Abstract
Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
[00001] The present application claims priority from Chinese patent application No. 202410441197.6, entitled “CLOTHES TREATMENT DEVICE” and filed on April 12, 2024, the entire disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference. FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[00002] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of clothing treatment apparatuses, and specifically provides a clothing treatment apparatus. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[00003] With social progress and technical development, clothing treatment apparatuses have become common electrical products in home life. With the rapid development of living standards, people are using clothing treatment apparatuses more and more frequently, and are also having higher and higher requirements on them.
[00004] Currently, during the drying process of the clothing treatment apparatus, clothing, especially cotton, velvet and other loads, will produce lint due to drying and fluffiness. The lint will enter a drying air duct with the air inside the drum. If not cleaned in time, the lint will adhere to important components such as evaporator and condenser, affecting the heat exchange effect between the air and these two components, and thus having a negative impact on the drying effect. The traditional method of cleaning lint in the clothing treatment apparatus is to install a lint filter in front of the evaporator. The lint filter needs to be regularly extracted for cleaning to ensure its filtering effect and the operation of heat pump system.
[00005] In order to facilitate the extraction of the lint filter without occupying space, in the prior art, the lint filter is extracted from the front of a cabinet of the clothing treatment apparatus. The drying air duct is arranged at the rear inside the cabinet, and the lint filter includes a pulling part (which is located outside the drying air duct for pulling) and a filtering part (which is located inside the drying air duct). If the lint filter is extracted as a whole, it will have a length that is too long and it will be inconvenient to disassemble separately, making it inconvenient to clean the filtering part of the lint filter separately. The pulling part and the filtering part need to be cleaned together, which makes it not easy to clean and will cause the filtering part to be cleaned inadequately, bringing a poor user experience.
[00006] Therefore, there is a need for a new technical solution in the art to solve the above problem. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[00040] Preferred embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only used to explain the technical principles of the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present disclosure. Those skilled in the art can adjust them as required so as to adapt to specific application situations.
[00041] It should be noted that in the description of the present disclosure, terms indicating directional or positional relationships, such as “upper”, “lower”, “front”, “rear”, “bottom” and the like, are based on the directional or positional relationships shown in the accompanying drawings. They are only used for ease of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, or must be constructed or operated in a specific orientation; therefore, they should not be considered as limitations to the present disclosure. In addition, terms “first” and “second” are only used for descriptive purpose, and should not be understood as indicating or implying relative importance.
[00042] In addition, it should also be noted that in the description of the present disclosure, unless otherwise clearly specified and defined, terms “connect”, “connection” and “communication” should be understood in a broad sense; for example, the connection may be a fixed connection, or a detachable connection; it may be a direct connection, or an indirect connection implemented through an intermediate medium, or internal communication between two elements. For those skilled in the art, the specific meaning of the above terms in the present disclosure can be interpreted according to specific situations.
[00043] First, reference is made to FIGS. 1 to 3. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the clothing treatment apparatus of the present disclosure includes a cabinet 1, a drying air duct 2, and a lint filtering device 3; the drying air duct 2 is arranged inside the cabinet 1; the lint filtering device 3 includes a guide member 31 and a filtering member 32 that are connected; the guide member 31 can drive the filtering member 32 to be pulled outside the cabinet 1, and also enables the filtering member 32 to extend into the drying air duct 2 to filter lint in the circulating air inside the drying air duct 2; and the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32 are connected in a detachable manner through a connecting member 33.
[00044] Specifically, the clothing treatment apparatus includes a clothing treatment bucket (not shown in the figure), a fan (not shown in the figure), and a drying component (not shown in the figure). The drying air duct 2 is communicated with the clothing treatment bucket inside the cabinet 1, and the fan can drive the air to circulate in the drying air duct 2 and the clothing treatment bucket. The drying component includes a condenser and an evaporator. Through the circulation of hot air, the moisture in the air is condensed and then separated from the airflow to achieve drying of the clothing. During the air circulation process, the filtering member 32 can filter the lint in the air. When installed in place, the filtering member 32 is located inside the drying air duct 2, while the guide member 31 is located outside the drying air duct 2 and is arranged on a front side of the cabinet 1. Users can extract the filtering member 32 outside of the drying air duct 2 and ultimately outside of the cabinet 1 by pulling the guide member 31 from the front side of the cabinet 1. Through the arrangement of the connecting member 33, the present disclosure facilitates the disassembly of the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32, thereby facilitating the separation of the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32, facilitating users to clean the filtering member 32 separately, and avoiding inadequate cleaning of the filtering member 32.
[00045] It should be noted that the present disclosure does not impose any restrictions on the specific type of the clothing treatment apparatus. The clothing treatment apparatus can be a washing-drying integrated machine, a clothing dryer, or another type of apparatus with a drying function. The filtering member 32 can be a filter screen, a filter screen including a frame and arranged inside the frame, or another device capable of filtering the lint. Those skilled in the art can set the specific types by themselves according to actual situations.
[00046] Next, reference is made to FIGS. 4 and 5. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, an accommodating cavity 313 is provided on the guide member 31, and an insertion part 321 is provided on the filtering member 32; the insertion part 321 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 313, the connecting member 33 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 313, and an insertion direction of the connecting member 33 is perpendicular to an insertion direction of the insertion part 321; the connecting member 33 and the insertion part 321 are connected to achieve the connection between the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32. Specifically, the insertion part 321 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 313 from rear to front, and the connecting member 33 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 313 from top to bottom. A first insertion connection member 3211 is provided on the insertion part 321, and a second insertion connection member 331 is provided on the connecting member 33. The insertion part 321 and the connecting member 33 are connected through the insertion connection between the first insertion connection member 3211 and the second insertion connection member 331. An insertion connection direction of the first insertion connection member 3211 and the second insertion connection member 331 is the up-and-down direction, and an insertion connection direction of the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32 is the front-and-rear direction. The two insertion connection directions are perpendicular to each other. Based on this, after the first insertion connection member 3211 and the second insertion connection member 331 are insertedly connected in place, the filtering member 32 can be prevented from detaching from the accommodating cavity 313, thus improving the connection stability between the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32.
[00047] In some other embodiments, neither the first insertion connection member 3211 nor the second insertion connection member 331 is provided, but an insertion hole (not shown in the figure) is provided on the insertion part 321, which penetrates through the insertion part 321 in the up-and-down direction. First, the insertion part 321 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 313, and then the connecting member 33 is inserted into the insertion hole. In this case, the connecting member 33 is a cylindrical structure that matches the shape of the insertion hole. When disassembling and assembling, it is only necessary to extract the connecting member 33 from the insertion hole.
[00048] Further, in this preferred embodiment, the first insertion connection member 3211 is a snap-fit hole, and the second insertion connection member 331 is a claw. When the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32 are connected in place, the claw is inserted into the snap-fit hole. Moreover, an elastic member 34 is provided between the connecting member 33 and a bottom wall of the accommodating cavity 313. The elastic member 34 is preferably a spring. When disassembling the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32, the connecting member 33 is first pressed down, and the connecting member 33 presses downward on the elastic member 34, compressing the elastic member 34. When the connecting member 33 moves down, the first insertion connection member 3211 and the second insertion connection member 331 are separated. At this time, the insertion part 321 can be extracted outside of the accommodating cavity 313, so as to achieve the separation and disassembly of the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32. At this time, the downward pressure on the connecting member 33 is cancelled. Since the elastic member 34 is compressed, after the force applied on it is released, the elastic member 34 has a tendency to recover deformation, pushing the connecting member 33 upward to restore its original position. After the user has cleaned the filtering member 32, when connecting the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32, the connecting member 33 is first pressed down, and the elastic member 34 is compressed until the second insertion connection member 331 is completely located below the first insertion connection member 3211. At this time, the insertion part 321 is inserted into the accommodating cavity. Then, the connecting member 33 is released, and the downward pressure on the connecting member 33 is cancelled. Under the action of the elastic member 34, the connecting member 33 is pushed up, so that the second insertion connection member 331 is inserted into the first insertion connection member 3211, completing the assembly of the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32. Based on the above structural arrangement, the assembly and disassembly of the guide member 31 and the connecting member 33 can be achieved by pressing, which is convenient for users to use and saves time and effort.
[00049] It should be noted that the present disclosure does not impose any specific restrictions on the first insertion connection member 3211 and the second insertion connection member 331. One of the first insertion connection member 3211 and the second insertion connection member 331 is a claw, and the other of the first insertion connection member 3211 and the second insertion connection member 331 is a snap-fit hole. Alternatively, one of the first insertion connection member 3211 and the second insertion connection member 331 can be an insertion column structure, and the other of the first insertion connection member 3211 and the second insertion connection member 331 can be a hole structure. Those skilled in the art can set the structures by themselves according to actual situations.
[00050] Further, with continued reference to FIG. 5, as shown, when connected in place, the first insertion connection member 3211 is located above the second insertion connection member 331. The first insertion connection member 3211 can block the upward movement of the second insertion connection member 331, thereby blocking the overall upward movement of the connecting member 33, preventing the connecting member 33 from detaching from the accommodating cavity 313 under the pushing action of the elastic member 34. When connected in place, the elastic member 34 is still in the compressed state and has a tendency to recover upward, thereby transmitting force to the second insertion connection member 331, causing the second insertion connection member 331 to press upward against the first insertion connection member 3211, thus improving the stability of the connection between the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32.
[00051] Referring to FIG. 6, as shown, an accommodating hole 333 is provided on the connecting member 33, and the accommodating hole 333 extends upward from the bottom of the connecting member 33 by a preset distance. The elastic member 34 is partially located inside the accommodating hole 333 and partially contacts the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity 313. Of course, this is only an optimal arrangement; it is also possible not to provide the accommodating hole 333, and the bottom of the connecting member 33 and the elastic member 34 can be bonded or welded. Those skilled in the art can set it by themselves according to actual situations.
[00052] In this preferred example, a part for movement is provided inside the accommodating cavity 313, and the connecting member 33 is located inside the part for movement. Specifically, referring to FIGS. 5, 7 and 8, the guide member 31 includes a first shell 311 and a second shell 312. The first shell 311 and the second shell 312 are connected by snap-fit, jointly forming the accommodating cavity 313 at one end near the filtering member 32. The first shell 311 is provided with a first slot for movement 3111, and the second shell 312 is provided with a second slot for movement 3121. When the first shell 311 and the second shell 312 are snap-fit in place, the first slot for movement 3111 and the second slot for movement 3121 jointly form the part for movement, which wraps around the connecting member 33 and matches the shape of the connecting member 33, so that the connecting member 33 can move in a straight line. The arrangement of the part for movement enables a movement trajectory of the connecting member 33 to be linear, preventing the connecting member 33 from moving off the track when pressed. At the same time, the guide member 31 is configured as a split-type structure, that is, it consists of the first shell 311 and the second shell 312, facilitating the installation of the connecting member 33 and the elastic member 34.
[00053] In some other embodiments, the part for movement is only one of the first slot for movement 3111 and the second slot for movement 3121, as long as it enables the movement trajectory of the connecting member 33 to be linear. Those skilled in the art can set it by themselves according to actual situations.
[00054] With continued reference to FIGS. 5, 7 and 8, a first limiting part is provided in the accommodating cavity 313, and a second limiting part 332 is provided on the connecting member 33; the first limiting part and the second limiting part 332 are used to limit a movement distance of the connecting member 33 in the accommodating cavity 313. Specifically, the first limiting part includes a first limiting slot 31111 and a second limiting slot 31211. The first limiting slot 31111 is located near the first slot for movement 3111, and the second limiting slot 31211 is located near the second slot for movement 3121. After the first limiting slot 31111 and the second limiting slot 31211 are engaged, the first limiting part is formed. The second limiting part 332 is a convex block structure and is placed in a space formed after the first limiting slot 31111 and the second limiting slot 31211 are engaged. The second limiting part 332 can limit excessive upward and downward movement of the connecting member 33.
[00055] It should be noted that the present disclosure does not impose any restrictions on the specific structures of the first limiting part and the second limiting part. For example, the first limiting part can also be two vertically arranged limiting blocks arranged on an inner wall of the first shell 311 in the up-and-down direction; alternatively, the first limiting part can be a convex block, and the second limiting part 332 can be a strip-shaped slot arranged in the connecting member 33. The convex block can move within the strip-shaped slot and can also serve to limit the connecting member 33 in the up-and-down direction. Those skilled in the art can set it by themselves according to actual situations.
[00056] With continued reference to FIGS. 5 to 8, a first movable slot 31112 is provided on the first shell 311, and the first movable slot 31112 is communicated with the first slot for movement 3111. Similarly, a second movable slot 31212 is provided on the second shell 312, and the second movable slot 31212 is communicated with the second slot for movement 3121. After the first movable slot 31112 and the second movable slot 31212 are engaged, a space is formed, allowing the second insertion connection member 331 to move up and down with the connecting member 33.
[00057] Further, the number of the insertion part 321 of the filtering member 32 is two, and each of the numbers of structures that match the insertion parts 321, such as the first insertion connection member 3211, the second insertion connection member 331, the first movable slot 31112 and the second movable slot 31212, is two. Of course, the numbers of these structures are not restrictive, and those skilled in the art can set the numbers by themselves according to actual situations.
[00058] Further, referring to FIGS. 5 and 9, in order to improve the stability of the connection between the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32, multiple tightening members 3212 are provided on the insertion part 321, and the multiple tightening members 3212 are arranged around the insertion part 321; when the insertion part 321 and the connecting member 33 are connected in place, the tightening members 3212 are adhered to an inner wall of the accommodating cavity 313. The tightening members 3212 are block or plate shaped structures, or can be made of soft rubber material, which can fill the gap between the insertion part 321 and the accommodating cavity 313 and improve the stability of their connection.
[00059] Preferably, a first induction member (not shown in the figure) is provided on the guide member 31, and a second induction member (not shown in the figure) is provided on the filtering member 32; when the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32 are connected in place, the first induction member and the second induction member induce each other. One of the first induction member and the second induction member is a magnet, and the other of the first induction member and the second induction member is a dry reed induction switch. When an external magnetic field (such as the magnet) approaches the dry reed induction switch, the magnetic field will act on the reed, causing deformation of the reed and changing the on / off state, thereby prompting the user whether the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32 are installed in place.
[00060] In some other embodiments, the dry reed induction switch (not shown in the figure) is arranged outside the installation position of the filtering member 32 in the drying air duct 2, and the magnet is arranged on the filtering member 32 to check whether the filtering member 32 is installed in place in the drying air duct 2, preventing the lint from being accumulated on the evaporator if the filtering member is not assembled or not assembled in place, which would otherwise result in performance degradation.
[00061] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 10, the clothing treatment apparatus further includes a track 4, which is arranged inside the cabinet 1; a roller 41 is arranged inside the track 4, and the guide member 31 moves inside the track 4 through the roller 41. Of course, this is only a preferred arrangement. The track 4 can also be a strip-shaped platelike guide rail, and the roller 41 can also be arranged on the guide member 31, as long as the guide member 31 is configured to be capable of moving on the track 4. Those skilled in the art can set it by themselves according to actual situations.
[00062] Referring to FIG. 3, a handle 35 is provided in front of the guide member 31 for facilitating the extraction of the lint filtering device 3.
[00063] Referring to FIG. 6, a button 334 is provided above the connecting member 33 for facilitating pressing of the connecting member 33.
[00064] In summary, the lint filtering device 3 of the present disclosure can be pulled out from the front of the cabinet 1, and after being pulled out, the lint filtering device 3 can be separated into the guide member 31 and the filtering member 32 by pressing. Users only need to clean the filtering member 32, and after the lint filtering device 3 is separated, the filtering member 32 can be cleaned more thoroughly and the cleaning effect is better.
[00065] Hitherto, the technical solutions of the present disclosure have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of protection of the present disclosure is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Without departing from the principles of the present disclosure, those skilled in the art can make equivalent changes or replacements to relevant technical features, and all the technical solutions after these changes or replacements will fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
