[0038] Referring to FIG. 1, this embodiment of the present disclosure provides a heating assembly 10. The heating assembly 10 includes a burner 100 and a radiation component 200. The radiation component 200 is arranged above the burner 100. The burner 100 is configured to heat the radiation 2025210898 04 Aug 2025 component 200 to enable the radiation component 200 to generate infrared thermal radiation.
[0039] Referring to FIG. 2, the heating assembly 10 provided in this embodiment of the present disclosure is applied to a cooking device. The cooking device may include a stove body 20, a tray 30, and the above heating assembly 10. The heating assembly 10 and the tray 30 are both arranged on the stove body 20. The burner 100, the radiation component 200, and the tray 30 are arranged in sequence from bottom to top. The tray 30 is configured to place cooked ingredients. The burner 100 is configured to: introduce a combustible material such as gas and generate flames. The flames heat the radiation component 200 above to enable the radiation component 200 to generate the infrared thermal radiation. The infrared thermal radiation is used to cook the ingredients placed in the tray 30 to avoid problems such as ingredient carbonization caused by direct contact between the flames and the ingredients.
[0040] Referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 4, and FIG. 5, the burner 100 includes a heating tube 110 and at least one flame baffle 120 arranged on an outer wall of the heating tube 110. A flame hole 1101 is provided in a peripheral side of the heating tube 110, and the flame hole 1101 is located below the flame baffle 120. The flame baffle 120 gradually tilts upwards relative to a horizontal plane in a direction facing away from the heating tube 110. A flame channel 1201 that penetrates through the flame baffle 120 in a vertical direction is formed in one side of the flame baffle 120 facing the heating tube 110.
[0041] The heating tube 110 is an internally hollow tube for introducing a combustible material such as gas, and can be cylindrical or in other suitable shapes, to meet different heating needs. In this embodiment, the heating tube 110 is a cylindrical tube body. A joint part 111 and a mounting part 112 are respectively arranged at two ends of the heating tube 110. The joint part 111 is configured to be connected to a gas source, and the mounting part 112 has a shape that matches an inner wall of the stove body 20 and is provided with a mounting hole 1121, so that the mounting part 112 can be connected to the stove body 20 of the cooking device by using a fastener, to fix the position of the heating tube 110 inside the stove body 20.
[0042] The flame hole 1101 is provided in the peripheral side wall of the heating tube 110 and is configured to spray the flames burning inside the heating tube 110. The flame hole 1101 may be circular, elliptical, or in other suitable shapes, to meet different flame spraying needs. In this embodiment, a plurality of flame holes 1101 are provided in the peripheral side wall of the heating tube 110. The plurality of flame holes 1101 are classified into two groups and are respectively arranged in two opposite sides of the heating tube 110 in a horizontal direction. The plurality of flame holes 1101 in each group are uniformly arranged in a spacing manner in an extension direction of the heating tube 110, so that the flames are uniformly sprayed out of the two sides of 2025210898 04 Aug 2025 the heating tube 110.
[0043] The flame baffle 120 can be made of a metal material such as stainless steel or a heatresistant non-metal material such as ceramic. A shape and a quantity of the flame baffle 120 can be set to adapt to the distribution of the flame holes 1101 in the heating tube 110. In this embodiment, the plurality of flame holes 1101 are provided in the two opposite sides of the heating tube 110. Two flame baffles 120 are symmetrically connected to the two sides of the heating tube 110. The flame baffles 120 are rectangular and have extension directions parallel to the extension direction of the heating tube 110, to block tops of the plurality of flame holes 1101 on the same side of the heating tube 110, to disperse and guide the flames sprayed out of the flame holes 1101 on the two sides.
[0044] The flame channel 1201 is provided in the side of the flame baffle 120 facing the heating tube 110. The extension direction of the flame channel 1201 can be parallel to the extension direction of the heating tube 110, and the flame channel 1201 penetrates through the heating tube in the vertical direction, so that a part of the flame sprayed out of the flame holes 1101 can extend upwards through the flame channel 1201. The flame channel 1201 can be elongated, elliptical, or in any other suitable shapes, to meet different flame flowing needs. A through hole can be formed in each flame baffle 120 to form the flame channel 1201, or each flame baffle 120 can be spaced apart from the heating tube 110 to form the flame channel 1201 between the flame baffle 120 and the heating tube 110. In some embodiments, at least one connecting part 121 is arranged at one end of the flame baffle 120 facing the heating tube 110. The connecting part 121 is connected to an outer wall surface of the heating tube 110, to cause the flame baffle 120 to be spaced apart from the heating tube 110 and form the at least one flame channel 1201.
[0045] Referring to FIG. 6, each connecting part 121 protrudes out of the side of each flame baffle 120 facing the heating tube 110, and an extension direction of the connecting part 121 is perpendicular to the flame baffle 120. The connecting part 121 can be connected to an outer wall surface of the heating tube 110 by welding or by connecting a fastener such as a bolt, to fix the flame baffle 120 to the heating tube 110 and to separate a position of the flame baffle 120 that is not provided with the connecting part 121 from the outer wall surface of the heating tube 110 to form the flame channel 1201. In this embodiment, each flame baffle 120 is provided with three connecting parts 121. The three connecting parts 121 are arranged in a spacing manner in the extension direction of the flame baffle 120, to form two flame channels 1201 on the side of each flame baffle 120 facing the heating tube 110.
[0046] With reference to FIG. 3 again, by arranging the inclined flame baffles 120 on the two sides of the heating tube 110, a part of the flames sprayed out of the two sides of the heating tube 2025210898 04 Aug 2025 110 extend upwards through the flame channels 1201 and are sprayed out, while the other part of the flames extend and are sprayed out in a direction facing away from the heating tube 110 along surfaces of the inclined flame baffles 120. This changes a flame spraying path, increases a range of flames sprayed out of the burner 100, and makes the radiation component 200 above more uniformly heated, so that infrared thermal radiation generated is better.
[0047] Referring to FIG. 7, the radiation component 200 can include a first radiation plate 210 and a second radiation plate 220 arranged above the first radiation plate 210. The second radiation plate 220 is provided with a radiation hole 2201. The first radiation plate 210 is close to the burner 100 to block the flames sprayed out of the burner 100 and is heated by the flames to achieve a red heat state, thereby emitting infrared thermal radiation. The second radiation plate 220 is arranged above the first radiation plate 210 to prevent the flames sprayed out of the burner 100 and the first radiation plate 210 in the red heat state from being exposed, thus providing particular safety protection. The infrared thermal radiation emitted by the first radiation plate 210 can be transmitted to the ingredients transferred through the radiation hole 2201 to the upper side, to heat and cook of the ingredients.
[0048] Referring to FIG. 8, in some embodiments, the first radiation plate 210 may include a plate body 211 and a radiation mesh 212. In some embodiments of the first aspect, the first radiation plate 210 includes a plate body 211 and a radiation mesh 212 arranged on the plate body 211. The plate body 211 is provided with a hollow part 2111. The radiation mesh 212 covers the hollow part 2111. A projection of the burner 100 on the horizontal plane falls within a projection of the radiation mesh 212 on the horizontal plane.
[0049] The plate body 211 can be circular, rectangular, or in other shapes, and a size of the plate body 211 matches a length of the heating tube 110 below, so as to completely cover the entire heating tube 110. In this embodiment, the plate body 211 is a rectangular flat plate, and a periphery of the plate body 211 is bent downwards to form a peripheral side wall, thereby improving structural strength of the plate body 211. The hollow part 2111 can be circular, elliptical, or stripshaped hole, or in other suitable shapes. The hollow part 2111 is arranged in a center of the plate body 211. A size of the hollow part 2111 matches the size of the heating tube 110, and the hollow part 2111 directly faces the heating tube 110. In this embodiment, the hollow part 2111 is a rectangular through hole.
[0050] The radiation mesh 212 is of a mesh structure that can be formed by a weaving or laser cutting process. A pore of the radiation mesh 212 can be circular, elliptical, rectangular, or in other polygonal shapes. Referring to FIG. 9, in this embodiment, the pore of the radiation mesh 212 is diamond-shaped. The shape of the radiation mesh 212 matches the shape of the hollow part 2111, 2025210898 04 Aug 2025 to cover the entire hollow part 2111. In this embodiment, the radiating mesh 212 is rectangular, and a size of the radiating mesh 212 is larger than the size of a hollow region, so as to completely cover the entire hollow region.
[0051] The flames sprayed out of the heating tube 110 uniformly heat the first radiation plate 210 after being dispersed and guided by the flame baffles 120 on the two sides. A plurality of pores in the radiation mesh 212 can enlarge a heating area, to allow heat of the flames to be transferred to the entire radiation mesh 212 faster, thereby quickly heating the first radiation plate 210 to the red heat state and accelerating the generation of the infrared thermal radiation.
[0052] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 7, a projection shape of the second radiation plate 220 on a vertical plane perpendicular to the extension direction of the heating tube 110 is in a flared shape that expands gradually from top to bottom. The first radiation plate 210 is mounted at a bottom of the second radiation plate 220.
[0053] The projection shape of the second radiation plate 220 on the vertical plane can be a U shape with an opening facing downwards, a V shape with an opening facing downwards, an inverted trapezoid with an opening facing downwards, or other shapes that are gradually enlarged from top to bottom. On the one hand, a heat transfer cavity can be formed between the second radiation plate 220 and the first radiation plate 210, which is conducive to upward transferring of the infrared thermal radiation. On the other hand, oil droplets generated during cooking drip along a top surface of the second radiation plate 220 to the two sides of the burner 100. It is not easy to accumulate the oil droplets on a surface of the second radiation plate 220 and it is not easy for the oil droplets to drip onto the heating tube 110 to affect combustion of the flames.
[0054] In this embodiment, the second radiation plate 220 is composed of two symmetrical inclined plates, so that the projection shape of the second radiation plate 220 on the vertical plane is a V-shaped structure with the opening facing downwards. The two inclined plates can be integrally formed or separately processed and connected and fixed by a method such as welding to form the second radiation plate 220.
[0055] A plurality of radiation holes 2201 are provided in each inclined plate. The radiation holes 2201 can be circular holes, elliptical holes, rectangular holes, or other polygonal holes, to meet different heat transfer needs. In this embodiment, the radiation holes 2201 are strip-shaped holes. Extension directions of the radiation holes are parallel to a width direction of the inclined plate. The plurality of radiation holes 2201 are arranged in a spacing manner in the extension direction of the inclined plate, to improve uniformity of transferring of the infrared thermal radiation.
[0056] Further, a projection position of each radiation hole 2201 on the horizontal plane avoids a projection of the heating tube 110 on the horizontal plane. That is, no radiation holes 2201 are 2025210898 04 Aug 2025 provided in the connection parts 121 of the two inclined plates. During use, if the flames of the heating tube 110 are strong, the flames will not be directly sprayed out of the radiation holes 2201 vertically, which protects the cooked ingredients and a user and improves safety of cooking.
[0057] Further, a sliding track 2202 is arranged at the bottom of the second radiation plate 220, and an extension direction of the sliding track 2202 is parallel to the extension direction of the heating tube 110. The first radiation plate 210 is slidably connected into the sliding track 2202. At least one extension end of the sliding track 2202 is provided with an opening to allow the first radiation plate 210 to slide out of the sliding track 2202. Since the first radiation plate 210 is slidably connected into the sliding track 2202, the first radiation plate 210 and the second radiation plate 220 can be interconnected as a component for easy mounting into the stove body 20. Moreover, the first radiation plate 210 can slide out of the sliding track 2202 for easy cleaning of the first radiation plate 210.
[0058] Referring to FIG. 10, in this embodiment, a first supporting part extending downwards is arranged at a bottom end of the second radiation plate 220. The first supporting part is provided with a second supporting part extending towards the first radiation plate 210. The second radiation plate 220, the first supporting part, and the second supporting part are enclosed to form the sliding track 2202.
[0059] Further, referring to FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, one extension end of the second supporting part can protrude upwards to form a limiting part to block one of openings of the sliding track 2202, thereby limiting a mounting position of the first radiation plate 210 within the sliding track 2202. When the heating assembly 10 is mounted inside the cooking device, an open end of the sliding track 2202 can face the connection part 121 of the heating tube 110 or the mounting part 112 of the heating tube 110. This embodiment does not limit this.
[0060] In this embodiment, sliding tracks 2202 are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the second radiation plate 220 to support the two sides of the first radiation plate 210 and improve stability of connection between the first radiation plate 210 and the second radiation plate 220.
[0061] In addition, the first radiation plate 210 and the second radiation plate 220 can also be separately mounted inside the stove body 20 for easy separate disassembling, maintenance, or replacement of the first radiation plate 210 and the second radiation plate 220. Similarly, in this embodiment, the burner 100 and the radiation component 200 are split, which are separately mounted in the stove body 20 for easy disassembling, maintenance, or replacement of either the burner 100 or the radiation component 200. Certainly, the burner 100 and the radiation component 200 can also be connected into a whole through a connecting structure, and then the whole is mounted in the stove body 20 of the cooking device. 2025210898 04 Aug 2025
[0062] In summary, according to the heating assembly 10 provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure during use, the combustible material such as gas enters the heating tube 110 through the joint part 111 of the heating tube 110 and is burned inside the heating tube 110 to generate the flames. The flames are sprayed out of the flame holes 1101 on the peripheral side of the heating tube 110 and are dispersed and guided by the flame baffles 120, so that the flames can more uniformly heat the radiating component 200. The first radiation plate 210 in the radiation component 200 is composed of the plate body 211 and the radiation mesh 212, and can be quickly heated to the red heat state by the flames to emit the infrared thermal radiation. The second radiation plate 220 is arranged above the first radiation plate 210 to prevent the flames from being in direct contact with the ingredients. Meanwhile, the infrared thermal radiation emitted by the first radiation plate 210 can be transferred to the ingredients above through the radiation holes 2201 in the second radiation plate 220, thus improving safety of cooking.
[0063] In a second aspect, referring to FIG. 2, the present disclosure further provides a cooking device, including the heating assembly 10 in the embodiments of the first aspect, and a stove body 20. The heating assembly 10 is mounted in the stove body 20.
[0064] The cooking device can be a grill, an oven, a barbecue grill, or other devices with a heating and cooking function. The stove body 20 provides a mounting space for the heating assembly 10, and can be rectangular or in other suitable shapes. When the cooking device is the oven, the cooking device can further include a storage platform which is mounted on an upper side of the heating assembly 10 to place ingredients. A gap can be formed between the storage platform and the heating assembly 10 for easy heat transferring and ingredient cooking. The storage platform can be a baking tray, a mesh, a grill, or other components that can place the ingredients, and its shape and size can be adjusted according to cooking needs.
[0065] During use, the flames generated by the burner 100 heats the radiation component 200 on the upper side, and the radiation component 200 emits infrared thermal radiation after being heated. The infrared thermal radiation penetrates through the ingredients on the storage platform, to uniformly heat and cook the ingredients. Since the flames are not in direct contact with the ingredients, the problem of carbonization of the ingredients is avoided. Meanwhile, the infrared thermal radiation heating method also heats the ingredients more uniformly, thus improving cooking quality.
[0066] The foregoing descriptions are merely preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, but are not intended to limit present disclosure. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of present disclosure shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
