Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present application relates to the field of batteries, and specifically, to a battery cell, a battery, and an electric device. BACKGROUND
[0002] Energy conservation and emission reduction are the key to the sustainable development of the automobile industry. Electric vehicles, with their advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection, have emerged as an important component for the sustainable development of the automobile industry. For the electric vehicles, the battery technology is an important factor to their development.
[0003] In the related art, a tab of a battery cell may be inserted reversely into an active material coating portion. As a result, a short circuit tends to occur in the battery cell. Consequently, reliability of the battery cell is required to be improved, and further improvements in reliability of a battery are hindered. SUMMARY
[0004] In view of the foregoing problem, the present application provides a battery cell, a battery, and an electric device, which can reduce a risk of short circuits and improve use reliability.
[0005] According to a first aspect, the present application provides a battery cell, including a case component, a pole component, and an electrode component. The case component defines an accommodating cavity, and includes a mounting wall. The pole component is mounted on the mounting wall, and includes a pole body. The electrode component is accommodated in the accommodating cavity and includes an active material coating portion, a conductive portion, and an insulating member. The conductive portion is connected between the active material coating portion and the pole body. The insulating member is at least partially disposed between an end portion of the active material coating portion connected to the conductive portion and the pole body. The insulating member is provided with an avoidance hole for the conductive portion to pass through. The insulating member separates, from the active material coating portion, a part of the conductive portion that passes through the insulating member and is connected to the pole body.
[0006] In the technical solution of this embodiment of the present application, by disposing the insulating member, insulation can be achieved. The active material coating portion can be isolated from the mounting wall of the case component, thereby reducing a probability of contact between the active material coating portion and the mounting wall of the case component. This reduces a risk of corrosion of the mounting wall of the case component due to exposure of the active material coating portion, reduces a risk of failure of the active material coating portion, and reduces a risk of liquid leakage, thereby improving reliability and stability of the battery cell. In addition, a part of the conductive portion passing through the insulating member can be isolated from the active material coating portion, reducing a probability that the conductive portion is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion due to redundancy. This can reduce the risk of short circuits of the battery cell, and help improve the use reliability of the battery cell.
[0007] In some embodiments, the avoidance hole includes a first avoidance hole. The insulating member includes an insulating film. The insulating film completely covers the active material coating portion, the first avoidance hole is provided at a position on the insulating film opposite to the mounting wall and is adapted to a thickness of the conductive portion, and a peripheral wall of the first avoidance hole formed by the insulating film separates, from the active material coating portion, a part of the conductive portion that passes through the first avoidance hole and is connected to the pole body. In the foregoing technical solution, by adapting a size of the first avoidance hole to the thickness of the conductive portion, the first avoidance hole allows the conductive portion to pass through the insulating film, enabling the conductive portion to be electrically connected to the pole body of the pole component. In addition, when the conductive portion passes through the first avoidance hole, the insulating film may further cover a position of roots of the plurality of tab sheets of the conductive portion close to the active material coating portion, further providing insulation protection for the active material coating portion, reducing a risk of exposure of the active material coating portion, and also providing insulation protection for the roots of the plurality of tab sheets of the conductive portion close to the active material coating portion. Therefore, the part of the conductive portion passing through the first avoidance hole is separated from the active material coating portion and the roots of the plurality of tab sheets of the conductive portion close to the active material coating portion, and a possibility that the conductive portion is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion and the roots of the plurality of tab sheets of the conductive portion close to the active material coating portion due to redundancy, thereby reducing a risk of short circuits of the battery cell.
[0008] In some embodiments, the first avoidance hole is a normally open hole adapted to the thickness of the conductive portion. In the foregoing technical solution, the first avoidance hole is set as a normally open hole, so that the conductive portion can quickly pass through the insulating film, to help improve efficiency of wrapping the active material coating portion by the insulating film, thereby improving assembly efficiency of the battery cell. In addition, in a process in which the conductive portion passes through the insulating film, the insulating film can be avoided, thereby reducing a probability that the conductive portion deforms, reducing operation steps of reshaping the conductive portion, and further improving the assembly efficiency of the battery cell.
[0009] In some embodiments, a tearing structure is disposed at a position on the insulating film opposite to the mounting wall, and the tearing structure is configured to be torn under an action of the conductive portion, to form the first avoidance hole adapted to the thickness of the conductive portion. In the foregoing technical solution, the tearing structure is disposed in advance on the insulating film, so that in a process in which an outer side of the active material coating portion is covered with the insulating film, the first avoidance hole that is openable is formed. After the conductive portion passes in place, the first avoidance hole may gradually tend to be closed, so that the insulating film can cover at least a part of the roots of the plurality of tab sheets of the conductive portion close to the active material coating portion, thereby forming insulation protection for the roots of the plurality of tab sheets of the conductive portion close to the active material coating portion, and isolating the part of the conductive portion passing through the first avoidance hole from the roots of the plurality of tab sheets of the conductive portion close to the active material coating portion. This reduces the probability that the conductive portion is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion and the roots of the plurality of tab sheets of the conductive portion close to the active material coating portion due to redundancy, thereby reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell.
[0010] In some embodiments, the tearing structure includes: a first tearing portion, where the first tearing portion extends in a length direction of the pole body; and a second tearing portion, where the second tearing portion extends in a direction forming an angle with the length direction of the pole body, and an end portion of the first tearing portion is connected to the second tearing portion. In the foregoing technical solution, the tearing structure is disposed to include the first tearing portion and the second tearing portion that are disposed at an angle, so that the formed first avoidance hole is openable. The insulating film may adjust an opening degree of the first avoidance hole according to a shape of the root of the conductive portion close to the active material coating portion, so that the conductive portion can smoothly pass through the first avoidance hole. This can further reduce a risk that the insulating film is severely torn, further improve insulation protection performance of the insulating film for the active material coating portion, and further reduce a probability that the conductive portion is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion due to redundancy, thereby further reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell.
[0011] In some embodiments, the end portion of the first tearing portion is connected to a middle portion of the second tearing portion; and / or two second tearing portions are provided, and the two second tearing portions are spaced apart to be respectively connected to two ends of the first tearing portion; and / or the second tearing portion extends in a width direction of the pole body. In the foregoing technical solution, the end portion of the first tearing portion is connected to the middle portion of the second tearing portion, so that the insulating film can form at least two insulating sheets that are openable at the tearing structure. The two insulating sheets may cover at least two opposite sides of the roots of the plurality of tab sheets of the conductive portion close to the active material coating portion, thereby reducing the probability that the conductive portion is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion and the roots of the plurality of tab sheets of the conductive portion close to the active material coating portion due to redundancy, and further reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell. The quantity of the second tearing portion is set to two, so that the adjustable opening degree of the first avoidance hole can be increased, and the risk that the insulating film is severely torn can be further reduced, thereby further reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell. The second tearing portion extends in the width direction of the pole body, so that structural integrity of the insulating film at the first avoidance hole can be improved without affecting the effect that the conductive portion passes through the insulating film, thereby improving the insulation protection performance of the insulating film, further reducing the probability that the conductive portion is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion due to redundancy, and further reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell.
[0012] In some embodiments, the insulating film includes: a main insulating portion, wrapping a peripheral side of the active material coating portion; and a first insulating portion and a second insulating portion, respectively disposed at two ends of the main insulating portion. The first insulating portion is located on a side of the main insulating portion close to the mounting wall and wraps an end portion of the active material coating portion close to the mounting wall. The second insulating portion is located on a side of the main insulating portion away from the mounting wall and wraps an end portion of the active material coating portion away from the mounting wall. The first avoidance hole is provided on the first insulating portion. In the foregoing technical solution, the insulating film is formed by a plurality of parts, and completely isolates the active material coating portion from the case component, to sufficiently reduce the exposure of the active material coating portion, reduce risks of failure and damage of the electrode component, reduce the risk of corrosion of the case component, and improve the reliability and stability of the battery cell.
[0013] In some embodiments, a holding sheet is connected to at least a partial region of the insulating film surrounding a periphery of the first avoidance hole, and hardness of the holding sheet is greater than hardness of the insulating film. In the foregoing technical solution, the holding sheet is connected onto the insulating film, so that rigidity of the insulating film at the first avoidance hole can be increased. This can enhance separation between the part of the conductive portion passing through the first avoidance hole and the active material coating portion, further reducing the probability that the conductive portion is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion. In addition, the roots of the plurality of tab sheets of the conductive portion close to the active material coating portion can remain in a converging shape, further reducing the probability that the part of the conductive portion passing through the first avoidance hole is inserted reversely into the roots of the plurality of tab sheets of the conductive portion close to the active material coating portion. This can greatly reduce the risk of short circuits of the battery cell.
[0014] In some embodiments, the avoidance hole includes a second avoidance hole disposed opposite to the first avoidance hole. The insulating member further includes an insulating bracket. The insulating bracket includes a bracket body. The bracket body is disposed at an end of the active material coating portion close to the mounting wall and covers at least a part of the insulating film on an end of the active material coating portion facing the mounting wall. The second avoidance hole is provided on the bracket body, and the conductive portion passes through the first avoidance hole, is located in the second avoidance hole or passes through the second avoidance hole, and is connected to the pole body. In the foregoing technical solution, the bracket body may support the active material coating portion, and may further separate the active material coating portion from the mounting wall of the case component, reducing the probability of contact between the active material coating portion and the mounting wall. This can reduce the risk of corrosion of the mounting wall of the case component due to exposure of the active material coating portion, reduce the risk of liquid leakage, and further improve the reliability and stability of the battery cell.
[0015] In some embodiments, the second avoidance hole has a first hole wall and a second hole wall disposed opposite to each other in the width direction of the pole body. The insulating bracket further includes a first separation sheet. The first separation sheet is disposed on the first hole wall and connected to the bracket body. The first separation sheet extends in a direction close to a center of the second avoidance hole, and separates the part of the conductive portion connected to the pole body from the active material coating portion. In the foregoing technical solution, the first separation sheet is disposed at the second avoidance hole, so that the first separation sheet can be used to separate the part of the conductive portion extending out of the first avoidance hole from the active material coating portion, thereby reducing a probability that the conductive portion is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion due to redundancy. This can reduce the risk of short circuits of the battery cell, thereby helping improve the use reliability of the battery cell.
[0016] In some embodiments, the insulating bracket further includes a second separation sheet, disposed on the second hole wall and connected to the bracket body. The second separation sheet extends in a direction close to the center of the second avoidance hole and is spaced apart from the first separation sheet. A through hole in communication with the second avoidance hole is formed between the second separation sheet and the first separation sheet. The conductive portion passes through the through hole, and the first separation sheet and the second separation sheet separate, from the active material coating portion, two sides of a part of the conductive portion that passes through the through hole and is connected to the pole body. In the foregoing technical solution, the insulating bracket is disposed to include the first separation sheet and the second separation sheet. The first separation sheet and the second separation sheet may be used to separate a part of the conductive portion extending out of the through hole from the active material coating portion, thereby further reducing the probability that the conductive portion is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion due to redundancy. This can reduce the risk of short circuits of the battery cell, thereby helping improve the use reliability of the battery cell.
[0017] In some embodiments, the battery cell includes an insulating film. The insulating film covers the active material coating portion, and a through hole exposing the conductive portion is provided on the insulating film at an end facing the mounting wall. The insulating member is an insulating bracket. The insulating member is disposed at an end of the active material coating portion close to the mounting wall and covers at least a part of the insulating film on an end of the active material coating portion facing the mounting wall. The avoidance hole is provided on the insulating bracket, and the conductive portion passes through the through hole and the avoidance hole to be connected to the pole body. The insulating bracket may support the active material coating portion, and may further isolate the active material coating portion from the mounting wall of the case component, reducing the probability of contact between the active material coating portion and the mounting wall. This can reduce the risk of corrosion of the mounting wall of the case component due to exposure of the active material coating portion, and reduce the risk of liquid leakage, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the battery cell.
[0018] In some embodiments, the insulating bracket separates, from the active material coating portion, two sides of a part of the conductive portion that passes through the avoidance hole and is connected to the pole body. In the foregoing technical solution, the insulating bracket separates the two opposite sides of the part of the conductive portion passing through the avoidance hole from the active material coating portion, thereby further reducing the probability that the conductive portion is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion due to redundancy. This can reduce the risk of short circuits of the battery cell, thereby helping improve the use reliability of the battery cell.
[0019] In some embodiments, the conductive portion includes a converging segment, a first extension segment, and a second extension segment that are arranged in an extension direction of the conductive portion, the converging segment is connected to the active material coating portion, the second extension segment is connected to the pole body, and two ends of the first extension segment are respectively connected to the converging segment and the second extension segment. The first extension segment passes through the avoidance hole, and the converging segment and the second extension segment are respectively located on two sides of the insulating member. The insulating member may isolate the converging segment from the second extension segment, to reduce a probability that the second extension segment is inserted reversely into the converging segment due to redundancy. The insulating member may further isolate the second extension segment from the active material coating portion, to reduce a probability that the second extension segment is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion due to redundancy. In this way, the risk of short circuits of the battery cell is reduced, and reliability and stability of the battery cell are improved.
[0020] In some embodiments, the conductive portion includes a plurality of stacked tab sheets, and the roots of the plurality of tab sheets close to the active material coating portion converge toward each other, to form a triangular converging segment. The plurality of tab sheets converge at a position on the converging segment facing away from the active material coating portion, and are connected to form the first extension segment and the second extension segment. In the foregoing technical solution, the roots of the plurality of tab sheets close to the active material coating portion converge to form the triangular converging segment, so that the plurality of tab sheets can be stacked and form a whole that does not tend to loosen, thereby facilitating connection between the conductive portion and the pole body.
[0021] In some embodiments, a first end of the first extension segment is connected to the converging segment through a first bent portion, and the first extension segment, the first bent portion, and the converging segment define a first opening slot. A second end of the first extension segment is connected to the second extension segment through a second bent portion, and the first extension segment, the second bent portion, and the second extension segment define a second opening slot. Openings of the first opening slot and the second opening slot face different directions and are spaced apart in a thickness direction of the mounting wall. The insulating member at least partially extends into the first opening slot, to separate the first extension segment from the active material coating portion. The conductive portion is substantially arranged in an "S" shape, so that the conductive portion can play a better buffering role, and when the battery cell is used in a vibration environment, vibration can be absorbed, the electrode component is protected, and reliability of the battery cell is improved. In addition, the first opening slot and the second opening slot are provided, so that the conductive portion is regularly bent, and a bent part thereof does not tend to be inserted reversely into the active material coating portion due to redundancy, thereby reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell. Moreover, mutual interference and scratching between tab sheets in the conductive portion can be improved, thereby reducing lithium plating, and further improving the reliability of the battery cell. The insulating member may separate a side of the first extension segment facing the active material coating portion from the active material coating portion, thereby reducing a possibility that the first extension segment of the conductive portion is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion and the converging segment due to redundancy. This reduces the risk of short circuits of the battery cell, and helps improve the use reliability of the battery cell.
[0022] In some embodiments, the insulating member at least partially extends in a direction close to the second opening slot, to separate the second extension segment from the active material coating portion. The insulating member may separate the second extension segment from a side of the first extension segment facing away from the active material coating portion, or separate the second extension segment from a side of the converging segment facing away from the active material coating portion, to separate the second extension segment from the active material coating portion. This further reduces a possibility that the conductive portion is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion, the first extension segment, or the converging segment due to redundancy, thereby reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell, and helping improve the use reliability of the battery cell.
[0023] In some embodiments, the converging segment, the first extension segment, and the second extension segment define a third opening slot. The insulating member at least partially extends into the third opening slot, to separate the second extension segment from the active material coating portion. The insulating member separates the second extension segment from the active material coating portion, thereby reducing a possibility that the second extension segment is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion and the converging segment due to redundancy. This reduces the risk of short circuits of the battery cell, and helps improve the use reliability of the battery cell.
[0024] In some embodiments, the conductive portion includes a tab, the tab includes a plurality of stacked tab sheets, and the converging segment, the first extension segment, and the second extension segment are formed by different parts of the tab. The tab is directly connected to the pole body, so that a conductive member can be omitted, and a step for connecting the conductive member and the tab is omitted, to help improve the production efficiency of the battery cell.
[0025] In some embodiments, the conductive portion includes: a tab, connected to the end of the active material coating portion close to the mounting wall, and including a plurality of stacked tab sheets; and a conductive member, connected between the tab and the pole body, where one part of the conductive member forms the second extension segment, the other part of the conductive member forms at least a part of the first extension segment, and at least a part of tab forms the converging segment. By indirectly connecting the tab and the pole body through the conductive member, a length of the tab can be shortened, and problems such as wrinkling and bending breakage of the tab sheets are alleviated. Furthermore, by flexibly designing a shape and material of the conductive member, connection difficulty with the pole body can be reduced, and connection convenience between the conductive member and the pole body is improved. In addition, an operation on the through hole of the tab, an operation on connection between the tab and the pole component (when present), and an operation on connection between the pole component and the case component are less likely to cause cracking at a joint between the active material coating portion and the conductive portion, thereby improving the reliability of the battery cell.
[0026] In some embodiments, the conductive member includes an adapting sheet, and the adapting sheet includes a plurality of adapting foils that are stacked and connected, to cause the adapting sheet to be deformable. Because a thickness of each of the plurality of adapting foils is small, and the plurality of adapting foils are equivalent to a plurality of thin plates, the adapting sheet formed by the plurality of adapting foils is more easily bent than an integrally formed adapting sheet. Therefore, the adapting sheet and the tab can be bent according to a requirement, so that the conductive portion forms a preset shape, thereby meeting a design requirement.
[0027] In some embodiments, the pole component further includes an adapting structure and an insulating structure. The adapting structure surrounds the pole body and is connected to the mounting wall, and the insulating structure is insulated and is in sealing fit between the adapting structure and the pole body. In the foregoing technical solution, the pole component has a simple structure and is easy to process, and includes two parts, namely, the pole body and the adapting structure. Therefore, a shape and a size of the pole body and a shape and a size of the adapting structure may be separately designed based on different factors, to be flexibly adapted to requirements for connection to case components and electrode components in different forms, thereby increasing an application range of the pole component.
[0028] In some embodiments, the adapting structure is formed in an elongated shape extending in a length direction of the mounting wall, and a contour shape of the pole body matches a contour shape of the adapting structure. Alternatively, the adapting structure is formed in an elongated shape extending in a length direction of the mounting wall, and the pole body is disposed at a length center position of the adapting structure and is circular. In the foregoing technical solution, when the contour shape of the pole body is formed in the elongated shape matching the contour shape of the adapting structure, an area of the pole body is large, to help increase a connection area between the conductive portion and the pole body, thereby improving electric conduction performance. When the pole body is disposed at the length center position of the elongated adapting structure and is circular, this helps reduce a connection area between the pole body and the adapting structure and improve force-bearing uniformity at a joint between the pole body and the adapting structure, thereby improving reliability of connection between the pole body and the adapting structure.
[0029] In some embodiments, the insulating structure includes a sealing structure member. The sealing structure member surrounds a peripheral side of the adapting structure facing the pole body, and is at least partially sandwiched between the adapting structure and the pole body in an inside-outside direction of the mounting wall. In the foregoing technical solution, the sealing structure member is at least partially sandwiched between the adapting structure and the pole body in the inside-outside direction of the mounting wall, so that axial sealing between the adapting structure and the pole body is implemented. The axial sealing can have a reliable sealing effect, alleviating a problem of leakage at a fitting position between the adapting structure and the pole body. In the embodiments of the present application, the axial sealing is integrated into the pole component, to reduce an axial force applied to the mounting wall. In addition, the sealing structure member surrounds an inner ring of the adapting structure, so that the sealing structure member can be close to the fitting position between the adapting structure and the pole body, to help seal the fitting position between the adapting structure and the pole body on a shorter path, thereby improving sealing reliability. Moreover, this helps reduce a size of the sealing structure member and reduce a sealing area, making it easier to achieve sealing by compression, less prone to sealing failure, and thus enhancing the sealing effect.
[0030] In some embodiments, the mounting wall is provided with a mounting hole. The pole component covers the mounting hole, and an edge of the adapting structure is lapped onto a side of the mounting wall in a wall thickness direction. In the foregoing technical solution, assembly of the adapting structure and the mounting wall is facilitated, thereby improving the production efficiency. When the edge of the adapting structure is lapped onto a side of the mounting wall facing away from the electrode component, assembly and connection of the pole component and the mounting wall are facilitated, to help improve reliability of connection between the pole component and the mounting wall. When the edge of the adapting structure is lapped onto a side of the mounting wall facing the electrode component, the electrode component and the pole component may be mounted into a case body together, and the pole component is not required to pass through the mounting hole, thereby reducing operation steps and reducing operation difficulty.
[0031] In some embodiments, the edge of the adapting structure is lapped onto a side of the mounting wall facing away from the electrode component, and the mounting wall is provided with a first recessed groove surrounding the mounting hole. The first recessed groove is open in a direction facing away from the electrode component, and the edge of the adapting structure is provided with a convex edge portion embedded into the first recessed groove. In the foregoing technical solution, this is convenient to support and locate connection between the adapting structure and the mounting wall, and this helps weld the adapting structure to the mounting wall from an outer side of the mounting wall.
[0032] In some embodiments, the edge of the adapting structure is lapped onto the side of the mounting wall facing away from the electrode component, the mounting hole is an elongated hole, and the pole component is formed in an elongated structure matching a shape of the mounting hole. In the foregoing technical solution, space required for flipping movement of the pole component is small, so that the space required for flipping of the pole component can be reduced, thereby helping reduce a length of the conductive portion, save materials, and reduce costs. In addition, redundancy of the conductive portion can be reduced, and space occupied by the conductive portion in the accommodating cavity is reduced, thereby helping improve energy density of the battery cell.
[0033] In some embodiments, the edge of the adapting structure is lapped onto a side of the mounting wall facing the electrode component, and the edge of the adapting structure is provided with a second recessed groove open in a direction facing away from the electrode component. The mounting wall includes a lapping portion protruding in the mounting hole, and the lapping portion is embedded into the second recessed groove. In the foregoing technical solution, this is convenient to support and locate the connection between the pole component and the mounting wall, and this helps weld the pole component to the mounting wall from the outer side of the mounting wall.
[0034] In some embodiments, the pole component encloses a first accommodating groove recessed in a direction facing away from the electrode component relative to the mounting wall and open toward the electrode component. The electrode component is connected to the pole component through the conductive portion, and the conductive portion is at least partially accommodated in the first accommodating groove and is connected to the pole body. In the foregoing technical solution, the first accommodating groove is provided to accommodate the conductive portion, so that space occupied by the conductive portion in the accommodating cavity can be reduced. In this way, the accommodating cavity has larger space to accommodate the active material coating portion. This helps increase a volume of the active material coating portion, thereby increasing the energy density of the battery cell. In addition, because the first accommodating groove is open toward the electrode component, the conductive portion can easily extend into the first accommodating groove, thereby reducing the operation difficulty.
[0035] In some embodiments, a second accommodating groove is formed on the pole body, the second accommodating groove is open facing away from the accommodating cavity, a through hole is provided on a groove bottom wall of the second accommodating groove, and the conductive portion passes through the through hole and is at least partially accommodated in the second accommodating groove. In the foregoing technical solution, the second accommodating groove is provided on the pole body to reduce a weight of the pole body to a certain extent, to improve weight energy density of the battery cell and the battery. In addition, because a groove opening of the second accommodating groove is formed on an outer end surface of the pole body, and the outer end surface of the pole body is a surface on a side of the pole body away from the active material coating portion, the second accommodating groove may be open in a direction facing away from the active material coating portion. In this way, when at least a part of the conductive portion is accommodated in the second accommodating groove, the conductive portion can be easily accommodated and arranged through the groove opening of the second accommodating groove, and an electrical connection operation and the like can be easily performed on the conductive portion and the pole body through the groove opening of the second accommodating groove, thereby reducing production difficulty of the battery cell and improving the production efficiency of the battery cell.
[0036] In some embodiments, the case component includes a case body having an opening and a case cover, and the case cover covers the opening. The mounting wall includes a wall body of the case body opposite to the opening, and / or the mounting wall includes the case cover. In the foregoing technical solution, the pole component can be flexibly disposed.
[0037] According to a second aspect, the present application provides a battery, including the battery cell in the foregoing embodiment.
[0038] In the technical solution of this embodiment of the present application, by using the battery cell, a risk of failure of the active material coating portion can be reduced, a risk of liquid leakage can be reduced, and a risk of short circuits of the battery cell can be reduced, thereby improving reliability and stability of the battery cell, and further improving reliability of the battery.
[0039] In some embodiments, the battery includes a box. A plurality of battery cells are provided and are accommodated in the box. The bottom of the box is a box bottom plate. The pole component is disposed on a side of the case component facing the box bottom plate or disposed on a side of the case component facing away from the box bottom plate. In the foregoing technical solution, when the pole component of the battery cell is disposed on the side of the case component facing the box bottom plate, the battery cell is in an inverted state, and a product of pressure relief is ejected in a direction facing away from a passenger room, which is safer. When the pole component of the battery cell is disposed on the side of the case component close to the box bottom plate, the battery cell is in an upright state, and electrolyte leakage is less likely to occur. Therefore, orientations of the battery cell and the box can be flexibly disposed.
[0040] According to a third aspect, the present application provides an electric device, including the battery cell in the foregoing embodiments; or including the battery in the foregoing embodiments.
[0041] In the technical solution of this embodiment of the present application, by using the battery cell or battery, reliability of the electric device can be improved.

[0137] Refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4. FIG. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a battery cell 102 according to some other embodiments of the present application; and FIG. 4 is a structural cross-sectional view of a battery cell 102 according to some embodiments of the present application. The battery cell 102 is a smallest unit constituting the battery 100. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the battery cell 102 includes a case component 1, a pole component 2, an electrode component 3, an electrolyte, and other functional components. The case component 1 includes a case cover 12 and a case body 11.
[0138] The case cover 12 is a component that covers an opening 113 of the case body 11 to isolate an internal environment of the battery cell 102 from an external environment. Without limitation, a shape of the case cover 12 may be adapted to a shape of the case body 11 to fit the case body 11. Optionally, the case cover 12 may be made of a material (for example, an aluminum alloy) having particular stiffness and strength. In this way, the case cover 12 does not easily deform when being squeezed or collided, so that the battery cell 102 can have higher structural strength, and reliability can also be improved. Functional components such as the pole component 2 may be disposed on the case cover 12. The pole component 2 may be configured to be electrically connected to the electrode component 3, to output or input electric energy of the battery cell 102. In some embodiments, a pressure relief mechanism configured to relieve internal pressure when an internal pressure or temperature in the battery cell 102 reaches a threshold may be further disposed on the case cover 12. The case cover 12 may alternatively be made of various materials, for example, copper, iron, aluminum, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and plastic, which are not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present application. In some embodiments, an insulating member may be further disposed on an inner side of the case cover 12. The insulating member may be configured to isolate electrical connection parts in the case body 11 from the case cover 12, to reduce a risk of short circuits. For example, the insulating member may be plastic or rubber.
[0139] The case body 11 is a component configured to form the internal environment of the battery cell 102 together with the case cover 12. The formed internal environment may be used for accommodating the electrode component 3, an electrolyte, and other components. The case body 11 and the case cover 12 may be independent components. The opening 113 may be provided on the case body 11, so that the case cover 12 covers the opening 113 at the opening 113 to form the internal environment of the battery cell 102. Without limitation, the case cover 12 and the case body 11 may alternatively be integrated. Specifically, the case cover 12 and the case body 11 may first form a common connection surface before other components are placed into the case. When an interior of the case body 11 are required to be encapsulated, the case cover 12 covers the case body 11. The case body 11 may be of various shapes and sizes, such as a rectangular shape, a cylindrical shape, and a hexagonal prism shape. Specifically, the shape of the case body 11 may be determined according to a specific shape and size of the electrode component 3. The case body 11 may be made of various materials, for example, copper, iron, aluminum, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and plastic, which are not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present application.
[0140] The electrode component 3 includes an electrode assembly 31. The electrode assembly 31 is a component in which electrochemical reactions occur in the battery cell 102. The case body 11 may include one or more electrode assemblies 31. The electrode assembly 31 is mainly formed by winding or stacking a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate, and a separator is generally disposed between the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate. Parts of the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate with active materials form a main body portion of the electrode assembly 31, and portions of the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate without active materials each forms a tab 335. A positive electrode tab 335 and a negative electrode tab 335 may be located at the same end of the main body portion or respectively located at two ends of the main body portion. During charging and discharging of the battery 100, a positive electrode active material and a negative electrode active material react with the electrolyte, and the tab 335 is connected to the pole component 2 to form a current loop. In the solid-state battery, the electrolyte may be a solid-state electrolyte layer located between positive and negative electrode plates, and the separator may be omitted.
[0141] According to some embodiments of the present application, refer to FIG. 4, and further refer to FIG. 5. FIG. 5 is a partial enlarged view of a battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 4. The case component 1 defines the accommodating cavity 13, the case component 1 includes a mounting wall 111, the pole component 2 is mounted on the mounting wall 111, and the pole component 2 includes a pole body 21.
[0142] The mounting wall 111 is a partial case wall of a case of the case component 1, and may be used as a mounting carrier of the pole component 2. The mounting wall 111 may be a partial case wall of the case body 11 of the case, or may be the case cover 12 of the case, or may include a partial case wall of the case body 11 and the case cover 12.
[0143] Refer to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 again. The battery cell 102 further includes the electrode component 3. The electrode component 3 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 13, and the electrode component 3 includes an active material coating portion 32, a conductive portion 33, and the insulating member. The conductive portion 33 is connected between the active material coating portion 32 and the pole body 21, to output or input electric energy of the battery cell 102.
[0144] The insulating member is at least partially disposed between an end portion of the active material coating portion 32 connected to the conductive portion 33 and the pole body 21. That is, the insulating member is at least partially disposed between the active material coating portion 32 and the mounting wall 111.
[0145] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, in the figure, a height direction of the active material coating portion 32 is a first direction F1, a thickness direction of the active material coating portion 32 is a second direction F2, a width direction of the active material coating portion 32 is a third direction F3, and the active material coating portion 32 has a first end and a second end that are disposed opposite to each other in the height direction of the active material coating portion 32.
[0146] If the conductive portion 33 is disposed at the first end of the active material coating portion 32, a wall body of the case component 1 disposed opposite to the first end of the active material coating portion 32 is the mounting wall 111, and the insulating member is at least partially disposed between the first end of the active material coating portion 32 and the pole body 21. If the conductive portion 33 is disposed at the second end of the active material coating portion 32, a wall body of the case component 1 disposed opposite to the second end of the active material coating portion 32 is the mounting wall 111, and the insulating member is at least partially disposed between the second end of the active material coating portion 32 and the pole body 21. If the conductive portion 33 is disposed at the first end and the second end of the active material coating portion 32, each of wall bodies of the case component 1 disposed opposite to the first end and the second end of the active material coating portion 32 is the mounting wall 111, at least a part of the insulating member is disposed between the first end of the active material coating portion 32 and one pole body 21, and at least another part of the insulating member is disposed between the second end of the active material coating portion 32 and the other pole body 21.
[0147] The insulating member may be configured to isolate the active material coating portion 32 from the mounting wall 111 of the case component 1, reducing a probability of contact between the active material coating portion 32 and the mounting wall 111 of the case component 1. This can reduce a risk of corrosion of the mounting wall 111 of the case component 1 due to exposure of the active material coating portion 32, reduce a risk of failure of the active material coating portion 32, and reduce a risk of liquid leakage, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the battery cell 102.
[0148] The insulating member is provided with an avoidance hole, and the avoidance hole is provided for the conductive portion 33 to pass through, so that the conductive portion 33 can pass through the insulating member to be electrically connected to the pole body 21 of the pole component 2. The insulating member separates, from the active material coating portion 32, a part of the conductive portion 33 that passes through the insulating member and is connected to the pole body 21.
[0149] "The part of the conductive portion 33 that passes through the insulating member and is connected to the pole body 21" may be a part of the conductive portion 33 in direct connection and contact with the pole body 21, or a part of the conductive portion 33 that extends out of the insulating member and is indirectly connected to the pole body 21. The insulating member may be configured to isolate a part of the conductive portion 33 passing through the insulating member from the active material coating portion 32, thereby reducing a probability that the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to redundancy. This can reduce the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102, thereby improving the use reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0150] In the foregoing technical solution of this embodiment of the present application, by disposing the insulating member, insulation can be achieved. The active material coating portion 32 can be isolated from the mounting wall 111 of the case component 1, reducing a probability of contact between the active material coating portion 32 and the mounting wall 111 of the case component 1. In addition, the part of the conductive portion 33 passing through the insulating member can be isolated from the active material coating portion 32, reducing a probability that the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to redundancy. This can reduce the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102, thereby helping improve the use reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0151] In some embodiments, one end of the conductive portion 33 is directly connected to the active material coating portion 32, and the other end of the conductive portion 33 is directly connected to the pole body 21. In other words, the active material coating portion 32 is connected to the pole body 21 through the conductive portion 33, to form electrical conduction. Such a disposition can simplify a structure of the battery cell 102 and improve production efficiency of the battery cell 102.
[0152] Exemplarily, the battery 100 includes a bus component located outside the battery cell 102. The pole body 21 is connected to the bus component, to form electrical conduction, so that a plurality of battery cells 102 can be connected through the bus component.
[0153] Exemplarily, when the pole component 2 is a negative electrode, the pole body 21 may be a copper-aluminum composite component. The copper-aluminum composite component may include an aluminum part and a copper part. The aluminum part is disposed on a side of the copper part facing away from the active material coating portion 32, and easily forms reliable connection to an aluminum bus component. The copper part is easily connected to the tab sheet 311 of the negative electrode that is made of copper foil. When the pole component 2 is a positive electrode, the pole body 21 may be an aluminum material component. The aluminum material component easily forms reliable connection to an aluminum bus component. The aluminum material component is also easily connected to the tab sheet 311 of the positive electrode that is made of aluminum foil.
[0154] A connection manner between the conductive portion 33 and the pole component 2 is not limited, and for example, may include, but is not limited to, ultrasonic welding, a combination of ultrasonic pre-welding and laser welding, resistance welding, pressurefusion welding, brazing, and adhesive bonding.
[0155] Refer to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7. FIG. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electrode component 3 and an insulating film 7 of a battery cell 102 according to some embodiments of the present application; and FIG. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electrode component 3 and an insulating film 7 of a battery cell 102 according to some other embodiments of the present application. In this embodiment of the present application, the insulating member includes an insulating film 7, and the insulating film 7 fully covers the active material coating portion 32. The "fully covers" means that the insulating film 7 covers all surfaces of the active material coating portion 32, so that the insulating film 7 may isolate an outer surface of the active material coating portion 32 from the case component 1. This reduces a risk of corrosion of the case component 1 due to exposure of the active material coating portion 32, reduces a risk of failure of the active material coating portion 32, and reduces a risk of liquid leakage, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the battery cell 102.
[0156] The avoidance hole includes a first avoidance hole 701. The first avoidance hole 701 is provided at a position on the insulating film 7 opposite to the mounting wall 111, and a size of the first avoidance hole 701 is adapted to a thickness of the conductive portion 33. A peripheral wall of the first avoidance hole 701 formed by the insulating film 7 separates, from the active material coating portion 32, a part of the conductive portion 33 that passes through the first avoidance hole 701 and is connected to the pole body 21.
[0157] "A size of the first avoidance hole 701 is adapted to a thickness of the conductive portion 33" refers to that the size of the first avoidance hole 701 at a part of the conductive portion 33 located at the first avoidance hole 701 is adapted to a dimension of the conductive portion 33 in the thickness direction.
[0158] The size of the first avoidance hole 701 cannot be excessively small, or the first avoidance hole 701 cannot be excessively small in a use state (a size of the first avoidance hole 701 opening under a pressing action of the conductive portion 33); otherwise, the conductive portion 33 cannot smoothly and rapidly pass through the first avoidance hole 701. The size of the first avoidance hole 701 cannot be excessively large, or the first avoidance hole 701 cannot be excessively large in a use state (a size of the first avoidance hole 701 opening under a pressing action of the conductive portion 33); otherwise, a risk that the active material coating portion 32 is exposed is increased.
[0159] In the foregoing technical solution, by adapting a size of the first avoidance hole 701 to the thickness of the conductive portion 33, the first avoidance hole 701 allows the conductive portion 33 to pass through the insulating film 7, enabling the conductive portion 33 to be electrically connected to the pole body 21 of the pole component 2. In addition, when the conductive portion 33 passes through the first avoidance hole 701, the insulating film 7 may further cover a position of roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32, further providing insulation protection for the active material coating portion 32, reducing a risk of exposure of the active material coating portion 32, and also providing insulation protection for the roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32. Therefore, the part of the conductive portion 33 passing through the first avoidance hole 701 is separated from the active material coating portion 32 and the roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32, and a possibility that the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 and the roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 due to redundancy is reduced, thereby reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102.
[0160] Refer to FIG. 6 again. In some optional embodiments of the present application, the first avoidance hole 701 is a normally open hole adapted to the thickness of the conductive portion 33. That is, when the insulating film 7 is in a natural state (a state in which the insulating film 7 is not pressed by the conductive portion 33), the size of the first avoidance hole 701 is greater than 0.
[0161] In the foregoing technical solution, the first avoidance hole 701 is set as a normally open hole, so that the conductive portion 33 can quickly pass through the insulating film 7, to help improve efficiency of wrapping the active material coating portion 32 by the insulating film 7, thereby improving assembly efficiency of the battery cell 102. In addition, in a process in which the insulating film 7 passes through the conductive portion 33, the insulating film 7 can be avoided, thereby reducing a probability that the conductive portion 33 deforms, reducing operation steps of reshaping the conductive portion 33, and further improving the assembly efficiency of the battery cell 102.
[0162] Refer to FIG. 7 again, and further refer to FIG. 8. FIG. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of the insulating film 7 of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 7. In some other optional embodiments of the present application, a tearing structure 702 is disposed at a position on the insulating film 7 opposite to the mounting wall 111, and the tearing structure 702 is configured to be torn under an action of the conductive portion 33, to form the first avoidance hole 701 adapted to the thickness of the conductive portion 33.
[0163] Specifically, in a process in which an outer side of the active material coating portion 32 is covered with the insulating film 7, when the conductive portion 33 pushes the tearing structure 702 open on the insulating film 7, the first avoidance hole 701 that is openable may be formed on the insulating film 7, so that the conductive portion 33 can smoothly pass through the first avoidance hole 701. Because the first avoidance hole 701 has a selfclosing feature, after the conductive portion 33 passes in place, the first avoidance hole 701 may gradually tend to be closed, so that the insulating film 7 can cover at least a part of the roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32.
[0164] Therefore, in the foregoing technical solution, the tearing structure 702 is disposed in advance on the insulating film 7, so that in a process in which an outer side of the active material coating portion 32 is covered with the insulating film 7, the first avoidance hole 701 that is openable is formed. After the conductive portion 33 passes in place, the first avoidance hole 701 may gradually tend to be closed, so that the insulating film 7 can cover at least a part of the roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32, thereby forming insulation protection for the roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32, and isolating the part of the conductive portion 33 passing through the first avoidance hole 701 from the roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32. This reduces the probability that the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 and the roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 due to redundancy, thereby reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102.
[0165] Refer to FIG. 8 again. In this embodiment of the present application, the tearing structure 702 includes a first tearing portion 7021 and a second tearing portion 7022. The first tearing portion 7021 extends in the length direction of the pole body 21 (the third direction F3 shown in the figure, that is, the width direction of the active material coating portion 32). The second tearing portion 7022 extends in a direction forming an angle with the length direction of the pole body 21. An end portion of the first tearing portion 7021 is connected to the second tearing portion 7022.
[0166] For example, the second tearing portion 7022 may extend in the width direction of the pole body 21 (the second direction F2 shown in the figure, that is, the thickness direction of the active material coating portion 32), so that an extension direction of the first tearing portion 7021 is perpendicular to an extension direction of the second tearing portion 7022. For another example, the second tearing portion 7022 may be obliquely disposed relative to the length direction of the pole body 21, so that an extension direction of the first tearing portion 7021 and an extension direction of the second tearing portion 7022 are at an acute angle or an obtuse angle.
[0167] Both of the first tearing portion 7021 and the second tearing portion 7022 may be of a perforated structure. Specifically, each of the first tearing portion 7021 and the second tearing portion 7022 includes a plurality of connection parts and a plurality of disconnection parts. The plurality of connection parts and the plurality of disconnection parts may be arranged in respective extension directions of the first tearing portion 7021 and the second tearing portion 7022. When the conductive portion 33 pushes the tearing structure 702 open on the insulating film 7, the plurality of connection parts of the first tearing portion 7021 and the plurality of connection parts of the second tearing portion 7022 are disconnected, so as to form the first avoidance hole 701 that is openable at the tearing structure 702 of the insulating film 7.
[0168] Certainly, both of the first tearing portion 7021 and the second tearing portion 7022 may be of a thickness reduction structure. The thickness reduction structure may be torn under a pressing action of the conductive portion 33, so as to form the first avoidance hole 701 that is openable. Alternatively, one of the first tearing portion 7021 and the second tearing portion 7022 is of a perforated structure, and the other is of a thickness reduction structure.
[0169] In the foregoing technical solution, the tearing structure 702 is disposed to include the first tearing portion 7021 and the second tearing portion 7022 that are disposed at an angle, so that the formed first avoidance hole 701 is openable. The insulating film 7 may adjust an opening degree of the first avoidance hole 701 according to a shape of the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32, so that the conductive portion 33 can smoothly pass through the first avoidance hole 701. This can further reduce a risk that the insulating film 7 is severely torn, further improve insulation protection performance of the insulating film 7 for the active material coating portion 32, and further reduce a probability that the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to redundancy, thereby further reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102.
[0170] Refer to FIG. 8 again. In this embodiment of the present application, an end portion of the first tearing portion 7021 is connected to a middle portion of the second tearing portion 7022, that is, an end portion of the first tearing portion 7021 in the extension direction of the first tearing portion 7021 is connected to a middle portion of the second tearing portion 7022 in the extension direction of the second tearing portion 7022. In this way, the insulating film 7 can form at least two openable insulating sheets at the tearing structure 702, so that in a process in which the conductive portion 33 passes through the first avoidance hole 701, the two insulating sheets may be located on at least two opposite sides of the conductive portion 33, to cover at least two opposite sides of the roots of the plurality of tab sheet 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32. Therefore, a part of the conductive portion 33 passing through the first avoidance hole 701 is isolated from at least two opposite sides of the roots of the plurality of tab sheet 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32, so that the probability that the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 and the roots of the plurality of tab sheet 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 due to redundancy is reduced, thereby reducing the risk of short circuits in the battery cell 102.
[0171] Refer to FIG. 9 to FIG. 11. FIG. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an electrode component 3 and an insulating film 7 of a battery cell 102 according to some still other embodiments of the present application; FIG. 10 is a top view of a structure shown in FIG. 9; and FIG. 11 is a structural cross-sectional view of the electrode component 3 and the insulating film 7 shown in FIG. 9. In this embodiment of the present application, there are two second tearing portions 7022, and the two second tearing portions 7022 are spaced apart, to be respectively connected to two ends of the first tearing portion 7021. In this way, an adjustable opening degree of the first avoidance hole 701 can be increased, so that the conductive portion 33 can more smoothly pass through the first avoidance hole 701, and the risk that the insulating film 7 is severely torn can be further reduced, thereby further reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102.
[0172] In this embodiment of the present application, the second tearing portion 7022 extends in the width direction of the pole body 21, and the extension direction of the second tearing portion 7022 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the first tearing portion 7021. In this way, the insulating film 7 can form two insulating sheets that are openable at the tearing structure 702. While an effect that the conductive portion 33 passes through the insulating film 7 is not affected, structural integrity of the insulating film 7 at the first avoidance hole 701 can be improved, thereby improving the insulation protection performance of the insulating film 7, further reducing the probability that the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to redundancy, and further reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102.
[0173] In some specific embodiments, the tearing structure 702 includes a first tearing portion 7021 and two second tearing portions 7022, the first tearing portion 7021 extends in the length direction of the pole body 21, the two second tearing portions 7022 are spaced apart in the length direction of the pole body 21. Each second tearing portion 7022 extends in the width direction of the pole body 21, and two ends of the first tearing portion 7021 in the extension direction of the first tearing portion 7021 are respectively connected to middle portions of the two second tearing portions 7022 in the extension direction of the second tearing portions 7022.
[0174] Therefore, in the foregoing technical solution, the end portion of the first tearing portion 7021 is connected to the middle portion of the second tearing portion 7022, so that the insulating film 7 can form at least two insulating sheets that are openable at the tearing structure 702. The two insulating sheets may cover at least two opposite sides of the roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32, thereby reducing the probability that the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 and the roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 due to redundancy, and further reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102. The quantity of the second tearing portion 7022 is set to two, so that the adjustable opening degree of the first avoidance hole 701 can be increased, and the risk that the insulating film 7 is severely torn can be further reduced, thereby further reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102. The second tearing portion 7022 extends in the width direction of the pole body 21, so that the structural integrity of the insulating film 7 at the first avoidance hole 701 can be improved without affecting the effect that the conductive portion 33 passes through the insulating film 7, thereby improving the insulation protection performance of the insulating film 7, further reducing the probability that the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to redundancy, and further reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102.
[0175] Refer to FIG. 8 again. In some specific embodiments, the insulating film 7 includes a main insulating portion 71, a first insulating portion 72, and a second insulating portion 73. The main insulating portion 71 wraps a peripheral side of the active material coating portion 32. The first insulating portion 72 and the second insulating portion 73 are respectively disposed at two ends of the main insulating portion 71. The first insulating portion 72 is located on a side of the main insulating portion 71 close to the mounting wall 111, and the first insulating portion 72 wraps an end portion of the active material coating portion 32 close to the mounting wall 111. The second insulating portion 73 is located on a side of the main insulating portion 71 away from the mounting wall 111, and the second insulating portion 73 wraps an end portion of the active material coating portion 32 away from the mounting wall 111. The first avoidance hole 701 is provided on the first insulating portion 72.
[0176] A cross section of the active material coating portion 32 may be circular, rectangular, polygonal, or the like. When the cross section of the active material coating portion 32 is a circle, the main insulating portion 71 may be wound into a shape adapted to a shape of the peripheral side (a cylindrical surface) of the active material coating portion 32, to wrap the peripheral side of the active material coating portion 32, that is, a cross-sectional shape of the main insulating portion 71 is a circular ring. When the cross section of the active material coating portion 32 is a rectangle, the main insulating portion 71 may be folded into a shape adapted to a shape of the peripheral side (four side wall surfaces) of the active material coating portion 32, to wrap the peripheral side of the active material coating portion 32, that is, a cross-sectional shape of the main insulating portion 71 is a rectangular ring. When the cross section of the active material coating portion 32 is a polygon, the main insulating portion 71 may be folded into a shape adapted to a shape of the peripheral side (a plurality of side wall surfaces) of the active material coating portion 32, to wrap the peripheral side of the active material coating portion 32, that is, a cross-sectional shape of the main insulating portion 71 is a polygonal ring.
[0177] In a state in which the battery cell 102 is vertically placed, the first insulating portion 72 covers one end of the active material coating portion 32, and the conductive portion 33 passes out from the first insulating portion 72. The main insulating portion 71 wraps the peripheral side of the active material coating portion 32. The second insulating portion 73 wraps the other end of the active material coating portion 32.
[0178] Therefore, in the foregoing technical solution, the insulating film 7 is formed by a plurality of parts, and completely isolates the active material coating portion 32 from the case component 1, to sufficiently reduce the exposure of the active material coating portion 32, reduce risks of failure and damage of the electrode component 3, reduce the risk of corrosion of the case component 1, and improve the reliability and stability of the battery cell 102.
[0179] Refer to FIG. 8 again. The main insulating portion 71 includes a plurality of main body portions 711. The plurality of main body portions 711 are sequentially connected end to end, forming a ring, and the plurality of main body portions 711 jointly wrap the peripheral side of the active material coating portion 32. The first insulating portion 72 and the second insulating portion 73 are respectively located at two ends in an axial direction of a ring structure formed by the plurality of main body portions 711.
[0180] Specifically, a quantity of the main body portions 711 may be two, three, or more than three, and may be specifically selected according to a shape of the active material coating portion 32. For example, the quantity of main body portions 711 and a quantity of surfaces on the peripheral side of the active material coating portion 32 may be set in one-to-one correspondence, that is, the plurality of main body portions 711 cover the plurality of surfaces on the peripheral side of the active material coating portion in one-to-one correspondence. For another example, the quantity of main body portions 711 may be less than a quantity of surfaces on the peripheral side of the active material coating portion 32. In other words, when the insulating film 7 is in an unfolded state, a surface area of at least one main body portion 711 is greater than a surface area of one surface on the peripheral side of the active material coating portion 32. In this way, two or more surfaces on the peripheral side of the active material coating portion 32 can be covered by using the main body portion 711. For another example, the quantity of main body portions 711 may be greater than a quantity of surfaces on the peripheral side of the active material coating portion 32. In this way, at least some of the plurality of main body portions 711 can overlap each other.
[0181] Refer to FIG. 9 to FIG. 11 again. In this embodiment of the present application, a holding sheet 8 is connected to at least a partial region of the insulating film 7 surrounding a periphery of the first avoidance hole, and hardness of the holding sheet 8 is greater than hardness of the insulating film 7.
[0182] For example, the holding sheet 8 and the insulating film 7 may be made of the same material, and a thickness of the holding sheet 8 is greater than a thickness of the insulating film 7. For another example, the holding sheet 8 and the insulating film 7 may be made of different insulating materials.
[0183] There may be one holding sheet 8, and the holding sheet 8 is located on a side of the first avoidance hole 701. Certainly, there may alternatively be a plurality of holding sheets 8, and the plurality of holding sheets 8 are arranged around the periphery of the first avoidance hole 701.
[0184] Refer to FIG. 9. There are two holding sheets 8. Each holding sheet 8 extends in the length direction of the active material coating portion 32. The two holding sheets 8 are arranged in the thickness direction of the active material coating portion 32, that is, the two holding sheets 8 are arranged in the width direction of the pole body 21. A position between two adjacent holding sheets 8 is disposed opposite to the first avoidance hole 701 of the insulating film 7, for the conductive portion 33 to pass through.
[0185] In the foregoing technical solution, the holding sheet 8 is connected on the insulating film 7, so that rigidity of the insulating film 7 at the first avoidance hole 701 can be increased. This can enhance separation between the part of the conductive portion 33 passing through the first avoidance hole 701 and the active material coating portion 32, further reducing the probability that the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32. In addition, the roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 can remain in a converging shape, further reducing the probability that the part of the conductive portion 33 passing through the first avoidance hole 701 is inserted reversely into the roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32. This can greatly reduce the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102.
[0186] Refer to FIG. 6 and FIG. 9 to FIG. 11 again. In an embodiment in which the first avoidance hole 701 is a normally open hole adapted to the thickness of the conductive portion 33, the holding sheet 8 may cover at least a part of an outer side of the insulating film 7 and is connected to the insulating film 7, or an edge of one side of the holding sheet 8 may be connected to a hole edge of the first avoidance hole 701 and the other side extends in a direction close to a center of the first avoidance hole 701.
[0187] Refer to FIG. 7, and further refer to FIG. 12 to FIG. 14. FIG. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of an electrode component 3 and an insulating film 7 of a battery cell 102 according to some still other embodiments of the present application; FIG. 13 is a top view of a structure shown in FIG. 12; and FIG. 14 is a structural cross-sectional view of the electrode component 3 and the insulating film 7 shown in FIG. 12. In an embodiment in which the first avoidance hole 701 is formed by tearing of the tearing structure 702 under an action of the conductive portion 33, the holding sheet 8 may cover a region in which the tearing structure 702 is located on the insulating film 7, and be connected to the insulating film 7.
[0188] In this embodiment of the present application, a pressure relief device 6 is disposed on the mounting wall 111, a puncture structure 703 may be disposed at a position on the insulating film 7 opposite to the pressure relief device 6, and the puncture structure 703 and the tearing structure 702 may be in a form. When the pressure relief device 6 is opened, the puncture structure 703 can be opened more smoothly, helping gas discharge.
[0189] One pole component 2 may be disposed on the mounting wall 111, and the pressure relief device 6 and the pole component 2 may be spaced apart in a length direction of the mounting wall 111. Alternatively, two pole components 2 may be disposed on the mounting wall 111, the two pole components 2 and the pressure relief device 6 may be spaced apart in the length direction of the mounting wall 111, and the pressure relief device 6 may be located between the two pole components 2.
[0190] Refer to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 again. In this embodiment of the present application, the avoidance hole includes a second avoidance hole 901. The second avoidance hole 901 is disposed opposite to the first avoidance hole 701. The insulating member further includes an insulating bracket 9. The insulating bracket 9 includes a bracket body 91. The bracket body 91 is disposed at an end of the active material coating portion 32 close to the mounting wall 111 and covers at least a part of the insulating film 7 on an end of the active material coating portion 32 facing the mounting wall 111.
[0191] The second avoidance hole 901 is provided on the bracket body 91. The conductive portion 33 passes through the first avoidance hole 701, and is located in the second avoidance hole 901 or passes through the second avoidance hole 901, so that the conductive portion 33 can be connected to the pole body 21. That is, a part of the conductive portion 33 connected to the pole body 21 may be located inside the second avoidance hole 901 or outside the second avoidance hole 901.
[0192] In the foregoing technical solution, the bracket body 91 may support the active material coating portion 32, and may further isolate the active material coating portion 32 from the mounting wall 111 of the case component 1, reducing the probability of contact between the active material coating portion 32 and the mounting wall 111. This can reduce the risk of corrosion of the mounting wall 111 of the case component 1 due to exposure of the active material coating portion 32, reduce the risk of liquid leakage, and further improve the reliability and stability of the battery cell 102.
[0193] Refer to FIG. 15 to FIG. 17. FIG. 15 is a schematic structural diagram of an insulating bracket 9 of a battery cell 102 according to some embodiments of the present application; FIG. 16 is a diagram of assembling an insulating bracket 9 and an electrode component 3 of a battery cell 102 according to some embodiments of the present application; and FIG. 17 is another diagram of assembling an insulating bracket 9 and an electrode component 3 of a battery cell 102 according to some embodiments of the present application. In this embodiment of the present application, the second avoidance hole 901 has a first hole wall 9011 and a second hole wall 9012. The first hole wall 9011 and the second hole wall 9012 are disposed opposite to each other in the width direction of the pole body 21 (the second direction F2 shown in the figure, that is, the thickness direction of the active material coating portion 32).
[0194] The insulating bracket 9 further includes a first separation sheet 92. The first separation sheet 92 is disposed on the first hole wall 9011, and the first separation sheet 92 is connected to the bracket body 91. The first separation sheet 92 extends in a direction close to a center of the second avoidance hole 901, and separates the part of the conductive portion 33 connected to the pole body 21 from the active material coating portion 32.
[0195] For ease of understanding, it may be defined that the first separation sheet 92 has a first side edge and a second side edge that are disposed opposite to each other in the second direction F2. The second side edge of the first separation sheet 92 is disposed closer to the center of the second avoidance hole 901 than the first side edge. The first side edge of the first separation sheet 92 is connected to the first hole wall 9011 of the second avoidance hole 901. The conductive portion 33 at least partially passes through the first avoidance hole 701, and the conductive portion 33 is at the second avoidance hole 901 or passes through the second avoidance hole 901 and is connected to the pole body 21.
[0196] In the foregoing technical solution, the first separation sheet 92 is disposed at the second avoidance hole 901, so that the first separation sheet 92 can be used to separate the part of the conductive portion 33 extending out of the first avoidance hole 701 from the active material coating portion 32, thereby reducing a probability that the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to redundancy. This can reduce the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102, thereby helping improve the use reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0197] Refer to FIG. 16 and FIG. 17 again. In this embodiment of the present application, the first separation sheet 92 abuts against the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32, and the first separation sheet 92 horizontally extends from the first hole wall 9011 to the second hole wall 9012, or the first separation sheet 92 obliquely extends in a direction close to the active material coating portion 32.
[0198] The roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 converge to each other to form a structure having a slope, the first separation sheet 92 is set to the foregoing structure, and after the conductive portion 33 passes in place, the first separation sheet 92 and the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 abut against each other, so that the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 converges more tightly. In this way, the conductive portion 33 can remain in the preset gathered shape without dispersing, thereby further reducing a probability that the part of the conductive portion 33 passing through the first avoidance hole 701 is inserted reversely into the roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32.
[0199] In addition, such a disposition can reduce internal space occupied by the first separation sheet 92 in the second avoidance hole 901 away from the active material coating portion 32, and reserve larger placement space for a part of the conductive portion 33 away from the active material coating portion 32 and even the pole component 2. This helps reduce a dimension of the conductive portion 33 in the thickness direction of the mounting wall 111, so as to reduce a dimension of the battery cell 102 in the thickness direction of the mounting wall 111.
[0200] In this embodiment of the present application, a thickness of the first separation sheet 92 is less than a thickness of the bracket body 91. This can reduce space occupied by the first separation sheet 92 in the second avoidance hole 901, so as to reserve larger placement space for the conductive portion 33 and even the pole component 2, thereby helping improve energy density of the electrode component 3.
[0201] For example, a side of the first separation sheet 92 close to the active material coating portion 32 may be farther away from the active material coating portion 32 than a side of the bracket body 91 close to the active material coating portion 32. This can reduce internal space occupied by the first separation sheet 92 in the second avoidance hole 901 close to the active material coating portion 32, and reserve placement space for the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32.
[0202] For another example, a side of the first separation sheet 92 away from the active material coating portion 32 may be closer to the active material coating portion 32 than a side of the bracket body 91 away from the active material coating portion 32. This can reduce internal space occupied by the first separation sheet 92 in the second avoidance hole 901 away from the active material coating portion 32, and reserve larger placement space for the part of the conductive portion 33 away from the active material coating portion 32 and even the pole component 2.
[0203] Refer to FIG. 15 again. A dimension of the first separation sheet 92 in the length direction of the pole body 21 is less than a dimension of the second avoidance hole 901 in the length direction of the pole body 21, and the first separation sheet 92 is spaced apart from the hole wall of the second avoidance hole 901 on two sides in the length direction of the pole body 21 (the third direction F3 shown in FIG. 15, that is, the width direction of the active material coating portion 32), so that the first separation sheet 92 is deformable under abutting of the conductive portion 33.
[0204] Therefore, in the foregoing technical solution, by limiting the first separation sheet 92 to meeting the foregoing condition, the first separation sheet 92 may deform under an action of an external force (for example, an action of abutting of the conductive portion 33). In this way, the first separation sheet 92 may deform by conforming to a shape of the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32, and abut against the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32, so that the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 converges more tightly. In this way, the conductive portion 33 can remain in the preset converging shape without dispersing.
[0205] The first separation sheet 92 may be made of a soft material, so that the first separation sheet 92 is deformable under an action of the conductive portion 33, to cause a shape of the first separation sheet 92 to conform to the shape of the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32.
[0206] In this embodiment of the present application, in the length direction of the pole body 21 (the third direction F3 shown in the figure), the dimension of the first separation sheet 92 is greater than or equal to the dimension of the conductive portion 33.
[0207] In the foregoing technical solution, by controlling the dimension of the first separation sheet 92 in the length direction of the pole body 21 to meet the foregoing condition, two sides of the first separation sheet 92 in the length direction of the pole body 21 may extend out of two sides of the conductive portion 33 in the length direction of the pole body 21. In this way, the first separation sheet 92 can completely isolate the part of the conductive portion 33 away from the active material coating portion 32 from the active material coating portion 32, and a probability that the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to redundancy can be greatly reduced, thereby further reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102. This can further reduce a problem of local deformation caused by the first separation sheet 92 abutting a part of the conductive portion 33 in the length direction of the pole body 21, thereby reducing risks of failure and damage of the conductive portion 33, and further improving the reliability and stability of the battery cell 102.
[0208] Refer to FIG. 18 to FIG. 21. FIG. 18 is a schematic structural diagram of an insulating bracket 9 of a battery cell 102 according to some embodiments of the present application; FIG. 19 is a structural cross-sectional view of the insulating bracket 9 of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 18; FIG. 20 is a diagram of assembling an insulating bracket 9 and an electrode component 3 of a battery cell 102 according to some embodiments of the present application; and FIG. 21 is another diagram of assembling an insulating bracket 9 and an electrode component 3 of a battery cell 102 according to some embodiments of the present application. In this embodiment of the present application, the insulating bracket 9 further includes a second separation sheet 93. The second separation sheet 93 is disposed on the second hole wall 9012, and the second separation sheet 93 is connected to the bracket body 91. The second separation sheet 93 extends in a direction close to the center of the second avoidance hole 901.
[0209] The second separation sheet 93 is spaced apart from the first separation sheet 92. A through hole 902 is formed between the second separation sheet 93 and the first separation sheet 92. The through hole 902 is in communication with the second avoidance hole 901. The conductive portion 33 passes through the through hole 902. The first separation sheet 92 and the second separation sheet 93 separate, from the active material coating portion 32, two sides of a part of the conductive portion 33 that passes through the through hole 902 and is connected to the pole body 21.
[0210] In the foregoing technical solution, the insulating bracket 9 is disposed to include the first separation sheet 92 and the second separation sheet 93. The first separation sheet 92 and the second separation sheet 93 may be used to separate a part of the conductive portion 33 extending out of the through hole 902 from the active material coating portion 32, thereby further reducing the probability that the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to redundancy. This can reduce the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102, thereby helping improve the use reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0211] The second separation sheet 93 abuts against the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32, and the second separation sheet 93 horizontally extends from the second hole wall 9012 to the first hole wall 9011, or the second separation sheet 93 obliquely extends in a direction close to the active material coating portion 32.
[0212] The roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 converge to each other to form a structure having a slope, the second separation sheet 93 is set to the foregoing structure, and after the conductive portion 33 passes in place, the second separation sheet 93 and the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 abut against each other, so that the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 converges more tightly. In this way, the conductive portion 33 can remain in the preset gathered shape without dispersing, thereby further reducing a probability that the part of the conductive portion 33 passing through the through hole 902 is inserted reversely into the roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32.
[0213] In addition, such a disposition can reduce internal space occupied by the second separation sheet 93 in the second avoidance hole 901 away from the active material coating portion 32, and reserve larger placement space for a part of the conductive portion 33 away from the active material coating portion 32 and even the pole component 2. This helps reduce a dimension of the conductive portion 33 in the thickness direction of the mounting wall 111, so as to reduce a dimension of the battery cell 102 in the thickness direction of the mounting wall 111.
[0214] In this embodiment of the present application, a dimension of the through hole 902 in the width direction of the pole body 21 is greater than or equal to the thickness of the conductive portion 33.
[0215] In the foregoing technical solution, by limiting the dimension of the through hole 902 in the width direction of the pole body 21 to meeting the foregoing condition, the conductive portion 33 can smoothly pass through the through hole 902, reducing scratching of the first separation sheet 92 and the second separation sheet 93 to the conductive portion 33. This reduces the risks of failure and damage of the conductive portion 33, and improves the reliability and stability of the battery cell 102.
[0216] A position of the through hole 902 between the first separation sheet 92 and the second separation sheet 93 may be aligned with a center of a gathering position of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32. The position of the through hole 902 between the first separation sheet 92 and the second separation sheet 93 is adjustable according to the gathering position of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32.
[0217] For example, if the gathering position of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 is aligned with a center of a middle portion of the active material coating portion 32 in the width direction, the through hole 902 formed between the first separation sheet 92 and the second separation sheet 93 may be aligned with the center of the middle portion of the active material coating portion 32 in the width direction.
[0218] For example, if the gathering position of the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 is offset from a center of a middle portion of the active material coating portion 32 in the width direction, the through hole 902 formed between the first separation sheet 92 and the second separation sheet 93 may be offset from the center of the middle portion of the active material coating portion 32 in the width direction.
[0219] Refer to FIG. 18 again. In this embodiment of the present application, in the length direction of the pole body 21, a dimension of the second separation sheet 93 is greater than or equal to a dimension of the conductive portion 33.
[0220] In the foregoing technical solution, by controlling the dimension of the second separation sheet 93 in the length direction of the pole body 21 to meet the foregoing condition, two sides of the second separation sheet 93 in the length direction of the pole body 21 can extend out of two sides of the conductive portion 33 in the length direction of the pole body 21. This can reduce a problem of local deformation caused by the second separation sheet 93 abutting against the part of the conductive portion 33 in the length direction of the pole body 21, thereby reducing the risks of failure and damage of the conductive portion 33, and further improving the reliability and stability of the battery cell 102.
[0221] Refer to FIG. 20 again. In this embodiment of the present application, in the width direction of the pole body 21, a dimension of an overlapping region between the second separation sheet 93 and the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 is less than half of a dimension of the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32.
[0222] The "overlapping region" refers to, on a plane perpendicular to the height direction of the active material coating portion 32, a part that a projection of the second separation sheet 93 on the plane overlaps a projection of the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 on the plane. Specifically, the dimension of the overlapping region between the second separation sheet 93 and the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 in the width direction of the pole body 21 is L3, and the dimension of the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 in the width direction of the pole body 21 is L4. L3 is less than half of L4. For example, L3 may be 0.2, 0.3, or 0.4 times L4.
[0223] In the foregoing technical solution, by limiting that the dimension of the overlapping region between the second separation sheet 93 and the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 meeting the range, the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 can remain in a preset shape, so that the bent shape of the conductive portion 33 is controllable.
[0224] A thickness of the second separation sheet 93 is less than the thickness of the bracket body 91. This can reduce space occupied by the second separation sheet 93 in the second avoidance hole 901, so as to reserve larger placement space for the conductive portion 33 and even the pole component 2, thereby helping improve energy density of the electrode component 3. The second separation sheet 93 is spaced apart from the hole wall of the second avoidance hole 901 on two sides in the length direction of the pole body 21 (the third direction F3 shown in the figure, that is, the width direction of the active material coating portion 32), so that the second separation sheet 93 is deformable under abutting of the conductive portion 33.
[0225] An assembly process of the battery cell 102 according to the embodiments of the present application is described below. Refer to FIG. 22. FIG. 22 is a diagram of assembling the insulating bracket 9 of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 18 and a case component 1. In an embodiment in which the mounting wall 111 is a wall body of the case body 11 opposite to the case cover 12, the insulating bracket 9 may be mounted in advance into the case body 11, and the insulating bracket 9 abuts against an inner surface of the mounting wall 111. Before the electrode assembly 31 covered with the insulating film 7 is mounted into the case component 1, the first separation sheet 92 and the second separation sheet 93 of the insulating bracket 9 are obliquely disposed relative to the thickness direction of the mounting wall 111. Refer to FIG. 23 and FIG. 24. FIG. 23 is a schematic structural diagram showing that an electrode component 3 of a battery cell 102 is mounted into a case component 1 according to some embodiments of the present application and an insulating bracket 9 has not deformed; and FIG. 24 is a schematic structural diagram showing that an electrode component 3 of a battery cell 102 is mounted into a case component 1 according to some embodiments of the present application and an insulating bracket 9 has deformed. In a process in which the electrode assembly 31 covered with the insulating film 7 is mounted into the case component 1, the conductive portion 33 may pass through the through hole 902 between the first separation sheet 92 and the second separation sheet 93. When the active material coating portion 32 abuts against the bracket body 91, the first separation sheet 92 and the second separation sheet 93 may be pushed to deform toward a side away from the active material coating portion 32, thereby forming a structure shown in FIG. 24. Refer to FIG. 25 and FIG. 26. FIG. 25 is a schematic partial structural diagram of a conductive portion 33 of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 24 connected to a pole component 2; and FIG. 26 is a schematic partial structural diagram of the pole component 2 of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 24 connected to a case component 1. After the active material coating portion 32 is mounted into the case component 1, the conductive portion 33 extends out from the through hole 902, then the conductive portion 33 is connected to the pole component 2, the pole component 2 is flipped, to cover the mounting hole 112 on the mounting wall 111, and finally, the pole component 2 is connected to the mounting wall 111. In this way, the battery cell 102 can be assembled.
[0226] In this embodiment of the present application, the battery cell 102 includes an insulating film 7. The insulating film 7 covers the active material coating portion 32, and a through hole is provided at an end of the insulating film 7 facing the mounting wall 111, to cause the conductive portion 33 to be exposed.
[0227] The through hole may be an opening of an end of the insulating film 7, or may be a through hole whose size is greater than or equal to a projection size of the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32, to avoid the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32, so that the root of the conductive portion 33 close to the active material coating portion 32 is entirely exposed.
[0228] The insulating film 7 may isolate an outer surface of the active material coating portion 32 from the case component 1. This reduces a risk of corrosion of the case component 1 due to exposure of the active material coating portion 32, reduces a risk of failure of the active material coating portion 32, and reduces a risk of liquid leakage, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the battery cell 102.
[0229] Further, the insulating member is an insulating bracket 9. The insulating member is disposed at an end of the active material coating portion 32 close to the mounting wall 111. The insulating bracket 9 covers at least a part of the insulating film 7 on an end of the active material coating portion 32 facing the mounting wall 111. The avoidance hole is provided on the insulating bracket 9, and the conductive portion 33 passes through the through hole and the avoidance hole to be connected to the pole body 21.
[0230] The insulating bracket 9 may support the active material coating portion 32, and isolate the active material coating portion 32 from the mounting wall 111 of the case component 1, reducing the probability of contact between the active material coating portion 32 and the mounting wall 111. This can reduce the risk of corrosion of the mounting wall 111 of the case component 1 due to exposure of the active material coating portion 32, and reduce the risk of liquid leakage, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the battery cell 102.
[0231] In this embodiment of the present application, the insulating bracket 9 separates, from the active material coating portion 32, two sides of a part of the conductive portion 33 that passes through the avoidance hole and is connected to the pole body 21.
[0232] Specifically, the insulating bracket 9 includes the bracket body 91, the first separation sheet 92, and the second separation sheet 93. The bracket body 91 is disposed at the end of the active material coating portion 32 close to the mounting wall 111, and the bracket body 91 covers at least a part of the insulating film 7 at the end of the active material coating portion 32 facing the mounting wall 111. The avoidance hole is provided on the bracket body 91, and the avoidance hole has the first hole wall 9011 and the second hole wall 9012. The first hole wall 9011 and the second hole wall 9012 are disposed opposite to each other in the width direction of the pole body 21. The first separation sheet 92 is disposed on the first hole wall 9011, and the first separation sheet 92 is connected to the bracket body 91. The second separation sheet 93 is disposed on the second hole wall 9012, and the second separation sheet 93 is connected to the bracket body 91. The first separation sheet 92 and the second separation sheet 93 extend toward each other. The through hole 902 is formed between the second separation sheet 93 and the first separation sheet 92. The through hole 902 is in communication with the avoidance hole. The conductive portion 33 passes through the through hole 902. The first separation sheet 92 and the second separation sheet 93 separate, from the active material coating portion 32, two sides of a part of the conductive portion 33 that passes through the avoidance hole and is connected to the pole body 21.
[0233] Therefore, in the foregoing technical solution, the insulating bracket 9 separates the two opposite sides of the part of the conductive portion 33 passing through the avoidance hole from the active material coating portion 32, thereby further reducing the probability that the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to redundancy. This can reduce the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102, thereby helping improve the use reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0234] Refer to FIG. 5 again. In this embodiment of the present application, the conductive portion 33 includes a converging segment 331, a first extension segment 332, and a second extension segment 333. The converging segment 331, the first extension segment 332, and the second extension segment 333 are arranged in an extension direction of the conductive portion 33. The converging segment 331 is connected to the active material coating portion 32. The second extension segment 333 is connected to the pole body 21. Two ends of the first extension segment 332 are respectively connected to the converging segment 331 and the second extension segment 333.
[0235] The first extension segment 332 passes through the avoidance hole. In an embodiment in which the insulating member includes the insulating film 7, the first avoidance hole 701 is provided on the insulating film 7, and the first extension segment 332 passes through the first avoidance hole 701 and extends out from the first avoidance hole 701. In an embodiment in which the insulating member includes the insulating bracket 9, the insulating bracket 9 is provided with the second avoidance hole 901, and the first extension segment 332 passes through the second avoidance hole 901.
[0236] The converging segment 331 and the second extension segment 333 are respectively located on two sides of the insulating member. The insulating member may separate the converging segment 331 from the second extension segment 333, to reduce a probability that the second extension segment 333 is inserted reversely into the converging segment 331 due to redundancy. The insulating member may further separate the second extension segment 333 from the active material coating portion 32, to reduce a probability that the second extension segment 333 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to redundancy. In this way, the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102 is reduced, and reliability and stability of the battery cell 102 are improved.
[0237] In this embodiment of the present application, the conductive portion 33 includes a plurality of stacked tab sheets 311, and roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 close to the active material coating portion 32 converge toward each other, to form a triangular converging segment 331. The plurality of tab sheets 311 converge at a position on the converging segment 331 facing away from the active material coating portion 32, and are connected to form the first extension segment 332 and the second extension segment 333.
[0238] For ease of understanding, a cross section is taken perpendicular to the length direction (the third direction F3 shown in the figure) of the pole body 21, and a cross-sectional shape of the conductive portion 33 is a triangle.
[0239] The triangle may be an isosceles triangle, that is, an apex angle of the triangle is aligned with a center position of the pole body 21 in the width direction of the pole body 21, so that a joint between the converging segment 331 and the first extension segment 332 is centered in the width direction of the pole body 21. In the width direction of the pole body 21, the apex angle of the triangle may deviate from the center position of the pole body 21, so that the joint between the converging segment 331 and the first extension segment 332 can deviate relative to the middle portion of the pole body 21 in the width direction, to reserve deformation space for bending of the conductive portion 33.
[0240] In the foregoing technical solution, the roots of the plurality of tab sheets 311 close to the active material coating portion 32 converge to form the triangular converging segment 331, so that the plurality of tab sheets 311 can be stacked and form a whole that does not tend to loosen, thereby facilitating connection between the conductive portion 33 and the pole body 21.
[0241] Refer to FIG. 5 again. In some optional embodiments of the present application, a first end of the first extension segment 332 is connected to the converging segment 331 through a first bent portion 3320, and the first extension segment 332, the first bent portion 3320, and the converging segment 331 define a first opening slot 3341. A second end of the first extension segment 332 is connected to the second extension segment 333 through a second bent portion 3330, and the first extension segment 332, the second bent portion 3330, and the second extension segment 333 define a second opening slot 3342. Openings of the first opening slot 3341 and the second opening slot 3342 face different directions and are spaced apart in the thickness direction of the mounting wall 111.
[0242] Specifically, the first extension segment 332 and the second extension segment 333 are disposed toward opposite directions at an angle. Two ends of the first bent portion 3320 are respectively connected to the converging segment 331 and a start end of the first extension segment 332, so that the converging segment 331, the first bent portion 3320, and the first extension segment 332 are used to define the first opening slot 3341. Two ends of the second bent portion 3330 are respectively connected to a tail end of the first extension segment 332 and a start end of the second extension segment 333, so that the first extension segment 332, the second bent portion 3330, and the second extension segment 333 are used to define the second opening slot 3342.
[0243] For example, the openings of the first opening slot 3341 and the second opening slot 3342 are oppositely disposed, that is, opening orientations of the first opening slot 3341 and the second opening slot 3342 are disposed at 180 degrees. For another example, the openings of the first opening slot 3341 and the second opening slot 3342 are disposed at an obtuse angle, so that the conductive portion 33 is substantially arranged in an "S" shape.
[0244] Therefore, the conductive portion 33 is substantially arranged in the "S" shape, so that the conductive portion 33 can play a better buffering role, and when the battery cell 102 is used in a vibration environment, vibration can be absorbed, the electrode component 3 is protected, and reliability of the battery cell 102 is improved. In addition, the first opening slot 3341 and the second opening slot 3342 are provided, so that the conductive portion 33 is regularly bent, and a bent part thereof does not tend to be inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to redundancy, thereby reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102. Moreover, mutual interference and scratching between tab sheets 331 in the conductive portion 33 can be improved, thereby reducing lithium plating, and further improving the reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0245] The insulating member at least partially extends into the first opening slot 3341, to separate the first extension segment 332 from the active material coating portion 32. The insulating member may separate a side of the first extension segment 332 facing the active material coating portion 32 from the active material coating portion 32, thereby reducing a possibility that the first extension segment 332 of the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 and the converging segment 331 due to redundancy. This can reduce the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102, and help improve the use reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0246] In this embodiment of the present application, the insulating member at least partially extends in a direction close to the second opening slot 3342, to separate the second extension segment 333 from the active material coating portion 32. The insulating member may separate the second extension segment 333 from a side of the first extension segment 332 facing away from the active material coating portion 32, or separate the second extension segment 333 from a side of the converging segment 331 facing away from the active material coating portion 32, to separate the second extension segment 333 from the active material coating portion 32. This further reduces a possibility that the conductive portion 33 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32, the first extension segment 332, or the converging segment 331 due to redundancy, thereby reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102, and helping improve the use reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0247] Refer to FIG. 5, FIG. 16, and FIG. 17 again. In this embodiment of the present application, the first bent portion 3320 is centered in the width direction of the pole body 21; or the first bent portion 3320 is located on one side of a central position in the width direction of the pole body 21, and the second bent portion 3330 is located on the other side of the central position in the width direction of the pole body 21. In this way, the first bent portion 3320 and the second bent portion 3330 can be arranged in the width direction of the pole, so that the conductive portion 33 can be arranged substantially in the "S" shape, thereby meeting a design requirement.
[0248] For example, refer to FIG. 5 and FIG. 16. The first bent portion 3320 is centered in the width direction of the pole body 21, and the second bent portion 3330 may be disposed to the left of a middle portion of the pole body 21 in the width direction. In addition, the opening of the opening slot 334 defined by the converging segment 331, the first bent portion 3320, and the first extension segment 332 faces left, and the opening of the opening slot 334 defined by the first extension segment 332, the second bent portion 3330, and the second extension segment 333 faces right, so that the conductive portion 33 is arranged substantially in the "S" shape.
[0249] For another example, refer to FIG. 17. The first bent portion 3320 may be disposed to the right of a middle portion of the pole body 21 in the width direction, and the second bent portion 3330 may be disposed to the left of the middle portion of the pole body 21 in the width direction.
[0250] Refer to FIG. 5 again, and further refer to FIG. 27 to FIG. 29. FIG. 27 is a schematic partial structural diagram of a conductive portion 33 of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 3 in a straightened state; FIG. 28 is a schematic partial structural diagram of the conductive portion 33 of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 3 connected to a pole component 2; and FIG. 29 is a schematic partial structural diagram of the pole component 2 of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 3 connected to a case component 1. In this embodiment of the present application, the conductive portion 33 includes a plurality of stacked tab sheets 311, and the plurality of tab sheets 311 are connected at an end of the first bent portion 3320 away from the converging segment 331, to form a first connection portion 3331. The first bent portion 3320 may be of an arc structure, and the first connection portion 3331 may be located at a tangent position between the first bent portion 3320 and the first extension segment 332.
[0251] The end of the first bent portion 3320 away from the converging segment 331 is connected to form the first connection portion 3331, so that the plurality of tab sheets 311 that are originally stacked and tend to loosen can be connected together, and the plurality of tab sheets 311 do not tend to loosen at the first connection portion 3331. This can reduce the possibility that the plurality of tab sheets 311 are inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to splitting of the tab sheets 311 after being bent, thereby reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102, and helping improve the use reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0252] Refer to FIG. 27 again. In this embodiment of the present application, when the conductive portion 33 is in a straightened state, a distance h1 between the first connection portion 3331 and an end of the active material coating portion 32 close to the mounting wall 111 is less than or equal to 2.5 mm.
[0253] "The conductive portion 33 is in a straightened state" refers to a state in which the conductive portion 33 extends in the height direction (the first direction F1 shown in the figure) of the active material coating portion 32 before the conductive portion 33 is bent.
[0254] For example, the distance h1 between the first connection portion 3331 and the end of the active material coating portion 32 close to the mounting wall 111 may be 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, or the like.
[0255] If the distance h1 between the first connection portion 3331 and the end of the active material coating portion 32 close to the mounting wall 111 is excessively large, a dimension of the converging segment 331 in the thickness direction of the mounting wall 111 is excessively large. Consequently, the plurality of tab sheets 311 tend to loosen at the converging segment 331, and the possibility that the tab sheets 311 are inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to splitting of the tab sheets 311 easily occurs. If the distance h1 between the first connection portion 3331 and the end of the active material coating portion 32 close to the mounting wall 111 is excessively small, the plurality of tab sheets 311 tend to loosen at the first extension segment 332, and the possibility that the tab sheets 311 are inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to splitting of the tab sheets 311 easily occurs.
[0256] In the foregoing technical solution, by limiting the distance between the first connection portion 3331 and the end of the active material coating portion 32 close to the mounting wall 111 to meeting the range, the problem that the plurality of tab sheets 311 loosen after the conductive portion 33 is bent can be reduced, and the possibility that the tab sheets 311 are inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to splitting of the tab sheets 311 can be reduced. This can reduce the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102, thereby helping improve the use reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0257] Refer to FIG. 27 again. In this embodiment of the present application, an insulating bracket 9 is disposed between an end portion of the active material coating portion 32 connected to the conductive portion 33 and the mounting wall 111, the insulating bracket 9 is provided with the through hole 902, and the conductive portion 33 passes through the through hole 902 and is connected to the pole body 21.
[0258] The insulating bracket 9 may support the active material coating portion 32, and may further isolate the active material coating portion 32 from the mounting wall 111 of the case component 1, reducing the probability of contact between the active material coating portion 32 and the mounting wall 111. This can reduce the risk of corrosion of the mounting wall 111 of the case component 1 due to exposure of the active material coating portion 32, reduce the risk of liquid leakage, and further improve the reliability and stability of the battery cell 102.
[0259] An end of the through hole 902 close to the active material coating portion 32 has a first hole edge, an end of the through hole 902 close to the pole body 21 has a second hole edge, and a distance m1 between the first connection portion 3331 and the active material coating portion 32 is greater than a distance m2 between the first hole edge and the active material coating portion 32.
[0260] In other words, in a state in which the battery cell 102 is vertically placed, the first hole edge is the lowest hole edge of the through hole 902, and the second hole edge is the highest hole edge of the through hole 902. The first connection portion 3331 is higher than the lowest edge of the through hole 902, so that a joint of the plurality of tab sheets 311 at the end of the first bent portion 3320 away from the converging segment 331 is higher than the lowest edge of the through hole 902. This further reduces the possibility that the conductive portion 33 loosens, and further helps improve the use reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0261] Refer to FIG. 5 again. In this embodiment of the present application, the insulating bracket 9 includes the bracket body 91 and the first separation sheet 92. In the width direction of the pole body 21 (the second direction F2 shown in the figure), a dimension of an overlapping region between the first separation sheet 92 and the first extension segment 332 is greater than half of a dimension of the first extension segment 332 and less than the dimension of the first extension segment 332.
[0262] The "overlapping region" refers to, on a plane perpendicular to the height direction of the active material coating portion 32, a part that a projection of the first separation sheet 92 on the plane overlaps a projection of the first extension segment 332 on the plane. Specifically, the dimension of the overlapping region between the first separation sheet 92 and the first extension segment 332 in the width direction of the pole body 21 is L1, and the dimension of the first extension segment 332 in the width direction of the pole body 21 is L2. L1 is greater than half of L2, and L1 is less than L2. For example, L1 may be 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, or 0.9 times L2.
[0263] In the foregoing technical solution, by limiting the dimension of the overlapping region between the first separation sheet 92 and the first extension segment 332 to meeting the range, the first separation sheet 92 can effectively support the first extension segment 332, thereby improving reliability of the conductive portion 33 in the preset bent shape.
[0264] Refer to FIG. 5 and FIG. 27 again. In this embodiment of the present application, the plurality of tab sheets 311 are connected at an end of the second bent portion 3330 close to the second extension segment 333, to form a second connection portion 3332. The second bent portion 3330 may be of an arc structure, and the second connection portion 3332 may be located at a tangent position between the second bent portion 3330 and the second extension segment 333.
[0265] The end of the second bent portion 3330 close to the second extension segment 333 is connected to form the second connection portion 3332, so that the plurality of tab sheets 311 that are originally stacked and tend to loosen can be connected together, and the plurality of tab sheets 311 do not tend to loosen at the second connection portion 3332. This can reduce the possibility that the plurality of tab sheets 311 are inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to splitting of the tab sheets 311 after being bent, and facilitate connection between the second extension segment 333 and the pole body 21.
[0266] Refer to FIG. 27 again. In this embodiment of the present application, when the conductive portion 33 is in a straightened state, a distance h2 between the first connection portion 3331 and the second connection portion 3332 is less than or equal to 16 mm, and a distance h3 between the second connection portion 3332 and an end of the second extension segment 333 away from the active material coating portion 32 is greater than or equal to 8 mm.
[0267] For example, the distance h2 between the first connection portion 3331 and the second connection portion 3332 may be 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, or the like. The distance h3 between the second connection portion 3332 and the end of the second extension segment 333 away from the active material coating portion 32 may be 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, or the like.
[0268] In the foregoing technical solution, by limiting the distance between the first connection portion 3331 and the second connection portion 3332 to meeting the range, the problem that the plurality of tab sheets 311 loosen after the conductive portion 33 is bent can be reduced, and the possibility that the tab sheets 311 are inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 due to splitting of the tab sheets 311 can be reduced. In addition, after the conductive portion 33 is bent, the second connection portion 3332 may be located between the pole body 21 and the second edge of the through hole 902 in the thickness direction of the mounting wall 111, so that space for assembling the pole body 21 and the active material coating portion 32 can be reduced, and the structure of the battery cell 102 is more compact.
[0269] In addition, by limiting the distance between the second connection portion 3332 and the end of the second extension segment 333 away from the active material coating portion 32 to meeting the range, a connection area between the second extension segment 333 and the pole body 21 can be ensured, thereby improving reliability of connection between the conductive portion 33 and the pole body 21. In this way, conduction between the electrode component 3 and the pole component 2 is more stable and reliable, thereby improving the use reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0270] Refer to FIG. 5 again. In this embodiment of the present application, the conductive portion 33 includes the tab 335, the tab 335 includes a plurality of stacked tab sheets 311, and the converging segment 331, the first extension segment 332, and the second extension segment 333 are formed by different parts of the tab 335. In other words, the tab 335 is directly connected to the pole body 21. Therefore, a conductive member 336 can be omitted, and a step for connecting the conductive member 336 and the tab 335 is omitted, to help improve the production efficiency of the battery cell 102.
[0271] In addition, the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the tab 335 are gathered in advance, so that the second extension segment 333 of the conductive portion 33 may present a plate state in which the plurality of tab sheets 311 are connected together and have particular stiffness, rather than a state in which a plurality of foils are loosely splayed, thereby facilitating fitting connection between the tab 335 and the pole body 21. In this way, the tab 335 is more reliably welded to the pole body 21, a gap is not easily formed in a weld, and connection reliability and a conduction capability at a welded joint can be improved, so that conduction between the electrode component 3 and the pole component 2 is more stable and reliable.
[0272] Refer to FIG. 5 and FIG. 27 to FIG. 29. In this embodiment of the present application, the plurality of tab sheets 311 converge at a position on the converging segment 331 facing away from the active material coating portion 32, and are connected to form the first extension segment 332 and the second extension segment 333. The plurality of tab sheets 311 are connected at the second extension segment 333 to form a third connection portion 3333, the third connection portion 3333 is in an elongated shape extending in the length direction of the pole body 21, and the third connection portion 3333 is centered in the width direction of the pole body 21.
[0273] The plurality of tab sheets 311 may be connected at the second extension segment 333 by ultrasonic welding, to form the third connection portion 3333. By ultrasonic welding, surfaces of any two adjacent tab sheets 311 may come into close contact and be connected, so that strength and stability of a welding point are high, to help improve structural integrity and reliability of the conductive portion 33. In addition, welding of the ultrasonic welding manner is rapid, to help improve welding efficiency. Certainly, the plurality of tab sheets 311 may alternatively be connected at the second extension segment 333 by laser welding. The second extension segment 333 may be connected to the pole body 21 by laser welding.
[0274] In the foregoing technical solution, by centering the third connection portion 3333 in the width direction of the pole body 21, a requirement on a size of the second extension segment 333 can be reduced, thereby reducing difficulty in connection between the conductive portion 33 and the pole body 21. In addition, the conductive portion 33 can be bent to be close to a central position between the pole body 21 and the active material coating portion 32, so that a shape of the conductive portion 33 after the bending is controllable.
[0275] Refer to FIG. 30 to FIG. 32. FIG. 30 is a structural cross-sectional view of a battery cell 102 according to some other embodiments of the present application; FIG. 31 is a partial enlarged view of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 30; and FIG. 32 is a schematic partial structural diagram of a conductive portion 33 of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 30 during shaping. In this embodiment of the present application, the conductive portion 33 includes the tab 335 and the conductive member 336. The tab 335 is connected to the end of the active material coating portion 32 close to the mounting wall 111. The tab 335 includes the plurality of stacked tab sheets 311. The conductive member 336 is connected between the tab 335 and the pole body 21. One part of the conductive member 336 forms the second extension segment 333, the other part of the conductive member 336 forms at least a part of the first extension segment 332, and at least a part of the tab 335 forms the converging segment 331.
[0276] Therefore, by indirectly connecting the tab 335 and the pole body 21 through the conductive member 336, a length of the tab 335 can be reduced, and problems such as wrinkling and bending breakage of the tab sheets 311 are alleviated. Furthermore, by flexibly designing a shape and material of the conductive member 336, connection difficulty with the pole body 21 can be reduced, and connection convenience between the conductive member 336 and the pole body 21 can be improved. In addition, an operation on the through hole 902 of the tab 335, an operation on connection between the tab 335 and the pole component 2 (when present), and an operation on connection between the pole component 2 and the case component 1 are less likely to cause cracking at a joint between the active material coating portion 32 and the conductive portion 33, thereby improving the reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0277] Further refer to FIG. 33 and FIG. 34. FIG. 33 is a structural exploded view of the conductive portion 33 of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 30; and FIG. 34 is a schematic partial structural diagram of the conductive portion 33 of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 30 in a straightened state. In this embodiment of the present application, the conductive member 336 is provided with an insertion slot 3361, and the tab 335 is at least partially inserted into the insertion slot 3361.
[0278] Specifically, the conductive member 336 may include a first connection segment 3362, and the first connection segment 3362 includes two clamping portions 3360. The insertion slot 3361 is defined between the two clamping portions 3360, and an end of the tab 335 away from the active material coating portion 32 is sandwiched between the two clamping portions 3360 and is connected to the clamping portions 3360. Therefore, the end (denoted as a tab end portion 3351) of the tab 335 away from the active material coating portion 32 may be limited by using the two clamping portions 3360, thereby improving reliability of connection between the tab 335 and the conductive member 336.
[0279] The tab end portion 3351 located between the two clamping portions 3360 may be of a structure in which end portions of a plurality of stacked tab sheets 311 are connected together in advance, thereby simplifying processing and improving processing efficiency. Certainly, the tab end portion 3351 located between the two clamping portions 3360 may alternatively be end portions of a plurality of stacked tab sheets 311. In other words, before the tab 335 is connected to the conductive member 336, the end portions of the plurality of stacked tab sheets 311 of the tab 335 are not connected in advance by welding or in other manners.
[0280] Further, the conductive member 336 may further include a second connection segment 3363, and the second connection segment 3363 is directly connected to the pole body 21.
[0281] In this embodiment of the present application, the conductive member 336 includes an adapting sheet, and the adapting sheet includes a plurality of adapting foils that are stacked and connected, to cause the adapting sheet to be deformable. The plurality of adapting foils may be made of the same material as the tab 335. The plurality of adapting foils may be welded at several key positions by ultrasonic welding, so as to connect the plurality of adapting foils.
[0282] Because a thickness of each of the plurality of adapting foils is small, and the plurality of adapting foils are equivalent to a plurality of thin plates, the adapting sheet formed by the plurality of adapting foils is more easily bent than an integrally formed adapting sheet. Therefore, the adapting sheet and the tab 335 can be bent according to a requirement, so that the conductive portion 33 forms a preset shape, thereby meeting a design requirement.
[0283] Refer to FIG. 32 to FIG. 34 again, and further refer to FIG. 35 to FIG. 37. FIG. 35 is a schematic structural diagram of an electrode component 3 of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 30 mounted into a case component 1; FIG. 36 is a schematic partial structural diagram of the conductive portion 33 of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 30 connected to a pole component 2; and FIG. 37 is a schematic partial structural diagram of the pole component 2 of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 30 connected to the case component 1. In an embodiment in which the mounting wall 111 is a wall body of the case body 11 opposite to the case cover 12, during assembly, the plurality of tab sheets 311 of the tab 335 may be first shaped and converge; the adapting sheet and the tab 335 are connected to form the conductive portion 33, and the active material coating portion 32 with the conductive portion 33 is mounted into the case body 11; after the case cover 12 is connected to the case body 11, the adapting sheet extending out of the case body 11 is connected to the pole body 21; and finally, the pole component 2 is rotated, and the pole component 2 is fixed on the mounting wall 111 of the case component 1. After assembly, the conductive portion 33 formed by connecting the tab 335 and the adapting sheet may be in the "S" shape.
[0284] Refer to FIG. 38. FIG. 38 is a schematic structural diagram of a battery cell 102 according to some other embodiments of the present application. In some other optional embodiments of the present application, the converging segment 331, the first extension segment 332, and the second extension segment 333 define a third opening slot 3343. The insulating member at least partially extends into the third opening slot 3343, to separate the second extension segment 333 from the active material coating portion 32.
[0285] Specifically, the second extension segment 333 may be connected to a side of the pole body 21 close to the active material coating portion 32, so that the second extension segment 333 is disposed opposite to the converging segment 331. The insulating member separates the second extension segment 333 from the active material coating portion 32, thereby reducing a possibility that the second extension segment 333 is inserted reversely into the active material coating portion 32 and the converging segment 331 due to redundancy. This can reduce the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102, and help improve the use reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0286] Certainly, the second extension segment 333 may pass through the pole body 21, and be connected to a side of the pole body 21 facing away from the active material coating portion 32, so that the pole body 21 is disposed opposite to the converging segment 331. Through such a disposition, the pole body 21 separates the second extension segment 333 from the active material coating portion 32, and the insulating member separates the pole body 21 from the active material coating portion 32, so that the insulating member separates the second extension segment 333 and the active material coating portion 32, thereby further reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102, and improving the use reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0287] In some still other optional embodiments of the present application, the pole body 21 is provided with a via hole 210, the second extension segment 333 passes through the via hole 210 and is connected to a hole wall of the via hole 210, and an insulating member may separate the pole body 21 from the active material coating portion 32, thereby reducing the risk of short circuits of the battery cell 102, and helping improve the use reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0288] Refer to FIG. 39 to FIG. 42. FIG. 39 is a schematic diagram of a pole component according to some embodiments of the present application; FIG. 40 is a top view of the pole component shown in FIG. 39; FIG. 41 is a view in a direction B in FIG. 40; and FIG. 42 is a cross-sectional view along a line C-C in FIG. 40. In some embodiments of the present application, the pole component 2 further includes the pole body 21, an adapting structure 22, and an insulating structure 23. The adapting structure 22 surrounds the pole body 21 and is connected to the mounting wall 111. The insulating structure 23 is in insulation fit between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21. The electrode component 3 is connected to the pole body 21.
[0289] The adapting structure 22 surrounds an entire periphery of the pole body 21 in a peripheral direction of the mounting hole 112, so that the adapting structure 22 can connect the pole body 21 and the mounting wall 111 in an outer peripheral region of the pole body 21. The insulating structure 23 insulates a fitting position between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21, to prevent the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22 from being conductive and causing a short circuit. A connection manner between the adapting structure 22 and the mounting wall 111 is not limited, which may be, for example, welding, riveting, drilling, or adhering. In addition, that the pole body 21 is connected to the electrode component 3 may be that the electrode component 3 is connected to the pole body 21 through the conductive portion 33. A connection manner between the conductive portion 33 and the pole body 21 is not limited, which may be, for example, welding, riveting, drilling, or adhering.
[0290] In the foregoing technical solution, the pole component 2 has a simple structure and is easy to process, and includes two parts, namely, the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22. Therefore, a shape and a size of the pole body 21 and a shape and a size of the adapting structure 22 may be separately designed based on different factors, to be flexibly adapted to requirements for connection to different forms of case components 1 and electrode components 3, thereby increasing an application range of the pole component 2.
[0291] Exemplarily, the adapting structure 22 may be set to match a shape of the mounting hole 112. The shape of the mounting hole 112 may be designed as an elongated shape that facilitates the pole component 2 to pass through and enables a flip angle of the pole component 2 to be small. In addition, the pole body 21 may be designed as an elongated shape that matches the shape of the adapting structure 22, so that the pole body 21 has a large area to be connected to the conductive portion 33. Alternatively, the pole body 21 may be designed as a circle that does not match the shape of the adapting structure 22, so as to reduce a connection area between the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22, and improve force-bearing uniformity at a joint between the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22, thereby improving reliability of connection between the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22.
[0292] In some embodiments of the present application, the adapting structure 22 is formed in an elongated shape (such as a rectangle or a runway shape) extending in the length direction of the mounting wall 111, and a contour shape of the pole body 21 matches a contour shape of the adapting structure 22 (such as a rectangle or a runway shape). As described in the foregoing, the electrode component 3 is connected to the pole component 2 through the conductive portion 33. When the contour shape of the pole body 21 is formed in the elongated shape matching the contour shape of the adapting structure 22, an area of the pole body 21 is large, to help increase a connection area between the conductive portion 33 and the pole body 21, thereby improving electric conduction performance.
[0293] Refer to FIG. 39. In some other embodiments of the present application, the adapting structure 22 is formed in an elongated shape (such as a rectangle or a runway shape) extending in the length direction of the mounting wall 111, and the pole body 21 is disposed at a length center position of the adapting structure 22 and is circular. Therefore, when the pole body 21 is disposed at the length center position of the elongated adapting structure 22 and is circular, this helps reduce the connection area between the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22 and improve force-bearing uniformity at a joint between the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22, thereby improving reliability of connection between the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22.
[0294] Refer to FIG. 39 to FIG. 42. In some embodiments of the present application, the insulating structure 23 is further in sealing fit between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21. Therefore, the insulating structure 23 can not only insulate the adapting structure 22 from the pole body 21, but also make the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21 in a sealing state, so as to isolate an interior of the case component 1 from an exterior of the case component 1 after the adapting structure 22 is connected to the mounting wall 111. This reduces a risk that an electrolyte inside the case component 1 leaks from a fitting position between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21 to outside the case component 1, and reduces a risk that liquid, dirt, or the like outside the case component 1 enters the case component 1 from the fitting position between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21, thereby improving the reliability of the battery cell 102.
[0295] In the foregoing technical solution, the insulating structure 23 is further in sealing fit between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21, so that when the pole component 2 is mounted on the mounting wall 111 and the adapting structure 22 is connected to the mounting wall 111, a sealing member or the like is not required to be disposed between the adapting structure 22 and the mounting wall 111, and large sealing pressure is not required to be applied for meeting a compression degree of the sealing member at the position. This can reduce a force applied to the mounting wall 111, and can protect the case component 1, thereby helping reduce a wall thickness of the case component 1 and reduce material costs. In addition, because the mounting wall 111 is an end of the case body 11 opposite to the opening 113, a force applied to a joint between the mounting wall 111 and a peripheral wall 114 can be reduced, and a force applied to the peripheral wall 114 is reduced, thereby helping ensure reliability of the case body 11 and reducing a wall thickness and costs of the case body 11.
[0296] Refer to FIG. 39 to FIG. 42. In some embodiments of the present application, the insulating structure 23 further includes a sealing structure member 231. In this embodiment of the present application, the sealing structure member 231 is made of a material having both a sealing property and an insulation property, and for example, may be an elastic rubber member.
[0297] Refer to FIG. 39 to FIG. 42 again. Exemplarily, the sealing structure member 231 is at least partially sandwiched between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21 in an inside-outside direction of the mounting wall 111 (for example, a fifth direction F5).
[0298] In this embodiment of the present application, a direction from an inner side of the mounting wall 111 to an outer side of the mounting wall 111 and a direction from the outer side of the mounting wall 111 to the inner side of the mounting wall 111 are collectively referred to as the "inside-outside direction of the mounting wall 111 (for example, the fifth direction F5)". The "inner side of the mounting wall 111" is a side of the mounting wall 111 facing the electrode component 3, and the "outer side of the mounting wall 111" is a side of the mounting wall 111 facing away from the electrode component 3.
[0299] The sealing structure member 231 includes at least an axial side portion 231a. A side of the axial side portion 231a facing the accommodating cavity 13 is an inner side of the axial side portion 231a, and a side of the axial side portion 231a facing away from the electrode component 3 is an outer side of the axial side portion 231a. One of the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21 is partially sandwiched on the outer side of the axial side portion 231a, and the other is partially sandwiched on the inner side of the axial side portion 231a, so that the axial side portion 231a is sandwiched between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21 in the inside-outside direction of the mounting wall 111 (for example, the fifth direction F5), to implement an axial sealing between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21.
[0300] Therefore, the sealing structure member 231 is at least partially sandwiched between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21 in the inside-outside direction of the mounting wall 111 (for example, the fifth direction F5), so that the axial sealing between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21 is implemented. The axial sealing can have a reliable sealing effect, alleviating a problem of leakage at a fitting position between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21. In addition, in this embodiment of the present application, the axial sealing (for example, the axial side portion 231a) is integrated into the pole component, so that a force applied to the mounting wall 111 in the axial direction can be reduced.
[0301] Refer to FIG. 39 to FIG. 42 again. Exemplarily, the sealing structure member 231 surrounds a peripheral side of the adapting structure 22 facing the pole body 21 (that is, an inner ring of the adapting structure 22). In this embodiment of the present application, because the adapting structure 22 surrounds the pole body 21 and is connected to the mounting wall 111, the peripheral side of the adapting structure 22 facing the pole body 21 is an "inner ring 2211 of the adapting structure 22", and a peripheral side of the adapting structure 22 facing the mounting wall 111 is an "outer ring 2212 of the adapting structure 22". In the foregoing technical solution, the sealing structure member 231 surrounds the inner ring of the adapting structure 22, so that the sealing structure member 231 can be close to the fitting position between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21, to help seal the fitting position between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21 on a shorter path, thereby improving sealing reliability. Moreover, this helps reduce a size of the sealing structure member 231 and reduce a sealing area, making it easier to achieve sealing by compression, less prone to sealing failure, and thus enhancing the sealing effect.
[0302] In addition, when the insulating structure 23 includes the sealing structure member 231, the sealing structure member 231 is sandwiched between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21, so that the adapting structure 22 is in sealing fit with the pole body 21. In addition, the adapting structure 22 is formed in an elongated shape extending in the length direction of the mounting wall 111. When the pole body 21 is disposed at the length center position of the adapting structure 22 and is circular, because a force is uniformly applied to the joint between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21, a compression amount of the sealing structure member 231 is easy to control, to improve reliability of the sealing fit between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21. In addition, the sealing area is small, making the sealing fit less prone to failure.
[0303] Refer to FIG. 39 to FIG. 42 again. In some embodiments of the present application, the pole body 21 includes a peripheral edge portion 212. The adapting structure 22 is sandwiched on two sides of the peripheral edge portion 212 in the inside-outside direction of the mounting wall 111 through the insulating structure 23, and the sealing structure member 231 is at least partially sandwiched between a side of the peripheral edge portion 212 facing the electrode component 3 and the adapting structure 22.
[0304] In this embodiment, the peripheral edge portion 212 may be an outer peripheral structure of the pole body 21. Because the sealing structure member 231 surrounds the peripheral side of the adapting structure 22 facing the pole body 21, the sealing structure member 231 may be sandwiched between the peripheral edge portion 212 and the adapting structure 22.
[0305] In this embodiment, a side of the peripheral edge portion 212 facing away from the electrode component 3 is an outer side of the peripheral edge portion 212, and a side of the peripheral edge portion 212 facing the accommodating cavity 13 is an inner side of the peripheral edge portion 212. The adapting structure 22 is limited on the outer side of the peripheral edge portion 212 through the insulating structure 23, so as to limit movement of the pole body 21 relative to the adapting structure 22 in a direction facing away from the electrode component 3. The adapting structure 22 is further limited on the inner side of the peripheral edge portion 212 through the insulating structure 23, so as to limit movement of the pole body 21 relative to the adapting structure 22 in a direction facing the accommodating cavity 13. In this way, the adapting structure 22 is sandwiched on two sides of the peripheral edge portion 212 in the inside-outside direction of the mounting wall 111 (for example, the fifth direction F5) through the insulating structure 23.
[0306] In the foregoing technical solution, the pole component 2 has a simple structure and is easy to process, so that relative fixing and insulation fit between the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22 can be simply and effectively implemented. In addition, the sealing structure member 231 is sandwiched by using the peripheral edge portion 212 of the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22, so that the sealing structure member 231 can be located at the fitting position between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21, to help seal the fitting position between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21 on a shorter path, thereby improving the sealing reliability. Moreover, this helps reduce the size of the sealing structure member 231 and reduce the sealing area, making it easier to achieve sealing by compression, less prone to sealing failure, and thus enhancing the sealing effect. In addition, because the sealing structure member 231 is at least partially sandwiched between the side of the peripheral edge portion 212 facing the electrode component 3 and the adapting structure 22, the sealing structure member 231 may perform sealing from the side of the peripheral edge portion 212 facing the accommodating cavity 13, so as to more effectively suppress leakage of the electrolyte from the fitting position between the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22, thereby improving the sealing effect.
[0307] Refer to FIG. 42 again. Exemplarily, the insulating structure 23 further includes a first insulating member 232. The adapting structure 22 is sandwiched on two sides of the peripheral edge portion 212 in the inside-outside direction of the mounting wall 111 (for example, the fifth direction F5) respectively through the first insulating member 232 and the sealing structure member 231. In this embodiment, composition of the adapting structure 22 is not limited. The adapting structure 22 may be a single part, or may be a combination of a plurality of parts (for example, two or more parts).
[0308] Because at least a part (for example, the axial side portion 231a) of the sealing structure member 231 is disposed on the side of the peripheral edge portion 212 facing the electrode component 3, at least a part of the first insulating member 232 is disposed on the side of the peripheral edge portion 212 facing away from the electrode component 3, and the adapting structure 22 may be sandwiched on two sides of the peripheral edge portion 212 in the inside-outside direction of the mounting wall 111 (for example, the fifth direction F5) respectively through the first insulating member 232 and the sealing structure member 231.
[0309] In the foregoing technical solution, because the insulating structure 23 includes the first insulating member 232 and the sealing structure member 231 that are not integrated into one piece, design and processing of the insulating structure 23 can be simplified. In addition, according to specific requirements for fitting with the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22, the first insulating member 232 may be set to be a substantially incompressible insulating member having no sealing effect (for example, a plastic member), or the first insulating member 232 may be set to be a compressible sealing member having a sealing effect (for example, an elastic rubber member), thereby meeting different actual requirements. In addition, when the first insulating member 232 is a substantially incompressible insulating member having no sealing effect (for example, a plastic member), the compression amount of the sealing structure member 231 is easy to control, thereby improving the sealing effect.
[0310] Alternatively, in some other embodiments of the present application, the sealing structure member 231 may be an integral structure member and encompass the peripheral edge portion 212, to be respectively located on the side of the peripheral edge portion 212 facing the electrode component 3 and the side of the peripheral edge portion 212 facing away from the electrode component 3. The adapting structure 22 may be sandwiched on two sides of the peripheral edge portion 212 in the inside-outside direction of the mounting wall 111 (for example, the fifth direction F5) through the sealing structure member 231. In other words, the sealing structure member 231 is an integral annular structure member, which has both an insulation property and a sealing property. The sealing structure member 231 includes axial side portions 231a respectively located on inner and outer sides of the peripheral edge portion 212. In this way, the adapting structure 22 can be sandwiched on two sides of the peripheral edge portion 212 in the inside-outside direction of the mounting wall 111 (for example, the fifth direction F5) through the two axial side portions 231a of the sealing structure member 231. In the foregoing technical solution, because the sealing structure member 231 is an integral structure member and encompasses the peripheral edge portion 212, parts can be reduced, and assembly processes can be reduced.
[0311] Refer to FIG. 39 to FIG. 42 again. In some embodiments of the present application, the adapting structure 22 includes a first adapting ring 221 and a second adapting ring 222. The second adapting ring 222 is disposed on a side of the first adapting ring 221 facing away from the electrode component 3. The second adapting ring 222 is connected to the first adapting ring 221, and the first adapting ring 221 is connected to the mounting wall 111. The sealing structure member 231 is sandwiched between the first adapting ring 221 and the peripheral edge portion 212. The second adapting ring 222 is insulated from and in fixed fit with the peripheral edge portion 212 through the first insulating member 232.
[0312] For example, the first adapting ring 221 and the second adapting ring 222 may be connected by welding, riveting, drilling, or adhering. For example, an outer ring of one of the first adapting ring 221 and the second adapting ring 222 is connected to the mounting wall 111 by welding, riveting, drilling, or adhering. Exemplarily, the first adapting ring 221 and the second adapting ring 222 are both made of aluminum and are connected by welding, and the first adapting ring 221 and the mounting wall 111 are both made of aluminum and are connected by welding, thereby helping improve a welding yield.
[0313] Therefore, the adapting structure 22 includes the first adapting ring 221 and the second adapting ring 222 that are disposed respectively inside and outside and that are assembled and connected, thereby facilitating assembly and connection of the adapting structure 22, the insulating structure 23, and the pole body 21, so that the pole component 2 is easy to process and manufacture, and the compression amount of the sealing structure member 231 is easy to control, thereby improving the sealing reliability.
[0314] A manner in which the second adapting ring 222 is insulated from and in fixed fit with the peripheral edge portion 212 through the first insulating member 232 is not limited. For example, refer to FIG. 39 to FIG. 42 again. The first insulating member 232 and the second adapting ring 222 may be separately connected through injection molding. For another example, refer to FIG. 43. FIG. 43 is a cross-sectional view of a pole component according to some embodiments of the present application. The second adapting ring 222 may include a stop ring portion 2221. The first insulating member 232 is at least partially sandwiched between the stop ring portion 2221 and the peripheral edge portion 212 in the inside-outside direction of the mounting wall 111 (for example, the fifth direction F5). A material of the first insulating member 232 is not limited. For example, the first insulating member 232 may be a plastic member or an elastic rubber member.
[0315] Refer to FIG. 42 again. Exemplarily, the adapting structure 22 further includes a first insulating frame 224. The first insulating frame 224 is connected to a side of the first adapting ring 221 facing the electrode component 3. Therefore, the first insulating frame 224 may be used for insulation between the electrode component 3 and the first adapting ring 221, reducing difficulty in disposing an insulating structure herein. Exemplarily, the first insulating frame 224 is provided with a pin, and the first adapting ring 221 is provided with an insertion hole. The pin is interference-inserted into the insertion hole, so as to implement connection between the first insulating frame 224 and the first adapting ring 221.
[0316] Refer to FIG. 44. FIG. 44 is a cross-sectional view of a pole component according to some embodiments of the present application. In some embodiments of the present application, the adapting structure 22 includes a third adapting ring 223. The third adapting ring 223 includes an inner extension portion 2231 and an outer extension portion 2232 that are integrally disposed. That is, the inner extension portion 2231 and the outer extension portion 2232 are different parts of one piece rather than two separate parts that are assembled and connected.
[0317] An end portion of the inner extension portion 2231 facing the pole body 21 (that is, an inner ring of the inner extension portion 2231) and an end portion of the outer extension portion 2232 facing the pole body 21 (that is, an inner ring of the outer extension portion 2232) are spaced apart in an inside-outside direction, so as to be respectively sandwiched on two sides of the peripheral edge portion 212 in the inside-outside direction of the mounting wall 111 (for example, the fifth direction F5) through the insulating structure 23. The sealing structure member 231 is sandwiched between the inner extension portion 2231 and the peripheral edge portion 212, and the outer extension portion 2232 is insulated from and in fixed fit with the peripheral edge portion 212 through the first insulating member 232.
[0318] A connection manner between the third adapting ring 223 and the mounting wall 111 is not limited, which may be, for example, welding, riveting, drilling, or adhering. Exemplarily, the third adapting ring 223 and the mounting wall 111 are both made of aluminum and are connected by welding, thereby helping improve a welding yield.
[0319] A manner in which the outer extension portion 2232 is insulated from and in fixed fit with the peripheral edge portion 212 through the first insulating member 232 is not limited. For example, refer to FIG. 44 again. The outer extension portion 2232 rivets and presses the first insulating member 232 against the peripheral edge portion 212. For another example, refer to FIG. 45. FIG. 45 is a cross-sectional view of a pole component according to some embodiments of the present application. The first insulating member 232 and the pole body 21, and the first insulating member 232 and the outer extension portion 2232 are respectively connected through injection molding. The inner extension portion 2231 rivets and presses the sealing structure member 231 against the peripheral edge portion 212.
[0320] Exemplarily, refer to FIG. 45 again. The adapting structure 22 further includes a second insulating frame 225. The second insulating frame 225 is connected to a side of the third adapting ring 223 facing the electrode component 3. Therefore, the second insulating frame 225 may be used for insulation between the electrode component 3 and the third adapting ring 223, omitting an insulating structure herein. Exemplarily, the second insulating frame 225 is provided with a pin, and the third adapting ring 223 is provided with an insertion hole. The pin is interference-inserted into the insertion hole, so as to implement connection between the second insulating frame 225 and the third adapting ring 223.
[0321] Refer to FIG. 46 and FIG. 47. FIG. 46 is a cross-sectional view of a battery cell 102 according to some embodiments of the present application; and FIG. 47 is a cross-sectional view of a battery cell 102 according to some embodiments of the present application. In some embodiments of the present application, the adapting structure 22 includes a fitting ring portion 2271, the pole body 21 includes a pass-through portion 214 passing through the fitting ring portion 2271, and an inner limiting portion 215 and an outer limiting portion 216 that are connected to the pass-through portion 214 and sandwiched on inner and outer sides of the fitting ring portion 2271, and the sealing structure member 231 is at least partially sandwiched between the fitting ring portion 2271 and the inner limiting portion 215.
[0322] Exemplarily, the adapting structure 22 includes a fourth adapting ring 227. The fourth adapting ring 227 includes a fitting ring portion 2271, and the fourth adapting ring 227 is connected to the mounting wall 111. For example, an outer ring of the fourth adapting ring 227 is connected to the mounting wall 111. A connection manner between the fourth adapting ring 227 and the mounting wall 111 is not limited, which may be, for example, welding, riveting, drilling, or adhering. Exemplarily, the fourth adapting ring 227 and the mounting wall 111 are both made of aluminum and are connected by welding, thereby helping improve a welding yield.
[0323] In the foregoing technical solution, the pole component 2 has a simple structure and is easy to process, so that relative fixing and insulation fit between the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22 can be simply and effectively implemented. In addition, the sealing structure member 231 is sandwiched by using a fitting position between the pole body 21 and the fitting ring portion 2271, so that the sealing structure member 231 can be located at the fitting position between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21, to help seal the fitting position between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21 on a shorter path, thereby improving the sealing reliability. Moreover, this helps reduce the size of the sealing structure member 231 and reduce the sealing area, making it easier to achieve sealing by compression, less prone to sealing failure, and thus enhancing the sealing effect. In addition, because the sealing structure member 231 is at least partially sandwiched between the fitting ring portion 2271 and the inner limiting portion 215, the sealing structure member 231 may perform sealing from a side of the fitting ring portion 2271 facing the accommodating cavity 13, so as to more effectively suppress leakage of the electrolyte from the fitting position between the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22, thereby improving the sealing effect.
[0324] Refer to FIG. 46 again. The insulating structure 23 may further include a second insulating member 234. The sealing structure member 231 is at least partially sandwiched between the inner limiting portion 215 and the fitting ring portion 2271. The second insulating member 234 is at least partially sandwiched between the outer limiting portion 216 and the fitting ring portion 2271.
[0325] In the foregoing technical solution, because the insulating structure 23 includes the second insulating member 234 and the sealing structure member 231 that are not integrated into one piece, design and processing of the insulating structure 23 can be simplified. In addition, according to specific requirements for fitting with the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22, the second insulating member 234 may be set to be a substantially incompressible insulating member having no sealing effect (for example, a plastic member), or the second insulating member 234 may be set to be a compressible sealing member having a sealing effect (for example, an elastic rubber member), thereby meeting different actual requirements. In addition, when the second insulating member 234 is a substantially incompressible insulating member having no sealing effect (for example, a plastic member), the compression amount of the sealing structure member 231 is easy to control, thereby improving the sealing effect.
[0326] Alternatively, refer to FIG. 47. In some other embodiments of the present application, the sealing structure member 231 may alternatively be an integral structure member and enclose the fitting ring portion 2271, to be respectively located on the side of the fitting ring portion 2271 facing the electrode component 3 and the side of the fitting ring portion 2271 facing away from the electrode component 3. The pole body 21 is sandwiched on two sides of the fitting ring portion 2271 in the inside-outside direction of the mounting wall 111 (for example, the fifth direction F5) through the sealing structure member 231. In other words, the sealing structure member 231 is an integral annular structure member, which has both an insulation property and a sealing property. The sealing structure member 231 includes axial side portions 231a respectively located on inner and outer sides of the fitting ring portion 2271. In this way, the adapting structure 22 may be sandwiched on two sides of the fitting ring portion 2271 in the inside-outside direction of the mounting wall 111 (for example, the fifth direction F5) through the two axial side portions 231a of the sealing structure member 231. In the foregoing technical solution, because the sealing structure member 231 is an integral structure member and encloses the fitting ring portion 2271, parts can be reduced, and assembly processes can be reduced.
[0327] In this embodiment of the present application, when the pole body 21 includes the pass-through portion 214, and the inner limiting portion 215 and the outer limiting portion 216 that are connected to the pass-through portion 214 and sandwiched on two sides of the fitting ring portion 2271, composition of the pole body 21 is not limited, and the pole body 21 may be a single part or may be a combination of a plurality of parts (for example, two or more parts).
[0328] Exemplarily, refer to FIG. 46 again. The outer limiting portion 216 and the passthrough portion 214 are assembled and connected to a side of the fitting ring portion 2271 facing away from the inner limiting portion 215. A manner of assembling and connecting the outer limiting portion 216 and the pass-through portion 214 is not limited, which is, for example, welding, drilling, or adhering. The assembling and connection means that two pieces are connected by using a connection process. Therefore, the outer limiting portion 216 and the pass-through portion 214 are set as separate pieces and are assembled and connected. The pole body 21 has a simple structure, and is easy to assemble and connect to the adapting structure 22. In addition, when the outer limiting portion 216 is welded to the pass-through portion 214, a heat impact caused to the sealing structure member 231 sandwiched between the inner limiting portion 215 and the fitting ring portion 227 can be reduced, thereby improving the sealing reliability of the sealing structure member 231.
[0329] In the foregoing embodiment, a connection manner between the pass-through portion 214 and the inner limiting portion 215 is not limited. The pass-through portion 214 and the inner limiting portion 215 may be an integral piece, or may be separate pieces that are connected in advance. Exemplarily, an end of the pass-through portion 214 facing away from the inner limiting portion 215 may include a riveting portion 2141. During assembly, the pass-through portion 214 may pass, in a direction from the inner limiting portion 215 to the outer limiting portion 216, through the fitting ring portion 2271 in fit with the insulating structure 23. The riveting portion 2141 is riveted, to restrict the pass-through portion 214 from departing from the outer limiting portion 216 to the inner limiting portion 215. The riveting portion 2141 may be connected to the outer limiting portion 216, facilitating connection, for example, welding, between the pass-through portion 214 and the outer limiting portion 216. Alternatively, the riveting portion 2141 may be omitted, and the riveting process after the pass-through portion 214 passes may be omitted.
[0330] Exemplarily, refer to FIG. 47 again. In some other embodiments of the present application, the outer limiting portion 216 and the pass-through portion 214 are an integral piece, and the outer limiting portion 216 rivets and presses the second insulating member 234 against the fitting ring portion 2271. In the foregoing technical solution, assembly and connection between the outer limiting portion 216 and the insulating structure 23 and the adapting structure 22 are implemented by welding, thereby reducing a heat impact caused by heat generated when the outer limiting portion 216 is connected to the insulating structure 23 and the adapting structure 22 to the sealing structure member 231, and improving the sealing reliability of the sealing structure member 231. In addition, the second insulating member 234 abuts against the fitting ring portion 2271 by welding of the outer limiting portion 216, so that the compression amount of the sealing structure member 231 is easy to control, thereby achieving a good compression effect.
[0331] In the foregoing embodiment, a connection manner between the pass-through portion 214 and the inner limiting portion 215 is not limited. The pass-through portion 214 and the inner limiting portion 215 may be an integral piece, or may be separate pieces that are connected in advance. Exemplarily, during assembly, the pass-through portion 214 may pass, in a direction from the inner limiting portion 215 to the outer limiting portion 216, through the fitting ring portion 2271 in fit with the insulating structure 23. The outer limiting portion 216 is riveted, to restrict relative movement between the pole component 21 and the adapting structure 22.
[0332] The pole body 21 is of a solid structure, or may be of a hollow structure. Exemplarily, when the pole body 21 is of a hollow structure, refer to FIG. 47. The pole body 21 includes a first pole member 21a and a second pole member 21b. The second pole member 21b is formed by the pass-through portion 214, the inner limiting portion 215, and the outer limiting portion 216, and is mounted on the mounting wall 111. The pass-through portion 214 surrounds a fitting hole 21b1 running through in the inside-outside direction of the mounting wall 111, and the first pole member 21a is assembled on a side of the second pole member 21b facing away from the electrode component 3, and covers the fitting hole 21b1, so that an accommodating space opening facing the electrode component 3 between the first pole member 21a and the second pole member 21b. A part of the conductive portion 33 may extend into the accommodating space and be connected to the first pole member 21a. Therefore, the pole body 21 can accommodate the conductive portion 33, so as to reduce space occupied by the conductive portion 33 in the accommodating cavity 13, and help improve the energy density of the battery cell 102.
[0333] Refer to FIG. 46 again. In some embodiments of the present application, the adapting structure 22 further includes a third insulating frame 228. The third insulating frame 228 is connected to a side of the fourth adapting ring 227 facing the electrode component 3. Therefore, the third insulating frame 228 may be used for insulation between the electrode component 3 and the fourth adapting ring 227, omitting an insulating structure herein. Exemplarily, the third insulating frame 228 is provided with a pin, and the fourth adapting ring 227 is provided with an insertion hole. The pin is interference-inserted into the insertion hole, so as to implement connection between the third insulating frame 228 and the fourth adapting ring 227.
[0334] Refer to FIG. 48. FIG. 48 is a cross-sectional view of a battery cell 102 according to some embodiments of the present application. In some embodiments of the present application, the mounting wall 111 is provided with a mounting hole 112, a sealing ring 14 surrounds the mounting hole 112, and the sealing ring 14 is sandwiched between the pole component 2 and the mounting wall 111. Therefore, the pole component 2 has a simple structure, is easy to process, and is easy to assemble and connect to the mounting wall 111.
[0335] In some embodiments of the present application, the mounting wall 111 has the mounting hole 112, the pole component 2 covers the mounting hole 112, and an edge of the adapting structure 22 is lapped onto a side of the mounting wall 111 in a wall thickness direction. In this way, the adapting structure 22 covers the side of the mounting wall 111 in the wall thickness direction, that is, the adapting structure 22 covers an outer side of the mounting wall 111, or covers an inner side of the mounting wall 111, thereby facilitating assembly of the adapting structure 22 and the mounting wall 111.
[0336] Exemplarily, the adapting structure 22 is connected to the mounting wall 111 by welding. For example, after the adapting structure 22 covers the mounting wall 111, the adapting structure 22 may be connected to the mounting wall 111 by welding, thereby facilitating processing, and ensuring reliability of connection between the adapting structure 22 and the mounting wall 111. For example, welding may be performed on the outer side of the mounting wall 111, so that a weld formed by connection between the adapting structure 22 and the mounting wall 111 is exposed on a side of the mounting wall 111 facing away from the electrode component 3 (that is, a side facing away from the active material coating portion 32), thereby facilitating a welding operation and enlarging a welding space. The present application is not limited thereto. For example, in some other embodiments of the present application, the adapting structure 22 may alternatively be set to pass through the mounting hole 112, and be riveted and connected to the mounting wall 111.
[0337] Refer to FIG. 49 and FIG. 50. FIG. 49 is a partial cross-sectional view of a battery cell 102 according to some embodiments of the present application, where a pole component 2 is in a state in which the pole component 2 has not covered the mounting wall 111; and FIG. 50 is a diagram of a state in which the pole component 2 shown in FIG. 49 has covered the mounting wall 111.
[0338] Refer to FIG. 49 and FIG. 50. In some embodiments, when the electrode component 3 is first connected to the pole component 2 and then the pole component 2 is assembled and connected to the mounting wall 111, after the electrode component 3 is connected to the pole component 2 (for example, the pole component 2 and the electrode component 3 may be first connected, and mounted into the case body 11 together, and the pole component 2 extends out of the mounting wall 111 from the mounting hole 112; or for another example, the electrode component 3 is mounted into the case body 11, and the conductive portion 33 passes through the mounting hole 112 and is connected in advance to the pole component 2 disposed on the outer side of the mounting wall 111), the pole component 2 may cover the mounting hole 112 of the mounting wall 111 from the outer side of the mounting wall 111 (that is, the side facing away from the active material coating portion 32). In this case, the edge of the adapting structure 22 is lapped onto the side of the mounting wall 111 facing away from the electrode component 3. Therefore, because the pole component 2 covers the mounting wall 111 from the outer side, assembly and connection between the pole component 2 and the mounting wall 111 are facilitated, thereby helping improve reliability of connection between the pole component 2 and the mounting wall 111.
[0339] Refer to FIG. 49 and FIG. 50. In some embodiments of the present application, when the edge of the adapting structure 22 is lapped onto the side of the mounting wall 111 facing away from the electrode component 3, and a first recessed groove 1111 around the mounting hole 112 may be provided on the mounting wall 111. The first recessed groove 1111 is open in a direction facing away from the electrode component 3 (that is, the first recessed groove 1111 is open in a direction facing away the active material coating portion 32), and the edge of the adapting structure 22 is embedded into the first recessed groove 1111. The edge of the adapting structure 22 is provided with a convex edge portion 22a surrounding the adapting structure 22, and the convex edge portion 22a is embedded into the first recessed groove 1111. Therefore, this is convenient to support and locate connection between the adapting structure 22 and the mounting wall 111, and this helps weld the adapting structure 22 to the mounting wall 111 from the outer side (that is, the side facing away from the active material coating portion 32) of the mounting wall 111.
[0340] Refer to FIG. 49 and FIG. 50 again. Exemplarily, a thickness of the convex edge portion 22a matches a groove depth T1 of the first recessed groove 1111. The "match" means that the thickness of the convex edge portion 22a is substantially the same as the groove depth of the first recessed groove 1111. Therefore, it is convenient to weld the convex edge portion 22a and the mounting wall 111. The thickness of the convex edge portion 22a is not excessively large relative to the groove depth of the first recessed groove 1111, which can reduce unnecessary occupation of space. The thickness of the convex edge portion 22a is not excessively small relative to the groove depth of the first recessed groove 1111, which can meet a requirement on welding strength.
[0341] Refer to FIG. 49 to FIG. 51. FIG. 51 is an exploded view of some components of a battery cell 102 according to some embodiments of the present application. In some embodiments of the present application, the mounting hole 112 is an elongated hole (for example, a rectangle, an ellipse, or a runway shape), and the pole component 2 is formed in an elongated structure (for example, a rectangle, an ellipse, or a runway shape) matching a shape of the mounting hole 112. When the electrode component 3 is first connected to the pole component 2, then the pole component 2 and the electrode component 3 are both mounted into the case body 11, the pole component 2 extends out from the mounting hole 112 to the outer side of the mounting wall 111, the pole component 2 is flipped from the outer side of the mounting wall 111, to cover the mounting hole 112, and then the pole component 2 is connected to the mounting wall 111, if the pole component 2 is set to an elongated structure matching the shape of the mounting hole 112, the pole component 2 may be adjusted to pass through the mounting hole 112 to an angle in which a thickness direction of the pole component 2 is close to a width direction of the mounting hole 112 (for example, a second direction F2 shown in FIG. 51). After the pole component 2 passes through the mounting hole 112, a thickness direction of the pole component 2 is rotated to be close to the thickness direction of the mounting wall 111 (for example, a first direction F1 shown in FIG. 51). In this way, space required for flipping movement of the pole component 2 is small, so that space required by flipping of the pole component 2 can be reduced, thereby helping reduce a length of the conductive portion 33, save materials, and reduce costs. In addition, redundancy of the conductive portion 33 can be reduced, and space occupied by the conductive portion 33 in the accommodating cavity 13, helping improve the energy density of the battery cell 102.
[0342] Refer to FIG. 52 and FIG. 53. FIG. 52 is a partial cross-sectional view of a battery cell 102 according to some embodiments of the present application, where a pole component 2 is in a state in which the pole component 2 has not covered the mounting wall 111; and FIG. 53 is a diagram of a state in which the pole component 2 shown in FIG. 52 has covered the mounting wall 111.
[0343] Refer to FIG. 52 and FIG. 53. In some embodiments, when the electrode component 3 is first connected to the pole component 2 and then the pole component 2 is assembled and connected to the mounting wall 111, after the electrode component 3 is connected to the pole component 2, the electrode component 3 and the pole component 2 may be mounted into the case body 11 together. In this way, the pole component 2 can cover the mounting hole 112 of the mounting wall 111 from the inner side (that is, the side facing the active material coating portion 32) of the mounting wall 111. In this case, the edge of the adapting structure 22 is lapped onto the side of the mounting wall 111 facing the electrode component 3. Therefore, because the pole component 2 is disposed on the mounting hole 112 from the inner side of the mounting wall 111, the electrode component 3 and the pole component 2 can be mounted into the case body 11 together, and the pole component 2 is not required to pass through the mounting hole 112, so that operation steps can be reduced, and operation difficulty can be reduced.
[0344] Refer to FIG. 52 and FIG. 53. In some embodiments of the present application, when the edge of the adapting structure 22 is lapped onto the side of the mounting wall 111 facing the electrode component 3, and the edge of the adapting structure 22 is provided with a second recessed groove 22b open in a direction facing away from the electrode component 3 (that is, the second recessed groove 22b is open in a direction facing away from the active material coating portion 32). The mounting wall 111 includes a lapping portion 1112 protruding in the mounting hole 112, and the lapping portion 1112 is embedded into the second recessed groove 22b. Therefore, this facilitates supporting and locating connection between the pole component 2 and the mounting wall 111, and this helps weld the pole component 2 to the mounting wall 111 from the outer side (that is, the side facing away from the active material coating portion 32) of the mounting wall 111.
[0345] Refer to FIG. 52 and FIG. 53 again. Exemplarily, a thickness of the lapping portion 1112 matches a groove depth T2 of the second recessed groove 22b. The "match" means that the thickness of the lapping portion 1112 is substantially the same as the groove depth of the second recessed groove 22b. Therefore, it is convenient to weld the lapping portion 1112 and the mounting wall 111. The thickness of the lapping portion 1112 is not excessively large relative to the groove depth of the second recessed groove 22b, which can reduce unnecessary occupation of space. The thickness of the lapping portion 1112 is not excessively small relative to the groove depth of the second recessed groove 22b, which can meet a requirement on welding strength.
[0346] In some embodiments of the present application, refer to FIG. 5 again. The pole component 2 encloses a first accommodating groove 201 recessed in a direction facing away from the electrode component 3 relative to the mounting wall 111 and open toward the electrode component 3. The electrode component 3 is connected to the pole component 2 through the conductive portion 33, and the conductive portion 33 is at least partially accommodated in the first accommodating groove 201 and is connected to the pole body 21. That is, the pole component 2 encloses the first accommodating groove 201, a groove wall of the first accommodating groove 201 is formed by the pole component 2, the first accommodating groove 201 is recessed in a direction facing away from the active material coating portion 32, and the first accommodating groove 201 is open toward the active material coating portion 32, so that the first accommodating groove 201 is in communication with the accommodating cavity 13.
[0347] Therefore, the first accommodating groove 201 is provided to accommodate the conductive portion 33, so that space occupied by the conductive portion 33 in the accommodating cavity 13 can be reduced. In this way, the accommodating cavity 13 has larger space to accommodate the active material coating portion 32. This helps increase a volume of the active material coating portion 32, thereby increasing the energy density of the battery cell 102. In addition, because the first accommodating groove 201 is open toward the electrode component 13, the conductive portion 33 can easily extend into the first accommodating groove 201, thereby reducing the operation difficulty.
[0348] Exemplarily, refer to FIG. 5 again. The first accommodating groove 201 is formed on the side (that is, the side facing the active material coating portion 32) of the pole body 21 and the adapting structure 22 facing the electrode component 3. The adapting structure 22 bulges relative to the mounting wall 111 in a direction facing away from the electrode component 3 (that is, a direction facing away from the active material coating portion 32), so that the first accommodating groove 201 is recessed relative to the mounting wall 111 in the direction facing away from the electrode component 3.
[0349] Therefore, the adapting structure 22 is processed into a bulge form that protrudes outward, so that a part of the first accommodating groove 201 is formed on the side of the pole body 21 facing the electrode component 3, another part of the first accommodating groove 201 is formed on the side of the adapting structure 22 facing the electrode component 3, and the first accommodating groove 201 presents a shape of being recessed relative to the mounting wall 111 in the direction facing away from the electrode component 3, so that both the side of the pole body 21 facing the electrode component 3 and the side of the adapting structure 22 facing the electrode component 3 have space for accommodating the conductive portion 33. In this way, it facilitates accommodating the conductive portion 33 to a greater extent, and helps design diversified forms of the conductive portion 33.
[0350] In another embodiment of the present application, with reference to FIG. 45, when the adapting structure 22 does not bulge relative to the mounting wall 111 in the direction facing away from the electrode component 3 (that is, the direction facing away from the active material coating portion 32), the first accommodating groove 201 recessed relative to the mounting wall 111 in the direction facing away from the electrode component 3 may alternatively be defined by a height difference between the adapting structure 22 and the pole body 21.
[0351] In some embodiments of the present application, refer to FIG. 5 again. A surface of an end of the pole body 21 facing the electrode component 3 is an inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21, the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 participates in surrounding the first accommodating groove 201, and the conductive portion 33 is connected to the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21. In other words, at least a part of the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 participates in defining the groove wall of the first accommodating groove 201, and the conductive portion 33 is connected to the part of the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 serving as the groove wall of the first accommodating groove 201. In the foregoing technical solution, at least a part of the first accommodating groove 201 is formed by surrounding of the surface of the side of the pole body 21 facing the electrode component 3, and the conductive portion 33 accommodated in the first accommodating groove 201 may be easily in contact with and connected to the pole body 21, thereby improving connection convenience and simplifying the structure.
[0352] Exemplarily, when at least a part of the conductive portion 33 is accommodated in the first accommodating groove 201, a pole connection portion (for example, the gathered portion 313 of the tab 335, or the second connection segment 3363 or the first conductive segment 3365 of the conductive member 336 described in this specification) of the conductive portion 33 (for example, the tab 335 or the conductive member 336) may be laid on the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21, and is connected to the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21. During processing, the pole connection portion of the conductive portion 33 may be first mounted into the first accommodating groove 201, and then the pole connection portion is laid on the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21, and is connected to the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21.
[0353] Exemplarily, the conductive portion 33 may include the pole connection portion. The pole connection portion may be of a relatively stiff plate shape, for example, does not bend and deform downward under an action of gravity, which is, for example, the gathered portion 313 (for example, an ultrasonic welding mark) of the tab 335, or the second connection segment 3363 (for example, a metal sheet) or the first conductive segment 3365 (for example, a metal sheet) of the conductive member 336.
[0354] Exemplarily, refer to FIG. 5. Regardless of whether the adapting structure 22 bulges relative to the mounting wall 111 in the direction facing away from the electrode component 3, a position of an inner end surface 220 of the adapting structure 22 close to the pole body 21 is a surrounding region 2201 surrounding the pole body 21, and the surrounding region 2201 is level with the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21. The inner end surface 220 of the adapting structure 22 may be of a planar structure, or may be of a non-planar structure such as a bulge. A circle of the inner end surface 220 of the adapting structure 22 facing the pole body 21 most directly is the surrounding region 2201.
[0355] Exemplarily, when the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 is set to be large (for example, the adapting structure 22 is formed in an elongated shape extending in the length direction of the mounting wall 111, and a contour shape of the pole body 21 matches a contour shape of the adapting structure 22), and when the surrounding region 2201 is level with the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21, the whole pole connection portion (for example, the gathered portion 313 of the tab 335 or the second connection segment 3363 of the conductive member 336 described in this specification) of the conductive portion 33 may be laid on the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21.
[0356] Exemplarily, with reference to FIG. 39 and FIG. 43, when the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 is small (for example, the adapting structure 22 is set in an elongated shape extending in the length direction of the mounting wall 111, and the pole body 21 is disposed at a center of the adapting structure 22 and is circular in contour), and when the surrounding region 2201 is level with the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21, a part of the pole connection portion (for example, the gathered portion 313 of the tab 335 or the second connection segment 3363 of the conductive member 336 described in this specification) of the conductive portion 33 may be laid on the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21, and the remaining part is laid on the surrounding region 2201, so that the whole pole connection portion (for example, in a case in which the pole connection portion is also elongated) of the conductive portion 33 can be supported. This facilitates compression of a welding nozzle, so that the conductive portion 33 can be reliably connected to the pole body 21.
[0357] Exemplarily, the conductive portion 33 may include the pole connection portion.
[0358] Exemplarily, refer to FIG. 44. Regardless of whether the adapting structure 22 bulges relative to the mounting wall 111 in the direction facing away from the electrode component 3, a position of an inner end surface 220 of the adapting structure 22 close to the pole body 21 is a surrounding region 2201 surrounding the pole body 21, and the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 protrudes from the surrounding region 2201 toward the electrode component 3. The inner end surface 220 of the adapting structure 22 may be of a planar structure, or may be of a non-planar structure such as a bulge. A circle of the inner end surface 220 of the adapting structure 22 facing the pole body 21 most directly is the surrounding region 2201.
[0359] Therefore, by disposing the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 to protruding from the surrounding region 2201 toward the electrode component 3, when a height of the pole body 21 is specified, it may be equivalent to that the pole body 21 is retracted toward the accommodating cavity 13, so as to reduce space outside the case component 1 occupied by the pole component 2, and reduce a dimension of the battery cell 102 in a direction in which the pole component 2 is disposed (for example, the first direction F1 shown in FIG. 3).
[0360] Exemplarily, when the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 is set to be large (for example, the adapting structure 22 is formed in an elongated shape extending in the length direction of the mounting wall 111, and a contour shape of the pole body 21 matches a contour shape of the adapting structure 22), and when the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 protrudes from the surrounding region 2201 toward the electrode component 3, the whole pole connection portion (for example, the gathered portion 313 of the tab 335 or the second connection segment 3363 of the conductive member 336 described in this specification) of the conductive portion 33 may be laid on the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21.
[0361] Exemplarily, with reference to FIG. 44, when the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 is small (for example, the adapting structure 22 is set in an elongated shape extending in the length direction of the mounting wall 111, and the pole body 21 is disposed at the center of the adapting structure 22 and is circular in contour), and when the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 protrudes from the surrounding region 2201 toward the electrode component 3, the conductive portion 33 may be disposed to include the tab 335 and the conductive member 336 connected to the tab 335. The conductive member 336 includes the first conductive segment 3365 disposed on the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 and the second conductive segment 3366 staggered from the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21. The second conductive segment 3366 protrudes relative to the first conductive segment 3365 in the direction facing away from the electrode component 3 (that is, outward, or in the direction facing away from the active material coating portion 32), and the tab 335 is connected to the second conductive segment 3366. Therefore, a height difference between the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 and the surrounding region 2201 may be used to accommodate the second conductive segment 3366 and the tab 335 of the conductive member 336, so as to make full use of space, reduce space occupied by the conductive portion 33 in the accommodating cavity 13, and improve the energy density of the battery cell 102. Exemplarily, if a part of the tab 335 connected to the second conductive segment 3366 (for example, the gathered portion 313 described in this specification) is of an elongated shape, the second conductive segment 3366 may also be set in an elongated shape, and the first conductive segment 3365 is set in a circular shape matching the pole body 21, which can meet a connection requirement. In addition, when the conductive member 336 includes a first conductive segment 3365 and a second conductive segment 3366, to ensure that the second conductive segment 3366 protrudes relative to the first conductive segment 3365 in the direction facing away from the electrode component 3, a material having particular stiffness and thickness may be selected for processing the conductive member 336. For example, the conductive member 336 may be a metal sheet.
[0362] Exemplarily, refer to FIG. 45. Regardless of whether the adapting structure 22 bulges relative to the mounting wall 111 in the direction facing away from the electrode component 3, a position of an inner end surface 220 of the adapting structure 22 close to the pole body 21 is a surrounding region 2201 surrounding the pole body 21, and the surrounding region 2201 protrudes from the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 toward the electrode component 3. The inner end surface 220 of the adapting structure 22 may be of a planar structure, or may be of a non-planar structure such as a bulge. A circle of the inner end surface 220 of the adapting structure 22 facing the pole body 21 most directly is the surrounding region 2201.
[0363] Exemplarily, refer to FIG. 47. When the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 is set to be large (for example, the adapting structure 22 is formed in an elongated shape extending in the length direction of the mounting wall 111, and a contour shape of the pole body 21 matches a contour shape of the adapting structure 22), and when the surrounding region 2201 protrudes from the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 toward the electrode component 3, the whole pole connection portion (for example, the gathered portion 313 of the tab 335 or the second connection segment 3363 of the conductive member 336 described in this specification) of the conductive portion 33 may be laid on the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21.
[0364] Exemplarily, with reference to FIG. 45, when the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 is small (for example, the adapting structure 22 is set in an elongated shape extending in the length direction of the mounting wall 111, and the pole body 21 is disposed at the center of the adapting structure 22 and is circular in contour), and when the surrounding region 2201 protrudes from the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 toward the electrode component 3, the conductive member 336 may be disposed to include the first conductive segment 3365 laid on the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21 and the third conductive segment 3367 staggered from the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21. The third conductive segment 3367 protrudes relative to the first conductive segment 3365 toward the electrode component 3, and the tab 335 is connected to the third conductive segment 3367. Therefore, the conductive member 336 can meet a requirement for connection to the inner end surface 211 of the pole body 21, and can easily meet a requirement for connection to the tab 335. In addition, when the conductive member 336 includes a first conductive segment 3365 and a third conductive segment 3367, to ensure that the third conductive segment 3367 protrudes relative to the first conductive segment 3365 toward the electrode component 3, a material having particular stiffness and thickness may be selected for processing the conductive member 336. For example, the conductive member 336 may be a metal sheet. Exemplarily, if a part of the tab 335 connected to the third conductive segment 3367 (for example, the gathered portion 313 described in this specification) is of an elongated shape, the third conductive segment 3367 may also be set in an elongated shape, and the first conductive segment 3365 is set in a shape matching a fitting region 211a (for example, a circular shape), which can meet a connection requirement.
[0365] Refer to FIG. 54 and FIG. 55. FIG. 54 is a structural cross-sectional view of a battery cell 102 according to some still other embodiments of the present application; FIG. 55 is a partial enlarged view of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 54. In some embodiments, a second accommodating groove 202 is formed on the pole body 21, the second accommodating groove 202 is open facing away from the accommodating cavity, a through hole 210 is provided on a groove bottom wall of the second accommodating groove 202, and the conductive portion 33 passes through the through hole 210 and is at least partially accommodated in the second accommodating groove 202.
[0366] In the foregoing technical solution, the second accommodating groove 202 is provided on the pole body 21 to reduce a weight of the pole body 21 to a certain extent, to improve weight energy density of the battery cell 102 and the battery 100. In addition, because a groove opening of the second accommodating groove 202 is formed on an outer end surface 213 of the pole body 21, and the outer end surface 213 of the pole body 21 is a surface on a side of the pole body 21 away from the active material coating portion 32, the second accommodating groove 202 may be open in a direction facing away from the active material coating portion 32. In this way, when at least a part of the conductive portion 33 is accommodated in the second accommodating groove 202, the conductive portion 33 can be easily accommodated and arranged through the groove opening of the second accommodating groove 202, and an electrical connection operation and the like can be easily performed on the conductive portion 33 and the pole body 21 through the groove opening of the second accommodating groove 202, thereby reducing production difficulty of the battery cell 102 and improving the production efficiency of the battery cell 102.
[0367] In addition, because the second accommodating groove 202 is in communication with the accommodating cavity 13 through the through hole 210, the second accommodating groove 202 is further used as a structure for buffering and temporary storage of electrolyte, so that the accommodating cavity 13 can accommodate more electrolyte. Because the electrolyte loses during charging and discharging of the battery cell 102, when more electrolyte is provided, a service life of the battery cell 102 can be extended. In addition, because the second accommodating groove 202 can be in communication with the accommodating cavity 13 through the through hole 210, the second accommodating groove 202 may also be used as a structure for accommodation and buffering of gas generated in the electrode assembly 31, thereby reducing expansion of the battery cell 102 and improving the reliability and stability of the battery cell 102.
[0368] Refer to FIG. 56 to FIG. 59. FIG. 56 is a structural cross-sectional view of a battery cell 102 according to some other embodiments of the present application; FIG. 57 is a partial enlarged view of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 56; FIG. 58 is a structural crosssectional view of a battery cell 102 according to still some yet other embodiments of the present application; and FIG. 59 is a partial enlarged view of the battery cell 102 shown in FIG. 58. The case component 1 includes a case body 11 having an opening 113 and a case cover 12. The case cover 12 covers the opening 113. The mounting wall 111 includes a wall body of the case body 11 opposite to the opening 113. That is, the pole component 2 is mounted on the wall body of the case body 11 opposite to the opening 113.
[0369] In this embodiment, the pole component 2 and the mounting wall 111 are located on the same side of the electrode component 3. That is, the pole component 2 is disposed on a side on which the mounting wall 111 is located, so that the pole component 2 can be mounted at the mounting hole 112 of the mounting wall 111. For example, when the mounting wall 111 is located above the electrode component 3, the pole component 2 is also located above the electrode component 3. When the mounting wall 111 is located below the electrode component 3, the pole component 2 is also located below the electrode component 3. When the mounting wall 111 is located on a side of the electrode component 3, the pole component 2 is also located on the same side of the electrode component 3.

For another example, a form of the adapting structure 22, a form of the insulating structure 23, and a shape of the pole body 21 of the pole component 2 in Embodiment 1 to Embodiment 3 are not limited, and can all refer to any one of the foregoing embodiments of the present application. Details are not described herein again.
[0394] According to some embodiments of the present application, the present application further provides a battery 100, including the battery cell 102 according to any one of the foregoing solutions.
