Abstract

Abstract (figure 2) A fibreglass post 10 that is electrically non-conductive so as to prevent electrocution when being inserted into the ground in which electric cables are buried. The fibreglass post 10 includes an elongate member 11 having a top end 14 and a tapered lower end 12. The elongate member 11 is formed with three web portions 111, 112, 113 co- extending along the length of the elongate member such that the post has a Y-shaped cross-section.
