Abstract

A framework structure (10) is a framework structure around a room in a building. The framework structure (10) comprises: a steel horizontal member (11); a first wooden horizontal member (21) orthogonal to the steel horizontal member (11); and first connection hardware (31) that connects the steel horizontal member (11) and the first wooden horizontal member (21). The steel horizontal member (11) is longer than the first wooden horizontal member (21).

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a frame structure and a building including the frame structure. BACKGROUND ART

[0005] (1) A frame structure in accordance with one general aspect is arranged around a room inside a building. The frame structure includes a steel horizontal member, a first wooden horizontal member orthogonal to the steel horizontal member at an intermediate portion of the steel horizontal member, and a first metal bracket connecting the steel horizontal member and the first wooden horizontal member. The steel horizontal member is longer than the first wooden horizontal member. With this structure, the frame that covers an upper section of the large open space can be formed without arranging any posts in the room. Further, compared to when arranging more than one steel horizontal member in parallel, the large open space can be formed with a small number of the steel horizontal members. Thus, the number of the steel horizontal members can be reduced in the frame structure that covers the upper section of the large open space without arranging posts in the room.

[0015] A building 1 and a frame structure 10 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 8. Examples of the building 1 are a house, a community center, an office, a hospital, a public facility, a store or the like. As shown in Fig. 1, the building 1 includes a foundation 2 and a building body 3 that is arranged on the foundation 2. The building body 3 includes rooms 5. The building body 3 includes a structural body 4. The structural body 4 supports the building body 3. The structural body 4 includes frame members such as posts, horizontal members or the like.

[0016] In the present embodiment, the frame structure 10 around a room 5 in the building 1 will be described. The frame structure 10 is a part of the structural body 4. The frame structure 10 includes at least a frame of an upper section of the room 5. The upper section of the room 5 corresponds to the upper section of a room 5 in each story. More specifically, the frame structure 10 of the upper section of the room 5 corresponds to the frame structure 10 forming the floor of a second story or a higher story or corresponds to the frame structure 10 forming a ceiling underneath a roof 6.

The stiffeners 18 are arranged on the additional steel horizontal member 12 at portions connected to the third wooden horizontal members 23. The additional steel horizontal member 12 substantially has the same structure as the steel horizontal member 11 except for the location of the stiffeners 18.

In this case, the two ends of each steel horizontal member 11 are supported by wooden posts. However, in this case, in order to form a large open space SA, three or more steel horizontal members 11 may be required. This may increase the construction costs.

[0053] In the present embodiment, in a plan view, the steel horizontal member 11 is arranged to extend across the large open space SA. In the intermediate portion of the steel horizontal member 11, the first wooden horizontal member 21 is arranged orthogonal to the steel horizontal member 11. In other words, the first wooden horizontal member 21 is shorter than the steel horizontal member 11. This has the following advantage. In a referential example, the steel horizontal member 11 and the first wooden horizontal member 21 of the present embodiment switch positions. In this case, the first wooden horizontal member 21 will be longer than the steel horizontal member 11. The first wooden horizontal member 21 in the frame structure 10 in the referential example may deform more greatly than the first wooden horizontal member 21 in the frame structure 10 of the present embodiment. Therefore, when the steel horizontal member 11 is longer than the first wooden horizontal member 21 like in the frame structure 10 of the present embodiment, the large open space SA can be formed under the steel horizontal member 11 more readily.

With this frame structure 10, the frame that covers the upper section of the large open space SA can be formed without arranging any posts in the room 5. 1. A frame structure arranged around a room inside a building, the frame structure comprising:a steel horizontal member;a first wooden horizontal member orthogonal to the steel horizontal member at an intermediate portion of the steel horizontal member;a first metal bracket connecting the steel horizontal member and the first wooden horizontal member;two second wooden horizontal members arranged along a straight line in parallel to the steel horizontal member;an intermediate wooden post arranged between the two second wooden horizontal members; anda second metal bracket connecting the first wooden horizontal member and the intermediate wooden post, whereina length of the steel horizontal member is longer than a length of the first wooden horizontal member, and is greater than a total length of the two second wooden horizontal members.

The frame structure according to claim 1, whereinthe first wooden horizontal member has two ends having a same end surface structure, anda connecting portion of the first metal bracket connected to the first wooden horizontal member is identical in structure to a connecting portion of the second metal bracket connected to the first wooden horizontal member.
