[0018] Compared with the prior art, beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows:

[0019] (1) The composite oil phase is divided into Material A and Material B. Material A employs a high-viscosity polyisobutylene maleic anhydride amine esterified derivative as the main emulsifier, which can effectively increase the strength and thickness of emulsion film of the emulsion matrix, thereby improving the stability of the emulsion matrix. Material B employs a low-viscosity polyisobutylene maleic anhydride amine esterified derivative and SP-80 as the main emulsifiers, which can effectively regulate the ammonium nitrate dissolution rate of the emulsion matrix and improve the sensitization characteristics of the emulsion matrix.

[0020] (2) By mixing the emulsion matrices prepared from Material A and Material B of the composite oil phase mixed in an appropriate ratio to produce a composite emulsion matrix, the water resistance of the emulsion matrix can be effectively improved (storage period greater than 6 months), and the final viscosity (Brookfield viscosity) of the matrix can be stabilized between 25 and 35, while the problems of over-sensitization at high temperature and non-sensitization at low temperature are solved, achieving controllable sensitization density (1.08-1.20 g / cm3) within a temperature range of 35-65 C and ensuring blasint quality.
