[0069] In order that objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the present disclosure may be more apparent, the present disclosure may be described in further detail below with reference to accompanying drawings and embodiments. It may be understood that specific embodiments described herein may be merely used for explaining the present disclosure, and may not be intended to limit the present disclosure.

[0070] In a usage process of an electronic device, a charging device such as a charging socket, a mobile power supply, and a power bank may often be utilized to charge or supply power to the electronic device, so that normal usage of the electronic device may be ensured under a powered-on state.

[0071] Among charging devices in the related art, one category may be charging devices provided with a display screen, and another category may be charging devices without any display screen. A charging device with a display screen may perform interaction to display power of a charging port, and a user may perceive a charging status of the charging device in real time. A charging device without display-screen interaction may be merely provided with conventional power allocation or intelligent dynamic power allocation strategies, and the user may not perceive actual charging status provided by the charging device to an electronic device.

[0072] Conventionally, for a charging device provided with a display screen, power of the charging ports may fail to reach maximum output when the charging ports adapt to different electronic devices for charging. For example, for a charging device with a total power of 100W, the power allocation among two Type-C ports thereof may be set to 60W and 40W, respectively. In a case where an 87W Mac computer and a 12W iPhone 6 are charged simultaneously, based on the power allocation strategy of the charging device, an actual maximum charging power may be limited to only 60W plus 12W, totaling 72W. Apparently, the total power of 100W may not be utilized to the maximum extent.

[0073] In addition, for a charging device without display-screen interaction, the charging device may be basically provided with a corresponding power allocation strategy, such as a fixed-power allocation strategy, an intelligent power allocation strategy, or a dynamic power allocation strategy. For example, in a usage scenario where a nearly fully-charged computer and a depleted computer are simultaneously connected to the charging ports, dynamic adjustment may be performed automatically such that minimum power allocated to the nearly fully-charged computer may be 15W. In this case, if the computer has a threshold power requirement, charging disconnection may occur. Such user scenarios may bring a poor user experience. Moreover, the other two types of power allocation strategies may also fail to achieve maximum power output.

[0074] In general, when performing power allocation for charging ports, the charging device in the related art may still suffer from poor flexibility of power allocation.

[0075] Based on this, embodiments of the present disclosure may propose a power allocation method. Output power of each charging port of a charging device may be flexibly set via user interaction, so that power configuration flexibility and maximum power output may be improved.

[0076] First, before introducing the solutions of the present disclosure, technical terms involved may be explained as follows.

[0077] PD: USB Power Delivery USB, a fast-charging protocol standard.

[0078] LCD: Liquid Crystal Display.

[0079] MCU: Micro Programmed Control Unit, a microcontroller (minimum control unit).

[0080] ADC: Analog to Digital Converter.

[0081] I2C: Inter-Integrated Circuit, an I2C communication protocol.

[0082] C: Type-C fast-charging port.

[0083] SRAM: Static Random-Access Memory.

[0084] SPI: Serial Peripheral Interface.

[0085] The power configuration method provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to an application environment shown in FIG. 1. The charging device may include a device having a charging function, such as a charging socket, a mobile power supply, a power bank, and the like. The charging device may include a plurality of charging ports. Interface types of the charging ports may be the same or different. The interface types of the charging ports may include, but are not limited to, a Micro-USB interface, a USB Type-C interface, a Lightning interface, a mini-USB interface, and the like. In addition, the charging device may further include a power configuration component. Charging power of the plurality of charging ports of the charging device may be adjusted via the power configuration component. In some embodiments, a structure of the power configuration component may include, but is not limited to, a physical button, a touch-screen control, a voice interface, a remote communication interface, and the like. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the structure of the power configuration component may not be specifically limited.

[0086] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the power configuration method may be provided. The method may be described by taking application of the method to the charging device shown in FIG. 1 as an example. The method may include operations executed by the following blocks.

[0087] At block 201, a power configuration instruction generated by triggering the power configuration component may be responded to.

[0088] In some embodiments, the charging device in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be provided with a user interaction function, so that the user may flexibly adjust or configure the output power of each charging port on the charging device. When implementing the user interaction function, any user interaction manner may be adopted, including but not limited to a physical button, a touch display screen, voice interaction, remote interaction, and the like. Multiple different interaction manners may be collectively referred to as power configuration interaction. Correspondingly, the power configuration component may be disposed in the charging device. The power configuration interaction may be implemented via the power configuration component, so that the user may flexibly adjust or configure the output power of each charging port via the power configuration component based on an actual charging requirement.

[0089] In some embodiments, the charging device may obtain a corresponding power configuration instruction by detecting a triggering operation of a user on the power configuration component. In some embodiments, one or more power configuration components may be provided. For example, in a case where two charging ports are provided, a total output power of the two charging ports may remain unchanged. In a case where an output power of one of the two charging ports is increased or decreased, an output power of the other one of the two charging ports may be adaptively decreased or increased. Therefore, the output power of the two charging ports may be configured by merely arranging one power configuration component.

[0090] The power configuration component may be a physical component such as a physical button, a physical knob, a physical push rod, and the like. Alternatively, the power configuration component may be various controls on a display interface on a touch screen, such as an input control, a selection control, a progress bar control, and the like. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, a form and a quantity of the power configuration component may not be specifically limited, and relevant design may be performed based on requirements and functions in practical applications.

[0091] As an example, a physical button for configuring the output power of each charging port may be arranged on the charging device. The user may configure an output power of a specified charging port by clicking the physical button. Based on this, the charging device may generate the power configuration instruction by detecting a click operation of the user on the physical button.

[0092] As another example, a touch display screen may be arranged on the charging device. The user may configure an output power of a specified charging port on the touch display screen. Based on this, the charging device may generate the power configuration instruction by detecting a triggering operation of the user on the touch display screen.

[0093] As further another example, the charging device may include an audio input component. The user may configure an output power of a specified charging port via voice interaction. Based on this, the charging device may obtain the power configuration instruction via the audio input component.

[0094] As still another example, the charging device may include a communication component. The user may configure an output power of a specified charging port via a control device. Based on this, the charging device may receive the power configuration instruction sent by the control device via the communication component. The power configuration instruction may be input by the user via the control device. In some embodiments, the control device may include, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a smart speaker, and the like.

[0095] At block 202, an output power of each of the charging ports may be configured based on a power value corresponding to each of the charging ports in the power configuration instruction.

[0096] In some embodiments, the power configuration instruction may include a configured power value corresponding to at least one charging port, or may include a power configuration strategy for at least one charging port. For example, the power configuration instruction may include increasing / decreasing an output power of a specified charging port by a preconfigured power value, adjusting an output power of a specified charging port to a preconfigured power value, and the like.

[0097] In some embodiments, in a case where the power configuration instruction includes a configured power value corresponding to at least one charging port, configured power values corresponding to other charging ports may be determined based on the configured power value corresponding to the charging port indicated in the power configuration instruction. Then the output power of each charging port may be configured based on the configured power value corresponding to each charging port. It should be noted that, generally, a total output power of the charging ports may remain fixed. For example, a total output power may be 100W, and for two charging ports C1 and C2, C1 may be 30W and C2 may be 70W.

[0098] Certainly, in a case where the power configuration instruction includes configured power values corresponding to all charging ports, and a sum of the configured power values corresponding to all charging ports does not exceed a total output power value, the output power of each charging port may be configured based on the configured power value corresponding to each charging port indicated in the power configuration instruction. Based on the above example, C1 may be set to 30W and C2 may be set to 50W.

[0099] In addition, in a case where the sum of the configured power values corresponding to all charging ports exceeds the total output power value, power values of one or more of the charging ports may be adjusted based on a preset adjustment strategy. For example, an output power of a charging port with a maximum power value may be decreased. Based on the above example, in a case where the power configuration instruction indicates C1 to be 30W and C2 to be 80W, C2 may be decreased to 70W.

[00100] In some embodiments, in a case where the power configuration instruction includes a power configuration strategy for at least one charging port, the configured power value corresponding to each charging port may be determined based on the power configuration strategy for the at least one charging port and an initial configured power of each charging port. Then the output power of each charging port may be configured based on the configured power value corresponding to each charging port.

[00101] Based on the above example, in a case where two charging ports C1 and C2 are provided, the total output power is 100W, and the power configuration instruction is to increase the output power of C1 by 5W, the output power of C1 may be increased by 5W on the basis of an initial configured power of C1. Correspondingly, the output power of C2 may be decreased by 5W on the basis of an initial configured power of C2, so that configured power values respectively corresponding to C1 and C2 may be obtained.

[00102] For another example, in a case where the power configuration instruction is to increase the output power of C1 by 5W and to increase the output power of C1 by 10W, the output power of C1 may be increased by 5W based on a power configuration strategy for C1, and at the same time, the output power of C2 may be increased by 10W based on a power configuration strategy for C2. Then, in a case where it is determined that a sum of adjusted powers of C1 and C2 does not exceed the total output power of 100W, the output powers of C1 and C2 may be configured based on adjusted power values of C1 and C2.

[00103] In the power configuration method, in a case where the charging device includes the plurality of charging ports and the power configuration component, the charging device may respond to the power configuration instruction generated by triggering the power configuration component, and may configure the output power of each of the charging ports based on the power value of each corresponding to the charging ports in the power configuration instruction. That is, the charging device provided by embodiments of the present disclosure may be arranged with the power configuration component. The user interaction function may be implemented via the power configuration component, so that the output power of each charging port on the charging device may be flexibly adjusted and configured based on an interaction operation of the user. Compared with a fixed-power mode or even an intelligent power allocation mode in the related art, the output power of each charging port may be adaptively adjusted based on a requirement of the user, thereby satisfying diverse charging requirements of the user. In this way, not only the flexibility of power configuration may be improved, thereby improving charging flexibility, but also the utilization rate of the output power of each charging port may be increased, thereby achieving maximized utilization of the power of each charging port.

[00104] In some embodiments, in a case where the power configuration component includes a physical button, the power configuration component may include a first power configuration button. The first power configuration button may be configured to increase an output power of a target charging port and decrease output powers of other charging ports at the same time. Based on this, the block 201 described above may include an operation as follows: responding to a first power configuration instruction generated by triggering the first power configuration button. Correspondingly, the block 202 described above may include an operation as follows: increasing the output power of the target charging port among the plurality of charging ports, and decreasing output powers of remaining charging ports other than the target charging port among the plurality of charging ports.

[00105] Based on the above example, in a case where two charging ports C1 and C2 are included, and the first power configuration button is configured to increase the output power of C1 and decrease the output power of C2, the user may click the first power configuration button, so that the charging device may increase the output power of C1 by the preconfigured power value and decrease the output power of C2 by the preconfigured power value at the same time.

[00106] In some embodiments, the power configuration component may further include a second power configuration button. The second power configuration button may be configured to decrease the output power of the target charging port and increase output powers of other charging ports at the same time. Based on this, the block 201 described above may include an operation as follows: responding to a second power configuration instruction generated by triggering the second power configuration button. Correspondingly, the block 202 described above may include an operation as follows: decreasing the output power of the target charging port among the plurality of charging ports, and increasing output powers of remaining charging ports other than the target charging port among the plurality of charging ports.

[00107] Based on the above example, in a case where two charging ports C1 and C2 are included, and the second power configuration button may be configured to decrease the output power of C1 and increase the output power of C2, the user may click the second power configuration button, so that the charging device may decrease the output power of C1 by the preconfigured power value and increase the output power of C2 by the preconfigured power value at the same time.

[00108] In addition, it should be noted that the preconfigured power value increased or decreased may be any preconfigured power value, such as 2W, 5W, 10W, and the like, which may not be specifically limited in the present disclosure. As an example, each of an increased output power and a decreased output power may be 1W, thereby realizing stepless adjustment of the output power. In addition, the preconfigured power value increased or decreased (i.e., the output power) may be fixed, or may be flexibly set and adjusted by the user, which may not be limited in the present disclosure.

[00109] In the embodiments, the power configuration component may include the first power configuration button and the second power configuration button. The user may configure the output power of each charging port by operating the first power configuration button and / or the second power configuration button, which may improve convenience and flexibility of user interaction.

[00110] In some embodiments, the charging device may further include a display screen. The display screen may be configured to display at least one of a real-time output power and a configured power of each charging port of the charging device. After the output power of each charging port is configured via whatever interaction manner, the configured output power corresponding to each charging port may be displayed via the display screen, so as to prompt the user and improve the user experience.

[00111] In some embodiments, in a case where the charging device includes the display screen, at least one display interface may be displayed via the display screen, for example, a power configuration interface, a power display interface, and the like. In a case where there are multiple display interfaces, the charging device may further include an interface switching component. Switching among multiple display interfaces may be realized via the interface switching component. Based on this, as shown in FIG. 3, the method may further include operations executed by the following blocks.

[00112] At block 301, a power display interface may be displayed on the display screen. The power display interface may display at least one of a real-time output power and a configured power of each of the charging ports.

[00113] That is, one power display interface may be provided. Various information of each charging port may be displayed on the power display interface. As shown in FIG. 4, in a case where two charging ports C1 and C2 are provided, the power display interface may display a real-time output power and a configured power of the charging port C1, and a real-time output power and a configured power of the charging port C2. The real-time output power may correspond to a gray progress-bar region as shown in FIG. 5, and the configured power may correspond to a power value on a right side of the progress bar as shown in FIG. 4.

[00114] In some embodiments, a plurality of power display interfaces may be provided. Each power display interface may display one or more pieces of information of each charging port. As shown in FIG. 5(a), the power display interface may include a first power display interface. The first power display interface may be configured to display the real-time output power of the charging port C1 and the real-time output power of the charging port C2. As shown in FIG. 5(b), the power display interface may further include a second power display interface. The second power display interface may be configured to display the configured power of the charging port C1 and the configured power of the charging port C2.

[00115] That is, in some embodiments, the first power display interface may display a real-time output power of each charging port, and the second power display interface may display a configured power of each charging port. Alternatively, the first power display interface may be configured to display the real-time output power and the configured power of the charging port C1, and the second power display interface may be configured to display the real-time output power and the configured power of the charging port C2. In other words, the power display interface may be arranged corresponding to the charging ports, and each charging port may correspond to one power display interface.

[00116] In some embodiments, the charging device may display the first power display interface on the display screen by default. In response to a first triggering operation on the interface switching component, the first power display interface may be switched to the second power display interface.

[00117] At block 302, the power display interface may be switched to a power configuration interface in response to a triggering operation on the interface switching component.

[00118] In some embodiments, the interface switching component may include a physical button or a functional control on the touch screen, and the like. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, a form of the interface switching component may not be specifically limited.

[00119] In some embodiments, in a case where the display screen displays the power display interface, the power display interface on the display screen may be switched to the power configuration interface by triggering the interface switching component. In some embodiments, in a case where the plurality of power display interfaces is provided, switching to the power configuration interface may be performed directly from each power display interface by triggering the interface switching component. For example, an interface switching control may be arranged on each power display interface, and switching to the power configuration interface may be performed directly by triggering the interface switching control. For example, in a case where the interface switching component includes a physical button, a specific button mode such as double-click may be set to switch from any power display interface to the power configuration interface.

[00120] In some embodiments, in a case where the display screen displays the first power display interface or the second power display interface, the charging device may switch the first power display interface or the second power display interface to the power configuration interface in response to a second triggering operation on the interface switching component.

[00121] Based on this embodiment, in a case where the power display interface displays the configured power of each charging port, after obtaining the power configuration instruction, the charging device may further update the configured power of each charging port in the power display interface based on the power value corresponding to each charging port in the power configuration instruction, so as to display to the user the configured output power corresponding to each charging port.

[00122] Correspondingly, the block 201 described above may further include an operation executed by the following block.

[00123] At block 201’, the power configuration instruction generated by triggering the power configuration component on the power configuration interface may be responded to.

[00124] That is, in a case where the display screen does not display the power configuration interface, the power configuration component may not function, or in other words, the power configuration component may not be used for power configuration. For example, in a case where the power configuration component includes a power configuration control on the touch screen, the power configuration control may not be displayed in a non-power-configuration interface. For another example, in a case where the power configuration component includes a physical button, the physical button may not function in a non-power-configuration interface. Alternatively, the physical button may be used as another function button in the non-power-configuration interface.

[00125] In the embodiments, the display screen of the charging device may display the power display interface or the power configuration interface. Switching among different interfaces may be realized via the interface switching component arranged on the charging device, so that diverse requirements of the user may be satisfied. In a case where power configuration needs to be performed, switching to the power configuration interface may be performed via the interface switching component, so that the output power of each charging port may be configured via the power configuration component on the power configuration interface. After the configuration is completed, switching to the power display interface may be performed automatically, so as to display information of each charging port in real time. By adopting this method, the flexibility and intelligence of the charging device may be improved. In addition, by arranging the power configuration interface on the display screen of the charging device, and in a case where the display screen displays the power configuration interface, the charging device may respond to the power configuration instruction generated by triggering the power configuration component. By adopting this method, mis-operation by the user may be avoided, and accuracy of power configuration may be enhanced.

[00126] In some embodiments, in a case where the power display interface includes the first power display interface and the second power display interface, the first power display interface may display the real-time output power of each charging port, and the second power display interface may display the configured power of each charging port. An interface display process may be as follows.

[00127] In some embodiments, taking the interface switching component as the interface switching button as an example, after the charging device is started / powered-on, the display screen of the charging device may display the first power display interface by default. That is, the real-time output power of each charging port may be displayed in the first power display interface. The charging device may detect the real-time output power of each charging port via a corresponding detection circuit, and may display the real-time output power of each charging port in the first power display interface.

[00128] Then, in a case of the first power display interface, the user may switch the first power display interface to the second power display interface by clicking the interface switching button. The second power display interface may display the configured power of each charging port. In addition, in a case of the second power display interface, the user may further click the interface switching button again to switch the second power display interface to the power configuration interface, so as to configure the output power of each charging port by clicking the power configuration button on the power configuration interface.

[00129] In some embodiments, in a case of the second power display interface, the charging device may further switch the second power display interface to the first power display interface in response to a third triggering operation of the user on the interface switching component.

[00130] For example, on the second power display interface, in a case where the user long-presses the interface switching button for longer than a preset duration, the charging device may switch the second power display interface to the power configuration interface. In a case where the user short-presses the interface switching button for no longer than the preset duration, the charging device may switch the second power display interface back to the first power display interface.

[00131] For another example, on the second power display interface, in a case where the user double-clicks the interface switching button, the charging device may switch the second power display interface to the power configuration interface. In a case where the user single-clicks the interface switching button, the charging device may switch the second power display interface back to the first power display interface.

[00132] It should be noted that the above examples may merely serve as some optional implementations for describing the solutions, and may not be used to limit the mode of switching different display interfaces by buttons. In practical application scenarios, different button modes may be set to realize switching among different interfaces.

[00133] In some embodiments, one power display interface may be provided. That is, both the real-time output power and the configured power of each charging port may be displayed on the power display interface. In some embodiments, on this basis, the interface switching component may include the interface switching control on the display screen, i.e., a touch-sensitive button. For example, the interface switching control may be arranged at an upper-right corner of the power display interface shown in FIG. 4. Correspondingly, the power configuration component may also include the power configuration control in the power configuration interface. That is, in the embodiments, user interaction may be realized via the touch screen, without arranging a physical button.

[00134] In some embodiments, a plurality of power configuration controls may be provided, and each charging port may correspond to one power configuration control. Alternatively, one power configuration control may be provided, and configuration of the output power of each charging port may be implemented via the single power configuration control. For example, in a case where different charging ports are selected, the power configuration control may be configured to configure an output power of each of selected charging ports. In addition, in a case where one power configuration control is provided, the power configuration control may adopt a mode such as a progress bar to simultaneously configure output powers of multiple charging ports.

[00135] In some embodiments, the power configuration control may be configured to adjust a power proportion of each charging port. Based on this, the block 201’ described above may include an operation as follows.

[00136] A target power proportion may be determined in response to a proportion adjustment operation of the user on the power configuration control on the power configuration interface. The power configuration instruction may be generated based on the target power proportion.

[00137] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, the power configuration control may be in a form of a progress bar. At least one movable control may be arranged on the progress bar. The progress bar may be divided into a plurality of portions by the movable control. For example, in a case where the charging ports include C1 and C2, the progress bar may be divided into two portions by one movable control. One of the two portions may represent a power proportion of the charging port C1, and the other one of the two portions may represent a power proportion of the charging port C2.

[00138] The user may adjust a position of the movable control on the progress bar via the touch screen, so as to adjust the output power of the charging ports C1 and C2. During adjustment of the position of the movable control, the charging device may determine a target power proportion corresponding to each of the charging ports C1 and C2 based on a current position of the movable control, and further determine a power value corresponding to each of the charging ports C1 and C2. Moreover, the power value corresponding to each of the charging ports C1 and C2 may be displayed on the power configuration interface in real time. It should be noted that, in a case where the user triggers a confirmation control on the power configuration interface, the target power proportion corresponding to each of the charging ports C1 and C2 may be determined based on a detected current position of the movable control. The output power of each of the charging ports C1 and C2 may be configured based on the target power proportion of each of the charging ports C1 and C2.

[00139] In some embodiments, in a case where the user exits the power configuration interface, the charging device may configure the output power of each of the charging ports C1 and C2 based on the position of the movable control on the progress bar after last adjustment performed by the user.

[00140] It should be noted that the above description of the progress-bar mode may merely serve as an example. In practical applications, other presentation forms may also be adopted to implement proportion adjustment on output power of the plurality of charging ports, for example, a pie-chart structure, and the like.

[00141] In some embodiments, the power configuration component may further include at least one device type selection component corresponding to each charging port in the power configuration interface. That is, one or more device type selection components may also be arranged for each charging port in the power configuration interface. Each charging port may be configured to be connected to the charging device corresponding to at least one device type. In a case where the charging ports are connected to charging devices of different types, the output power configured for each of the charging ports by the charging device may be different.

[00142] As shown in FIG. 7, for different charging ports, one or more device type selection components may be arranged in the power configuration interface, which may include, but is not limited to, a computer selection component, a mobile-phone selection component, a tablet selection component, a watch / earphone selection component, and the like. That is, device types of the charging devices may include a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet, a watch / earphone, and the like.

[00143] As shown in Table 1, a power allocation of each of the charging ports C1 and C2 under different device types may be shown.

[00146] Based on this, the block 201’ described above may include operations as follows.

[00147] On the power configuration interface, for each of the charging ports, a device type of an electronic device connected to each of the charging ports may be determined in response to a triggering operation on the device type selection component corresponding to each of the charging ports.

[00148] The power configuration instruction may be generated based on the device type of the electronic device connected to each of the charging ports.

[00149] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7, in a case where each charging port corresponds to multiple device type selection components, the device type of the electronic device connected to each charging port may be selected for each charging port. For example, a computer may be selected as an electronic device connected to the charging port C1, and a mobile phone may be selected as an electronic device connected to the charging port C2.

[00150] In some embodiments, in a case where the device type of the electronic device connected to each charging port is determined, the power configuration instruction may be generated. In one implementation, a power configuration instruction carrying the device type of the electronic device connected to each charging port may be generated. Correspondingly, the block 202 described above may include an operation as follows: the power value of each charging port may be determined based on the device type of the electronic device connected to each charging port carried in the power configuration instruction, and the output power of each charging port may be configured based on the power value of each charging port.

[00151] In another implementation, the power value of each charging port may be determined based on the device type of the electronic device connected to each charging port and a preset correspondence relationship. Then the power configuration instruction carrying the power value of each charging port may be generated based on the power value of each charging port. The preset correspondence relationship may include correspondence relationships between different device types of electronic devices and power values of the charging ports.

[00152] That is, based on the power configuration interface shown in FIG. 7, the user may select the device type of the electronic device connected to each charging port on the power configuration interface. Then the charging device may determine the power value of each charging port based on the device type of the electronic device connected to each charging port and the preset correspondence relationship. Alternatively, the charging device may detect the device type of the electronic device connected to each charging port, so as to generate the power configuration instruction based on the device type of the electronic device connected to each charging port.

[00153] In the above embodiments, multiple implementation solutions for interaction such as button-based interaction and touch-screen-based interaction may be described respectively. Diversified implementations may be provided for output power configuration of each charging port of the charging device, so that flexibility and diversity of charging configuration may be improved.

[00154] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 8, a schematic circuit structural view of the charging device may be provided. The charging device may include a controller MCU, an LCD screen, an alternating-current input (AC-IN), a power conversion module (Alternating Current and Direct Current, AC-DC), PD protocol plus BUCK voltage conversion modules, and a low dropout regulator (LDO) step-down module. The charging device may be connected to 220V mains power via the alternating-current input AC-IN. The input 220V mains power may be subjected to alternating-current-to-direct-current voltage conversion via the power conversion module AC-DC. A direct current of a preset magnitude required by the PD protocol plus BUCK voltage conversion modules may be output. Then two PD protocol plus BUCK voltage conversion modules may respectively charge a charging device connected to C1 based on the configured power of the charging port C1 and charge a charging device connected to C2 based on the configured power of the charging port C2.

[00155] In addition, direct-current powers output by the two PD protocol plus BUCK voltage conversion modules may be transmitted to the LDO step-down module via VDRV1 and VDRV2 respectively for step-down processing, so that 3.3V supply voltage for the controller MCU may be obtained.

[00156] The controller MCU may collect a voltage V_C1 and a current I_C1 of the charging port C1 as well as a voltage V_C2 and a current I_C2 of the charging port C2 via analog-to-digital conversion modules ADCs. The controller MCU may calculate a real-time output power of the charging port C1 based on the voltage V_C1 and the current I_C1 of the charging port C1, and a real-time output power of the charging port C2 based on the voltage V_C2 and the current I_C2 of the charging port C2.

[00157] In addition, the controller MCU may communicate with the LCD screen via an SPI bus. The controller MCU may be configured to obtain the power configuration instruction triggered by the interaction operation of the user on the LCD screen. After determining configured power values corresponding to C1 and C2, the controller MCU may control a PD protocol plus BUCK voltage conversion module to adjust the output power of the charging port C1 via an I2C1 bus, and may control the other PD protocol plus BUCK voltage conversion module to adjust the output power of the charging port C2 via another I2C2 bus.

[00158] Three user interaction manners may be completely provided below for detailed description of the above power allocation method. It is assumed that an application scenario is as follows: a high-power computer of 95W may be connected to the charging port C1, and an earphone device of 5W may be connected to the charging port C2.

[00159] In a first manner, active configuration of power of the charging ports may be achieved via interaction between the button and the LCD screen. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 9, a button-based interaction process may include the following operations.

[00160] Three display interfaces may be arranged on the LCD screen. A first display interface may be the first power display interface configured to display real-time power parameters of the charging ports C1 and C2. A second display interface may be the second power display interface configured to display current power allocation status when the charging ports C1 and C2 are online simultaneously. A third display interface may be the power configuration interface, which may be accessible when the charging ports C1 and C2 are online simultaneously. In an initial state, the configured power of each of the charging ports C1 and C2 may be half of the total power. In a case where the total power is 100W, an initial configured power of each of the charging port C1 and the charging port C2 may be 50W.

[00161] After the charging device is powered-on and started, the LCD screen may enter the first power display interface by default. Software may define an interface position parameter as interface_position and set the interface_position to 1. The parameter may be cached in SRAM of the MCU. Meanwhile, an ADC sampling function of the MCU may be configured to perform analog-to-digital conversion on actual output voltages and currents of the charging port C1 and the charging port C2. Converted analog ADC values may be converted into corresponding voltage and current values, which may be cached in the SRAM of the MCU. Voltage data of the charging port C1 may be defined as output_c1_vol and current data of the charging port C1 may be defined as output_c1_cur. Voltage data of the charging port C2 may be defined as output_c2_vol and current data of the charging port C2 may be defined as output_c2_cur. Meanwhile, a real-time output power value obtained by multiplying a converted voltage by a corresponding current may be cached in the SRAM of the MCU. The real-time output power of the charging port C1 may be defined as output_c1_power, and the real-time output power of the charging port C2 may be defined as output_c2_power. Then real-time output powers of the charging port C1 and the charging port C2 may be displayed on the first power display interface of the LCD screen. A display communication manner may be SPI. An implementation process may include filling the real-time output powers of the charging port C1 and the charging port C2 into corresponding driving registers via SPI communication based on a driving requirement of the LCD, so that data may be displayed on the LCD screen.

[00162] The above process may realize real-time power display of each charging port on the first power display interface. In a case where the user presses button 1, the MCU may detect that button 1 is pressed via a GPIO input of a pin. Meanwhile, the interface_position may be set to 2 and cached in the SRAM of the MCU. The display interface may be switched to the second power display interface. Content displayed may be the power configuration values of the charging port C1 and the charging port C2. Displayed power values may be defined as current_c1_set_power and current_c2_set_power respectively, which may default to 50W and may also be cached in the SRAM of the MCU.

[00163] In a case where the user long-presses button 1 for more than 3 seconds without releasing, the interface_position may be set to 3 and cached in the SRAM of the MCU. Meanwhile, the display interface may be switched to the power configuration interface, which may indicate that the user needs to configure the charging powers of the charging ports C1 and C2. The charging power of the charging port C1 may be defined as get_c1_set_power, and the charging power of the charging port C2 may be defined as get_c2_set_power. Moreover, the user may perform stepless adjustment (i.e., the increased / decreased power is 1W) on current power allocation of C1 and C2 via button 2 and button 3. By pressing button 2, the power allocation of C1 may be increased and the power allocation of C2 may be decreased at the same time. By pressing button 3, the power allocation of C1 may be decreased and the power allocation of C2 may be increased at the same time. For example, a current power allocation combination may be 50W plus 50W. After button 2 is pressed, the power allocation combination may become 51W plus 49W. After button 3 is pressed, the power allocation combination may become 49W plus 51W. An adjustment limit may be set to 95W plus 5W or 5W plus 95W. Meanwhile, the MCU may update power allocation parameters actively configured by the user in real time, and may refresh the parameters into caches get_c1_set_power and get_c2_set_power. After the user confirms the power allocation combination, long-pressing button 1 for more than 3 seconds again (which may serve as a confirmation button) may update last-set power allocation combination parameters (i.e., the get_c1_set_power and the get_c2_set_power) to current_c1_set_power and current_c2_set_power. After updating, the interface_position may be set to 2 and cached in the SRAM of the MCU. The interface may be switched to the second power display interface, and the current power allocation combination may be displayed as the power allocation combination just configured by the user, which may indicate that port power allocation may be actively configured by the user successfully.

[00164] In addition, in a case of the second power display interface, if button 1 is long-pressed for no more than 3s and then released, it is regarded as a short press. At this moment, the first power display interface may be returned to. The interface_position may be correspondingly set to 1 and cached in the SRAM of the MCU. As shown in FIG. 10, a schematic operation view of switching different display interfaces via buttons may be shown.

[00165] After the above interaction process between the user and the charging device, for example, a finally adjusted power allocation combination may be 95W plus 5W. The computer device may be charged at a maximum power of 95W, and the earphone may be charged at a maximum power of 5W. In this way, optimal charging power may be achieved while ensuring safety.

[00166] In addition, it should be noted that in a case where only one charging port is connected to an electronic device, the total power may be allocated to the charging port connected to the electronic device for charging. For example, in a case where the charging port C1 is connected to an electronic device and the charging port C2 is not connected to any electronic device, a charging power of 100W may be allocated to the charging port C1, and no power may be allocated to the charging port C2. In a case where the charging port C1 is not connected to any electronic device and the charging port C2 is connected to an electronic device, a charging power of 100W may be allocated to the charging port C2, and no power may be allocated to the charging port C1.

[00167] In a case where the plurality of charging ports is connected to electronic devices simultaneously, output power allocation may be performed for the plurality of charging ports by adopting the above power allocation method.

[00168] In a second manner, a touch-screen-based interaction manner may be provided.

[00169] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 11, the LCD screen shown in FIG. 8 may be a serial-port touch screen, which may be communicatively connected to the controller via a universal asynchronous receiver / transmitter (UART). The UART may include a receiving interface RX and a transmitting interface TX. In addition, VCC may represent a power supply for the touch screen, and GND may represent a ground of the touch screen. An interaction process may include the following operations.

[00170] The MCU may parse an instruction of the serial-port touch screen based on a serial-port UART signal, so as to obtain an parameter of a corresponding interface. For example, on a multi-port power allocation setting interface, the user may adjust the power allocation of C1 to 30W and the power allocation of C2 to 70W by touching a power allocation progress bar. After the user saves and confirms, a serial-port screen driver may send a UART signal (based on a corresponding protocol) to the MCU. The MCU may parse to obtain the power allocation values of C1 and C2 that need to be updated. Therefore, the obtained power allocation values may be updated to a protocol IC immediately. The protocol IC may broadcast to inform each charging port of a latest power allocation value. Meanwhile, the MCU may continuously collect output voltage and current signals of each charging port. Analog quantities collected via ADC may be converted into digital quantities to obtain the voltage and current values. The output power values may be calculated based on the voltage and current values. Then the UART signal (based on the corresponding protocol) may be configured to notify a serial-port touch-screen driver IC of latest real-time power values of C1 and C2 at certain interval periods. After receiving the UART signal from the MCU, the serial-port touch screen may parse to obtain the real-time output power values of C1 and C2, and may refresh the obtained real-time output power values onto a multi-port output-power display interface.

[00171] For the touch display screen, it may include two display interfaces, namely, the power display interface and the power configuration interface. The power display interface may display both real-time output power and configured power of each charging port, as shown in FIG. 4. In a case where a single port is connected, the touch screen may display the real-time output power of C1 or C2 as well as a maximum power of the charging device, such as 100W. In a case where multiple ports are connected, the touch screen may display the real-time output powers of C1 and C2, such as 5W and 48W, as well as the configured powers of C1 and C2, such as 50W and 50W. The user may enter the power configuration interface by tapping a setting icon button on the power display interface via a finger, and may perform autonomous power allocation setting for C1 and C2. After the setting is completed and the power display interface is returned to, the power values of C1 and C2 displayed on the power display interface may be updated based on the configured power values of C1 and C2. For example, in a case where C1 is set to 30W and C2 is set to 70W on the power configuration interface, the power values displayed on the power display interface may be updated to C1: 30W and C2: 70W. Meanwhile, the output powers of the charging ports C1 and C2 may be limited to the configured power values.

[00172] In a third manner, power allocation may be performed based on manual selection of device types for ports by the user.

[00173] It should be noted that display interfaces and interface switching modes in the third interaction manner may be identical to those in the second manner. A difference may lie in that the power configuration interface in the third interaction manner may display the device type selection components corresponding to each charging port, as shown in FIG. 7. The power display interface may display the real-time output power of each charging port and the device type of the charging device connected to the charging port. An interaction process may include the following operations.

[00174] The MCU may parse the instruction of the serial-port touch screen based on the serial-port UART signal, so as to obtain the parameter of the corresponding interface. For example, on the power configuration interface, the user may select device types of charging devices connected to the charging ports C1 and C2 via touch operation, and power allocation adjustment may be performed based on the device types. For example, C1 may be selected as a computer and C2 may be selected as a computer. Based on Table 1 described above, the power allocation of C1 and C2 may both be set to 50W. After the user saves and confirms, the serial-port screen driver may send the UART signal (based on the corresponding protocol) to the MCU. The MCU may parse to obtain the device types corresponding to the charging ports C1 and C2 configured by the user. Then power magnitudes that need to be set for the charging ports may be matched internally based on the device types. Allocated power values may be updated to the protocol IC. The protocol IC may broadcast to inform each charging port of a latest power allocation value. Meanwhile, the MCU may continuously collect the output voltage and current signals of each charging port. The analog quantities collected via ADC may be converted into digital quantities to obtain the voltage and current values. The output power values may be calculated based on the voltage and current values. Then the UART signal (based on the corresponding protocol) may be configured to notify the serial-port touch-screen driver IC of the latest real-time power values of C1 and C2 at certain interval periods. After receiving the UART signal from the MCU, the serial-port touch screen may parse to obtain the real-time output power values of C1 and C2, and may refresh the obtained real-time output power values onto the power display interface.

[00175] By adopting the power configuration method for the charging device proposed by the embodiments of the present disclosure, power allocation configuration for ports may be opened and handed over to the user for manual configuration. Diverse user habits (including combined charging selection for devices, usage habits of port charging, and the like) may be covered. More human-oriented power allocation may be realized, and interaction experience with the charging device may be improved. In addition, compatibility problems caused by power allocation strategies at a user side due to device threshold requirements may be resolved. When a compatibility problem occurs, the user may resolve the problem quickly by adjusting the power allocation. Furthermore, when multiple devices are connected to the charging device for charging, the user may configure power of each charging port manually, so that optimal charging efficiency may be realized.

[00176] It should be understood that, although the operations in the flowcharts of the above embodiments are shown in sequence according to arrows, the operations may not necessarily be executed in the order indicated by the arrows. Unless otherwise explicitly stated herein, the execution of the operations may have no strict order limitation, and the operations may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the operations in the flowcharts of the above embodiments may include multiple operations or stages, and these operations or stages may not necessarily be executed and completed at the same time, but may be executed at different times. The execution order of these operations or stages may not necessarily be sequential, but may be performed alternately with other operations, or with at least part of the operations or stages thereof.

[00177] Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiments of the present disclosure may further provide a power configuration apparatus for implementing the above power configuration method. Since the implementation solutions provided by the apparatus for solving the technical problem are similar to the implementation solutions described in the above method, reference may be made to the foregoing description of the power configuration method for limitations in one or more apparatus embodiments provided below, and repeated description will not be given here.

[00178] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 12, the power configuration apparatus may be provided. The apparatus may include a response module 1201 and a configuration module 1202.
