Abstract

Disclosed are a method and compositions for the production of polymers for intraocular lenses which have an adjustable unfolding time. The unfolding time is adjusted by varying the ratio of two crosslinkers having different chain lengths. Other properties of the intraocular lenses remain essentially unaltered when adjusting the unfolding time.
