on a ground surface, -   a handling head having a holding device for holding the panel-formwork element und -   a movement device for moving the handling head.

[0002] JP H08 260705 A shows a vehicle for handling formwork. For this purpose, the vehicle is equipped with a holding tool on which upwardly directed hooks are formed for gripping struts on the rear side of the formwork. The holding tool can be pivoted relative to the vehicle base so that the formwork can be grasped lying down and standing. However, the range of applications of this vehicle is limited. On the one hand, it is disadvantageous that the formwork can only be picked up from an elevated position when lying down. On the other hand, only one wall formwork can be positioned with this vehicle. The vehicle is not designed to form a ceiling formwork.

[0003] With the vehicle of US 9,988,823 B1, formwork can also be transported lying down and standing. The formwork is attached to an arm that can be pivoted in different directions. However, this vehicle is also only designed for concreting walls. The vehicle lacks the flexibility to produce ceilings at different heights while maintaining manoeuvrability in confined spaces.

[0004] FR 1 260 182 A shows a device for dismantling a ceiling formwork element. Provided on a movable chassis is a pivotable 2024361799   11 Sep 2026 laying frame that can be hooked to the ceiling formwork element. However, the field of application of this device is limited to receiving the ceiling formwork element with the laying frame and pivoting it down into a vertical position.

[0005] JP H03 5568 A shows a robot with a robot arm with which different objects can be gripped.

[0006] JP H01 263362 A describes a vehicle with an arm on which grippers are provided. Different types of concrete casting moulds are thus grasped.

[0007] In contrast, at least some embodiments of the present invention alleviate or eliminate at least individual disadvantages of the prior art. At least some embodiments of the invention expand the range of applications of handling apparatuses of the generic type. With the handling apparatus according to at least some embodiments of the invention, it should be possible to achieve the previously incompatible goals of being able to pick up a panel-formwork element for the construction of a ceiling formwork from the ground and to be able to position it at different, even large heights above the ground, but at the same time to ensure the maneuverability of the handling apparatus in confined spaces, in particular between formwork supports and when passing through door openings.

[0008] Any discussion of the prior art throughout the specification should in no way be considered as an admission that such prior art is widely known or forms part of common general knowledge in the field. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0009] One aspect of the invention provides a handling apparatus for handling a panel-formwork element having a 2024361799   11 Sep 2026 formwork panel and a peripheral support frame, the handling apparatus comprising: - a base, - a handling head having a holding device for holding the panel-formwork element, - a movement device for moving the handling head, wherein the movement device comprises - a telescopic lifting mast mounted on the base, comprising a first telescopic lifting mast element and a second telescopic lifting mast element, - a telescopic extension arm having a first telescopic extension arm element and a second telescopic extension arm element, the telescopic extension arm being pivotably connected to the telescopic lifting mast, and - a pivoting device, the pivoting device being configured such that the telescopic extension arm is pivotable relative to the telescopic lifting mast; wherein the telescopic extension arm is pivotable through an angle of more than 180° with respect to the telescopic lifting mast.

[0010] Another aspect of the invention provides a method of handling a panel-formwork element, comprising the steps: providing a handling apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 18, providing the panel-formwork element in a waiting position released from the handling apparatus, connecting the handling head of the handling apparatus to the panel-formwork element in the waiting position, and lifting the panelformwork element from the waiting position with the help of the handling apparatus.

[0011] According to the invention, the movement device of the handling apparatus comprises the following: - a telescopic lifting mast comprising a first telescopic lifting mast element and a second telescopic lifting mast element, - a telescopic extension arm having a first telescopic extension arm element and a second telescopic extension arm element, and - a pivoting device, the pivoting device being configured 2024361799   11 Sep 2026 such that the telescopic extension arm is pivotable relative to the telescopic lifting mast.

[0012] The movement device and the handling head may, for example, form a kinematic chain of the handling apparatus. The telescopic lifting mast may be disposed on the base and preferably directly connected to the base. The telescopic lifting mast may optionally be mounted so as to be pivotable relative to the base. Starting from the base, the telescopic lifting mast may therefore be a first link of the kinematic chain. The telescopic extension arm may preferably be arranged at an end of the telescopic lifting mast facing away from the base and, for example, may be connected directly to the telescopic lifting mast. The telescopic extension arm is preferably a second link of the kinematic chain. By telescoping the telescopic lifting mast, a position, in particular a vertical position, of the telescopic extension arm can thus be changed and adjusted, preferably without pivoting the telescopic extension arm relative to the telescopic lifting mast. The handling head may be arranged, for example, at an end of the telescopic extension arm facing away from the telescopic lifting mast and may preferably be connected to the telescopic extension arm. The handling head together with the holding device may form a (with respect to the base) distal end of the kinematic chain. By telescoping the telescopic extension arm, a position, for example a horizontal position, of the handling head can thus be changed and adjusted, preferably without pivoting the handling head relative to the telescopic extension arm.

[0013] The telescopic extension arm is preferably pivotably connected to the telescopic lifting mast. The telescopic extension arm can be pivoted relative to the telescopic lifting mast by means of the pivoting device. The telescopic extension arm may be connected directly to the telescopic lifting mast by means of a joint. In addition, a further mechanical connection 2024361799   11 Sep 2026 between the telescopic lifting mast and the telescopic extension arm may be established via the pivoting device.

[0014] This design brings significant advantages in the handling of panel-formwork elements on construction sites. The telescopability and pivotability of the telescopic extension arm in conjunction with the telescopability of the telescopic lifting mast makes it possible, on the one hand, to position the panel-formwork element in very different height positions above the ground surface when constructing a ceiling formwork (forming) or dismantling a ceiling formwork (stripping) and, on the other hand, to arrange the movement device in a particularly compact transport position between different formwork or formwork operations, in which the handling apparatus can be maneuvered between ceiling supports and through door openings. The range of application of the handling apparatus according to the invention can be significantly expanded with the movement device according to the invention. Due to the telescopability and pivotability of the telescopic extension arm in conjunction with the telescopability of the telescopic lifting mast, the panel-formwork element can first be picked up from the ground surface, pivoted up and arranged in the desired height position. By telescoping the telescopic lifting mast and the telescopic extension arm, very different heights can be achieved at which the panel-formwork element can be positioned, preferably connected to a support head of a formwork support, in particular to a plurality of support heads of a plurality of formwork supports. In this case, the telescopic lifting mast may be mounted to the base, which may be, in particular, a vehicle base having a plurality of wheels. The telescopic extension arm is pivotably connected to the telescopic lifting mast, preferably to the upper end of the telescopic lifting mast, via the pivoting device. 2024361799   11 Sep 2026

[0015] The telescopic lifting mast is preferably telescopic. Telescopic in relation to the telescopic lifting mast can mean, in particular, that a length of the telescopic lifting mast can be changed by displacing the second telescopic lifting mast element relative to the first telescopic lifting mast element. Preferably, the first telescopic lifting mast element and the second telescopic lifting mast element are slidable into each other so that a length of the telescopic lifting mast is adjustable. For example, the telescopic lifting mast may have a greater length in an extended state than in a retracted state. The telescopic lifting mast may have a major axis that may coincide with a major axis of the first telescopic lifting mast element and a major axis of the second telescopic lifting mast element. The length of the telescopic lifting mast may refer to an extension along the major axis of the telescopic lifting mast. For example, the first telescopic lifting mast element and the second telescopic lifting mast element may be displaced relative to each other along the major axis, and preferably into each other, to adjust the length of the telescopic lifting mast (i.e., the extent in the direction of the major axis) (similar to how a telescopic tube functions). The first telescopic lifting mast element and the second telescopic lifting mast element preferably cannot be pivoted relative to one another, i.e. a main axis of the first telescopic lifting mast element coincides with a main axis of the second telescopic lifting mast element, regardless of whether the telescopic lifting mast is extended or (partially) retracted.

[0016] For example, the first telescopic lifting mast element may have a first cross section normal to the major axis of the telescopic lifting mast, the second telescopic lifting mast element having a second cross section normal to the major axis of the telescopic lifting mast. For example, the first cross section may be larger than the second cross section. For 2024361799   11 Sep 2026 example, the second telescopic lifting mast element may be displaceably guided along the major axis of the telescopic lifting mast inside the first telescopic lifting mast element such that the length of the telescopic lifting mast may be adjusted (by telescoping).

[0017] The telescopic extension arm is preferably telescopic. Telescopic in relation to the telescopic extension arm can mean, in particular, that a length of the telescopic extension arm can be changed by displacing the second telescopic extension arm element relative to the first telescopic extension arm element. Preferably, the first telescopic extension arm element and the second telescopic extension arm element can be slid into one another, so that the length of the telescopic extension arm can be adjusted. For example, the telescopic extension arm may have a greater length in an extended state than in a retracted state. The telescopic extension arm may have a major axis that may coincide with a major axis of the first telescopic extension arm element and a major axis of the second telescopic extension arm element. The length of the telescopic extension arm may relate to an extension in the direction of the main axis of the telescopic extension arm. The first telescopic extension arm element and the second telescopic extension arm element may, for example, be displaced relative to one another and preferably into one another along the main axis of the telescopic extension arm in order to adjust the length of the telescopic extension arm in the direction of the main axis. The first telescopic extension arm element and the second telescopic extension arm element preferably cannot be pivoted relative to one another, i.e. a main axis of the first telescopic extension arm element coincides with a main axis of the second telescopic extension arm element, regardless of whether the telescopic extension arm is extended or (partially) retracted. 2024361799   11 Sep 2026

[0018] For example, the first telescopic extension arm element may have a first cross section normal to the main axis of the telescopic extension arm, wherein the second telescopic extension arm element has a second cross section normal to the main axis of the telescopic extension arm. For example, the first cross section may be larger than the second cross section. For example, the second telescopic extension arm element may be displaceably guided along the major axis of the telescopic extension arm inside the first telescopic extension arm element such that the length of the telescopic extension arm may be adjusted (by telescoping).

[0019] For example, by telescoping the telescopic lifting mast and / or the telescopic extension arm, a total length of the movement device and thus a distance from the base to the handling head can be changed. Preferably, neither the telescoping of the telescopic lifting mast nor the telescoping of the telescopic extension arm causes the telescopic extension arm to pivot relative to the telescopic lifting mast. Preferably, by telescoping the telescopic lifting mast, the main axis of the telescopic lifting mast is not pivoted relative to the base.

[0020] For example, a load of the handling head, in particular a load of a panel-formwork element held by the holding device, may be diverted substantially via the telescopic extension arm and from the telescopic extension arm to the base in succession via the telescopic lifting mast.

[0021] By telescoping the telescopic lifting mast and / or the telescopic extension arm, in particular, a position of a panelformwork element held by the holding device can be changed. By means of the pivoting device, the held panel-formwork element can be pivoted accordingly. The movement device may therefore be 2024361799   11 Sep 2026 configured to move the handling head and the panel-formwork element held thereby.

[0022] Preferably, the telescopic extension arm can be telescoped independently of the telescopic lifting mast. Thus, the telescopic extension arm can be lengthened or shortened by telescoping without having to change the length of the telescopic lifting mast and vice versa.

[0023] A vertical mast is preferably provided as the telescopic lifting mast, the vertical mast being telescopic substantially in the vertical direction. Thus, the length of the telescopic lifting mast (i.e. its extension along its longitudinal axis) can be changed by telescoping. In a first variant, the vertical mast is non-tiltable, so that the vertical mast is always vertically aligned. In a second variant, the vertical mast can be tilted relative to the vertical, preferably by an angle of -4 to +4°, in particular in opposite directions. Thus, in this embodiment, the telescopic lifting mast can be tilted from a vertical position, in which the longitudinal axis of the telescopic lifting mast runs along the vertical, into a tilted position, in which the longitudinal axis of the telescopic lifting mast is arranged in an inclined position, i.e. inclined to the vertical. For example, the telescopic lifting mast may be disposed in the tilted position when the handling apparatus is positioned on an uneven ground surface and the vertical mast is to be oriented vertically on the uneven ground surface.

[0024] In a preferred embodiment, the base, in particular the vehicle base, has a plurality of ground support elements for support on the ground, the length of the ground support elements being adjustable. The ground support elements preferably each have a cylinder-piston element, which may preferably be actuated electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically. By extending the ground support elements differently, the handling apparatus can 2024361799   11 Sep 2026 be leveled on an uneven, for example inclined, ground surface. If the base has a plurality of wheels, as preferred, the ground support elements may be used to lift individual or all of the wheels off the ground surface.

[0025] For purposes of this disclosure, the location and direction indications, such as “top,” “bottom,” “horizontal,” and “vertical,” refer to the intended use condition of the handling apparatus on a flat, horizontal ground surface. If the handling apparatus is used on an inclined ground surface, the location and direction information must be transmitted accordingly.

[0026] In a preferred embodiment, the telescopic lifting mast comprises a further telescopic lifting mast element between the first and second telescopic lifting mast elements. In this embodiment, the telescopic lifting mast has at least three telescopic elements that are displaceable relative to one another, as a result of which the telescopic lifting mast can be shortened or lengthened to a greater extent.

[0027] Preferably, the length of the telescopic lifting mast (i.e. its extension along its longitudinal axis) may be changed by at least 80 cm, preferably by at least 1 m, in particular by at least 1.2 m, for example by at least 1.5 m, from a fully retracted to a fully extended position. Furthermore, it is preferred if the length of the telescopic extension arm (i.e. its extension along its longitudinal axis) may be changed by at least 30 cm, preferably by at least 40 cm, for example at least 50 cm, from a fully retracted to a fully extended position. The telescopic lifting mast and telescopic extension arm may be disposed in any intermediate position between the fully retracted and fully extended positions. 2024361799   11 Sep 2026

[0028] At least one telescoping drive is preferably provided for telescoping the telescopic lifting mast. A linear drive, in particular a preferably electrically and / or hydraulically and / or pneumatically actuatable cylinder-piston drive, may be provided as the telescoping drive. In an embodiment with the further telescopic lifting mast element, preferably two telescoping drives are provided, wherein with one of the two telescoping drives the further telescopic lifting mast element can be telescoped with respect to the first telescopic lifting mast element and with the other of the two telescoping drives the second telescopic lifting mast element can be telescoped with respect to the further telescopic lifting mast element.

[0029] For telescoping the telescopic extension arm, an extension drive is preferably provided, which is preferably configured as a preferably electrically and / or hydraulically and / or pneumatically actuatable linear drive, in particular as a cylinder-piston drive.

[0030] In a preferred embodiment, the handling head with the movement device is movable into a receiving position for receiving the panel-formwork element from the ground surface carrying the base of the handling apparatus. The handling head can be positioned with the movement device adjacent to the ground surface such that the holding device of the handling apparatus can be reversibly releasably connected to the panelformwork element. As a result, the panel-formwork element is fixed to the handling head, so that the panel-formwork element can be moved together with the handling head. Preferably, the holding device of the handling head is configured both for receiving the ground surface and for holding the panel-formwork element above the ground surface in a horizontal and in an upright position, respectively. In this embodiment, the holding device is configured to grip the panel-formwork element in the horizontal, in particular horizontal, position, and in the 2024361799   11 Sep 2026 upright, in particular vertical, position on the ground surface, so that the panel-formwork element can be lifted off the ground surface in the horizontal and upright positions. Advantageously, a higher degree of automation than in the prior art can be achieved in this way. In addition, new applications can be developed. If the panel-formwork element is fixed to the handling head, the panel-formwork element can be lifted by means of at least one drive of the movement device and moved to the place of use. In this case, the panel-formwork element fastened to the handling head can preferably be brought into a horizontal position by means of the movement device, which is used as a ceiling formwork element for concreting a ceiling element when the panel-formwork element is used. Thus, in a particularly preferred application, the panel-formwork element can be picked up from a lying or an upright waiting position on the ground surface, raised and pivoted into the horizontal use position without manual intervention. Alternatively, the panel-formwork element may be used as a wall formwork element.

[0031] In the receiving position of the handling head, the telescopic lifting mast is preferably arranged in a shortened position and the telescopic extension arm is preferably arranged in a lengthened position. To receive a panel-formwork element lying on the ground surface, the handling head can be brought into the receiving position adjacent to the ground surface by retracting the telescopic lifting mast and extending the telescopic extension arm, so that the panel-formwork element can be fixed to the handling head by actuating the holding device.

[0032] In a preferred embodiment, the handling head with the movement device is movable into a high-lift forming position, preferably at a height of more than 4 meters, in particular more than 4.5 meters, above the ground surface, wherein, in the high- lift forming position, the telescopic lifting mast and the telescopic extension arm are each arranged in a lengthened 2024361799   11 Sep 2026 position, preferably each aligned substantially vertically. By extending the telescopic lifting mast and the telescopic extension arm, the handling head can be arranged in the high- lift forming position, in which the entire holding device of the handling head is located more than 4 meters, in particular more than 4.5 meters, preferably more than 5 meters, for example more than 5.5 meters, above the horizontal, flat ground surface on which the base of the handling apparatus is placed. Advantageously, the panel-formwork element can be used in the high-lift forming position for shuttering at heights at which manual shuttering, i.e. without the aid of a climbing aid such as a ladder, pedestal staircase or scaffolding, is not possible or is no longer possible with great difficulty. Advantageously, this function is not at the expense of maneuverability on the construction site, since the movement device can be arranged in the compact transport position after shuttering, in which the telescopic lifting mast is retracted and the telescopic extension arm is pivoted obliquely downward.

[0033] In a preferred embodiment, the handling head with the movement device is movable into a low-lift forming position, preferably at a height of less than 3 meters, in particular less than 2.7 meters, above the ground surface. In the low-lift forming position, the entire holding device of the handling head is located below a height of 3 meters, in particular below 2.7 meters, above the ground surface.

[0034] In a preferred embodiment, the telescopic extension arm is pivotable by an angle of more than 180°, in particular more than 200°, for example more than 220°, with respect to the lifting mast.

[0035] In this embodiment, the telescopic extension arm may be pivoted in the low-lift forming position relative to the receiving position by an angle of more than 180°, in particular 2024361799   11 Sep 2026 more than 200°, for example more than 220°. This embodiment makes it possible to arrange the panel-formwork element at very different heights above the ground surface for use as a ceiling formwork element. It is also particularly advantageous in this embodiment that projections on a ceiling edge can be reliably switched on.

[0036] In a preferred embodiment, the handling head is arranged on different sides with respect to the telescopic lifting mast in the receiving position and in the low-lift forming position. In this embodiment, the telescopic extension arm projects obliquely downward from the telescopic lifting mast in the receiving position. When transferred into the low-lift forming position, the extension arm with the handling head pivots by more than 180°, in particular more than 200°, from the receiving position via a vertical intermediate position into the low-lift forming position, in which the handling head is lowered relative to the intermediate position. This embodiment has the advantage that the panel-formwork element can be arranged in a horizontal position at a low height. In the low-lift forming position, the longitudinal axis of the extension arm preferably extends at an angle of plus 10° to plus 25°, in particular substantially plus 17°, to the horizontal.

[0037] For the automatic pivoting of the telescopic extension arm relative to the telescopic lifting mast over a large pivoting range, it is expedient for the pivoting device to have at least one first linear drive, in particular a first cylinder piston drive, which may preferably be actuated electrically and / or hydraulically and / or pneumatically. By means of the first linear drive, the telescopic extension arm with the handling head can be pivoted from the receiving position on one side of the telescopic lifting mast beyond the vertical intermediate position with the telescopic lifting mast into the low-lift 2024361799   11 Sep 2026

[0038] In a first preferred embodiment variant, the pivoting device also has a second linear drive, which is preferably shorter than the first linear drive.

[0039] In order to be able to pivot the telescopic extension arm from a downwardly angled position on one side of the telescopic lifting mast to a downwardly angled position on the other side of the telescopic lifting mast, in a preferred embodiment, the pivoting device has a pivot lever, in particular a double pivot lever, wherein the first and the second linear drive each act on the pivot lever, preferably on a common pivot axis of the pivot lever.

[0040] In a second preferred embodiment variant, the pivoting device has a toggle lever with two toggle lever elements connected to one another via a toggle lever joint. Preferably, the first linear drive is connected to the toggle lever joint. One toggle lever element is pivotally connected to the telescopic lifting mast (or a bearing part connected to the telescopic lifting mast), the other toggle lever element is pivotally connected to the telescopic extension arm. This embodiment has the particular advantage that the second linear drive can be omitted. Thus, the pivoting device preferably does not have a second linear drive for pivoting the telescopic extension arm by more than 180°. By actuating the first linear drive, a torque is applied to the telescopic extension arm via the toggle lever such that the telescopic extension arm is transferred from the downwardly angled position on one side of the telescopic lifting mast to the other side of the telescopic lifting mast beyond the vertical or intermediate position aligned along the telescopic lifting mast.

[0041] In a preferred embodiment, in a transport or door passage position, the telescopic lifting mast is in a shortened position and the telescopic extension arm is arranged in a downwardly 2024361799   11 Sep 2026 pivoted position, wherein the uppermost point of the telescopic lifting mast and thus the uppermost point of the handling apparatus in the door passage position is arranged at a height of less than 2 meters above the ground surface.

[0042] It is also advantageous if the base has a first and a second longitudinal side and a first and a second narrow side, wherein a taper is formed on the first and / or on the second longitudinal side to clear a passage through a door. Thus, the base at the taper is less wide than at the areas of the base adjacent to the taper. Preferably, the taper extends over the entire height of the base. Furthermore, it is advantageous if the taper is formed in a central region of the base. When cornering through the door opening, the clearance on the first or second longitudinal side of the base prevents the base from colliding with the wall edge to the side of the door opening. The same advantage is achieved when manoeuvring with two formwork supports standing close together.

[0043] In order to increase the maneuverability of the handling apparatus between ceiling supports or when passing through door openings, in a preferred embodiment, the base has a width of less than 0.9 meters, preferably less than 0.85 meters, at the widest point.

[0044] In a preferred embodiment, a further pivoting device is provided for pivoting the handling head relative to the telescopic extension arm. The further pivoting device is preferably configured to rotate the handling head about an axis perpendicular to the main plane of the panel-formwork element and / or to pivot the handling head about the longitudinal axis of the (rectangular) panel-formwork element.

[0045] In a preferred embodiment, the holding device of the handling head is configured to hold the panel-formwork element 2024361799   11 Sep 2026 in both a horizontal and an upright position on and above the ground surface, respectively. Thus, the receiving position can be configured to receive the panel-formwork element in the lying state, in particular in the horizontal state, or to receive the panel-formwork element in the standing state, in particular in the vertical state, on the ground surface.

[0046] In a preferred embodiment, the holding device of the handling head is designed to grip the peripheral support frame of the panel-formwork element.

[0047] In a preferred embodiment, the holding device has a locking part for locking to a longitudinal or transverse frame part of the peripheral support frame of the panel-formwork element. In the locked state, the locking part prevents the panel-formwork element from lifting off the handling head. Preferably, at least two locking parts are provided for locking with at least two opposite transverse or longitudinal frame parts of the support frame. At least four locking parts can be provided, wherein two locking parts may be provided per transverse or longitudinal frame part.

[0048] Preferably, the locking part is configured for engaging behind a projection (i.e. for locking with a projection directed inward (i.e. in the direction of the center of the panel formwork element), in particular at an end region of the longitudinal or transverse frame part of the peripheral support frame facing away from the formwork panel of the panel-formwork element.

[0049] In order to fix the panel-formwork element to the handling head, a locking drive, preferably a locking linear drive, in particular an electrical and / or hydraulic and / or pneumatic cylinder-piston drive, is preferably provided for moving the locking part. Preferably, the locking linear drive 2024361799   11 Sep 2026 causes the locking part to pivot from an unlocked state to a locked state.

[0050] In addition, the holding device may have a retaining lug opposite the locking part, so that the inwardly directed projection is arranged between the locking part and the retaining lug in the locked state.

[0051] A handling system according to the invention comprises the following: a handling apparatus in one of the embodiment variants described above, and a panel-formwork element, in particular a ceiling formwork element, which is reversibly releasably connected to the handling head of the handling apparatus. The panel-formwork element has the formwork panel and the peripheral support frame, which preferably runs along a peripheral edge region of the preferably rectangular formwork panel. The peripheral support frame preferably has two longitudinal frame parts, which form the longer sides of the peripheral support frame, and two transverse frame parts, which run at right angles thereto and form the shorter sides of the peripheral support frame. The longitudinal frame parts may be connected to one another via transverse beams between the transverse frame parts. The transverse beams may extend parallel to the transverse frame parts.

[0052] In a preferred embodiment, an outer side of the formwork panel facing the concrete is located in a horizontal position in a high-lift forming position at more than 4 meters, in particular more than 4.5 meters, preferably more than 5 meters, for example more than 5.5 meters, above the underside of the base, which stands on the ground surface. In this case, the telescopic lifting mast and the telescopic extension arm can 2024361799   11 Sep 2026 each be arranged in a lengthened position, preferably in a substantially vertical orientation.

[0053] In a preferred embodiment, an outer side of the formwork panel facing the concrete is located in a low-lift forming position in a horizontal position at less than 3 meters, in particular less than 2.7 meters, height above the underside of the base, which stands on the ground surface.

[0054] In the method according to the invention for handling a panel-formwork element, in particular a ceiling formwork element, at least the following steps are carried out: providing a handling apparatus in one of the embodiment variants described above, providing the panel-formwork element on the ground surface in a waiting position released from the handling apparatus, connecting the handling head of the handling apparatus to the panel-formwork element in the waiting position, and lifting the panel-formwork element on the ground surface from the waiting position with the help of the handling apparatus.

[0055] In a preferred embodiment of the method, the following step is carried out: moving the handling head with the movement device into a receiving position for receiving the panel-formwork element from the ground surface.
