[0028] The following describes embodiments of the present disclosure in detail.

[0029] When the vehicle is subjected to a collision, the vehicle body may be deformed. Especially, in a front-rear direction of the vehicle, due to the lack of protection from high-strength components such as pillars, the vehicle body may be significantly deformed upon collision. Currently, there is no collision protection assembly on the vehicle to protect the electrical component. Once the vehicle body is deformed, the electrical component may be squeezed by the vehicle body, resulting in high-voltage leakage.

[0030] In view of this, the present disclosure provides a collision protection assembly and a vehicle.

[0031] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the present disclosure provides a collision protection assembly, including a vehicle body 10, a storage box 30, an electrical component 40, at least one first connection structure 50, and at least one second connection structure 60. The storage box 30 is assembled to the vehicle body 10, and the storage box 30 is connected to the electrical component 40 by means of the first connection structure 50 and the second connection structure 60 which are spaced apart from each other.

[0032] The vehicle body 10 is provided with a force applying member 20. In a longitudinal direction L of the vehicle body 10, the electrical component 40 is located on a side of the force applying member 20, and the force applying member 20 is arranged in alignment with the first connection structure 50. For example, the force applying member 20 is positioned opposite to the first connection structure 50.

[0033] When a relative distance between the vehicle body 10 and the electrical component 40 in the longitudinal direction L of the vehicle body 10 is less than a safety distance, the force applying member 20 cuts off the first connection structure 50 and pushes the electrical component 40 to move around the second connection structure 60, which reduces the space occupied by the electrical component 40 in the longitudinal direction L, prevents the electrical component 40 from being squeezed to cause high-voltage leakage, and improves the safety performance of the vehicle. In addition, the electrical component 40 is pushed by the force applying member 20, so that the electrical component 40 rotates at a higher speed and requires less space than when the electrical component 40 rotates merely by its own weight.

[0034] The longitudinal direction L may refer to a front-rear direction of the vehicle. The safety distance may be a preset distance configured to ensure that the electrical component 40 is not squeezed. A certain clearance may be reserved between the vehicle body 10 and the electrical component 40, and the preset safety distance is less than or equal to a length of the clearance. When or before the electrical component 40 moves upon impact to abut against the vehicle body 10, the force applying member 20 abuts against the first connection structure 50. In this case, when the electrical component 40 tends to move further close to the vehicle body 10, the force applying member 20 cuts off the first connection structure 50 and pushes the electrical component 40 to move around the second connection structure 60.

[0035] In an embodiment, the safety distance may be preset to a value greater than zero. There is a certain clearance between the force applying member 20 and the first connection structure 50. In another embodiment, the safety distance may be preset to zero. That is, when the vehicle is not subjected to impact, the force applying member 20 directly abuts against the first connection structure 50. Once the vehicle is subjected to impact, the force applying member 20 may cut off the first connection structure 50 and push the electrical component 40 to rotate around the second connection structure 60, so as to enable rapid clearance of the space in the longitudinal direction L, which further improves the safety performance of the vehicle.

[0036] The electrical component 40 in the present disclosure may be a power management module. Specifically, the electrical component 40 may be an OD. OD is short for OBC (On-Board Charger) and DC-DC (Direct Current to Direct Current) converter. By integrating the OBC and the DC-DC converter, the electrical component 40 can improve the space utilization of the vehicle. The electrical component 40 may also be other high-voltage accessories such as a power distribution box.

[0037] The vehicle body 10 includes a body floor (not shown in the drawings), a subframe 11, an anti-collision beam 12, and a stabilizer bar 13. The subframe 11 and the anti-collision beam 12 are located below the body floor. In an embodiment, the force applying member 20 may be fixed to the subframe 11. The storage box 30 may be fixed below the body floor and disposed between the subframe 11 and the anti-collision beam 12. The electrical component 40 is fixed to a bottom of the storage box 30. In this embodiment, the space at the bottom of the storage box 30 is fully utilized, which improves the space utilization of the vehicle.

[0038] The subframe 11 in the present disclosure may be a front subframe or a rear subframe of the vehicle. When the subframe 11 is the front subframe, the storage box 30 serves as a front trunk of the vehicle. When the subframe 11 is the rear subframe, the storage box 30 serves as a rear trunk of the vehicle. The volume of the rear trunk may increase when the electrical component 40 is mounted to the bottom of the front trunk. The volume of the front trunk may increase when the electrical component 40 is mounted to the bottom of the rear trunk. Compared with a traditional fuel vehicle without the front trunk, the vehicle of the present disclosure is a new energy vehicle using electric energy, and there is space at the front of the vehicle to arrange the front trunk, which can provide users with a certain sense of science and technology. In addition, the electrical component 40 is mounted to the bottom of the rear trunk to expand the volume of the front trunk, which can increase the sense of science and technology of the vehicle and further improve the user experience.

[0039] In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the subframe 11 is provided with a mounting boss 111 on a side thereof facing the storage box 30, and the force applying member 20 is assembled to the mounting boss 111. By providing the mounting boss 111, a mounting area for the force applying member 20 is relatively flat, which improves the stability of the force applying member 20, prevents the force applying member 20 from detaching when applying a force to the first connection structure 50 and the electrical component 40, and avoids the situation that the first connection structure 50 cannot be cut off or the electrical component 40 cannot rotate around the second connection structure 60.

[0040] In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the force applying member 20 may include a mounting plate 21 and a force applying block 22 provided on a side of the mounting plate 21 close to the electrical component 40. The force applying block 22 may protrude from the mounting plate 21. The mounting plate 21 is provided with a pair of mounting holes (not shown) respectively located on two sides of the force applying block 22, and is connected to the vehicle body 10 by fasteners, such as screws 23. The force applying member 20 is connected to the vehicle body 10 by the screws 23, which enables high mounting strength and improves assembly efficiency.

[0041] In an embodiment, the force applying block 22 is triangular in shape. The force applying block 22 includes a pair of side surfaces 221. In a height direction of the vehicle body 10, the pair of side surfaces 221 are formed by extending from a top and a bottom of the mounting plate 21, respectively. The pair of side surfaces 221 extend close to each other and intersect each other to form a shear edge 24, and the shear edge 24 is arranged in alignment with the first connection structure 50. The side surface 221 located at the bottom faces the electrical component 40. The triangular force applying block 22 has a relatively high stability and can prevent itself from being damaged when applying an external force.

[0042] Meanwhile, the shear edge 24 is located at the apex of the triangular force applying block 22 and is relatively sharp, which can improve the shearing efficiency. In this way, the electrical component 40 may be partially separated from the storage box 30 quickly and rotate for avoidance, thereby reducing a probability of being squeezed. The side surface 221 located at the bottom pushes the electrical component 40 to rotate, thereby increasing a contact area between the force applying member 20 and the electrical component 40, increasing a pushing force applied by the force applying member 20 to the electrical component 40, increasing a rotational speed of the electrical component 40 around the second connection structure 60, and further reducing a probability that the electrical component 40 becomes jammed. In addition, the surface-to-surface contact manner can prevent the electrical component 40 from being punctured by a sharp object, thereby further improving the safety performance of the vehicle.

[0043] In an embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the force applying block 22 is provided with a through hole 25 for mounting the stabilizer bar 13 of the vehicle. The stabilizer bar 13 is an auxiliary elastic element in the vehicle suspension which prevents excessive lateral roll of the vehicle during turning, so as to maintain balance and stability of the vehicle. An axis of the through hole 25 is horizontally arranged, and the stabilizer bar 13 passes through the through hole 25, which can improve the space utilization of the vehicle, so that the electrical component 40 has more space to move, thereby further reducing the probability of the electrical component 40 being squeezed, and further improving the safety performance of the vehicle.

[0044] In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the electrical component 40 may be arranged obliquely. In the height direction, the first connection structure 50 is located on a lower side of the electrical component 40, and the second connection structure 60 is located on a higher side of the electrical component 40. After the first connection structure 50 is cut off, the electrical component 40 requires a relatively small angle to rotate to a vertical orientation, which can enable clearance of the space in the longitudinal direction L of the vehicle in a short time and prevent the electrical component 40 from being squeezed.

[0045] Specific structural forms of the first connection structure 50 and the second connection structure 60 are not limited. In an embodiment, the first connection structure 50 may be cut off by damaging the storage box 30. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the storage box 30 may be provided with a severable portion 31. The electrical component 40 is provided with a first mounting portion 41. The first connection structure 50 includes the severable portion 31, the first mounting portion 41, and a first connection member 51. The first connection member 51 passes through the severable portion 31 and the first mounting portion 41 and is fixedly connected to the first mounting portion 41.

[0046] The severable portion 31 may be a mounting area with a fixing hole on a bottom wall of the storage box 30. The first mounting portion 41 may be a boss or a plate with an assembly hole on the electrical component 40. The first connection member 51 may be a pin or a screw. The first connection member 51 passes through the fixing hole of the severable portion 31 and the assembly hole of the first mounting portion 41, so as to fixedly connect the electrical component 40 and the storage box 30. When the vehicle is subjected to impact, the force applying member 20 damages the storage box 30, and the severable portion 31 is entirely separated from the storage box 30, so that the storage box 30 is partially separated from the electrical component 40. At this time, the electrical component 40 is connected to the storage box 30 only by means of the second connection structure 60.

[0047] In other embodiments, other components in the first connection structure 50 may also be damaged. For example, the electrical component 40 may be partially detached from the storage box 30 by damaging the first mounting portion 41 or damaging the first connection member 51. Specific components to be damaged are not limited, as long as the first connection structure 50 can be cut off to partially separate the electrical component 40 from the storage box 30.

[0048] In an embodiment, the rotation of the electrical component 40 relative to the second connection structure 60 can be realized by pulling the storage box 30 and causing partial damage thereto. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the storage box 30 may be provided with a rotation-pulled portion 32. The electrical component 40 is provided with a second mounting portion 42. The second connection structure 60 includes the rotation-pulled portion 32, the second mounting portion 42, and a second connection member 61. The second connection member 61 passes through the rotation-pulled portion 32 and the second mounting portion 42 and is fixedly connected to the second mounting portion 42.

[0049] The rotation-pulled portion 32 may be a mounting area with a fixing hole on the bottom wall of the storage box 30. The second mounting portion 42 may be a boss or a plate with an assembly hole on the electrical component 40. The second connection member 61 may be a screw or a pin. The second connection member 61 passes through the fixing hole of the rotation-pulled portion 32 and the assembly hole of the second mounting portion 42, so as to connect the electrical component 40 and the storage box 30.

[0050] The force applying member 20 realizes the partial separation of the electrical component 40 from the storage box 30 by damaging the storage box 30 or cutting off the first connection structure 50, such that the electrical component 40 is connected to the storage box 30 only by means of the second connection structure 60, while the force applying member 20 pushes the electrical component 40 to rotate relative to the second connection structure 60.

[0051] In other embodiments, the manner in which the electrical component 40 rotates around the second connection structure 60 is not limited. For example, a matching hole-and-shaft structure may be provided between the storage box 30 and the electrical component 40. After the first connection structure 50 is cut off, the electrical component 40 may rotate relative to the storage box 30 by means of the hole-and-shaft structure, so as to avoid damage to the storage box 30.

[0052] In the embodiment where the electrical component 40 is partially separated from the storage box 30 by damaging the storage box 30 (the electrical component 40 being partially separated from the storage box 30 means that the electrical component 40 is connected to the storage box 30 only by means of the second connection structure 60) or the electrical component 40 rotates around the second connection structure 60, when the vehicle is subjected to a collision, the anti-collision beam 12 moves toward the interior of the vehicle, and the storage box 30 itself may be pulled or damaged. The damaged area is concentrated on the storage box 30, which can reduce the number of components damaged after the vehicle collision. In these embodiments, the storage box 30 may be made of a material that is easily cut or pulled, such as plastic. The force applying member 20 may be made of a metal with a relatively high strength, such as cast aluminum. Specific types of materials of the force applying member 20 and the storage box 30 are not limited.

[0053] The number of the first connection structure 50 and the number of the second connection structure 60 are not limited. There may be one or more first connection structures 50 and one or more second connection structures 60. That is, there may be one first connection structure 50 and one second connection structure 60. Alternatively, there may be one first connection structure 50 and a plurality of second connection structures 60. Alternatively, there may be a plurality of first connection structures 50 and one second connection structure 60. Alternatively, there may be a plurality of first connection structures 50 and a plurality of second connection structures 60. By providing a plurality of connection structures, the mounting strength of the electrical component 40 can be improved.

[0054] In the embodiment in which a plurality of first connection structures 50 are provided, a plurality of force applying members 20 may be provided to cut off the plurality of first connection structures 50. The structures of the plurality of force applying members 20 may be the same or different. The specific structure of the force applying member 20 may be configured according to requirements for mounting space, etc. In the embodiment in which a plurality of second connection structures 60 are provided, rotation axes of the plurality of second connection structures 60 are the same.

[0055] The distribution of the first connection structure 50 and the second connection structure 60 is not limited. The first connection structure 50 and the second connection structure 60 may be spaced apart from each other along the longitudinal direction L of the vehicle, that is, the front-rear direction of the vehicle, to cope with a longitudinal collision of the vehicle. Alternatively, the first connection structure 50 and the second connection structure 60 may be spaced apart from each other along a lateral direction of the vehicle, that is, a left-right direction of the vehicle, to cope with a lateral collision of the vehicle. Alternatively, the first connection structure 50 and the second connection structure 60 may be obliquely distributed to cope with collisions of the vehicle in other directions inclined relative to the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction.

[0056] The present disclosure further provides a vehicle, including the collision protection assembly according to any one of the foregoing embodiments. Since the collision protection assembly in the present disclosure has high safety performance, the vehicle in the present disclosure also has high safety performance. The vehicle in the present disclosure may be a vehicle that uses electricity as a power source, such as an electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle. However, the specific type of the vehicle is not limited.

[0057] The foregoing descriptions are merely some embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the present disclosure in any form. Moreover, the above embodiments may complement each other without conflict. Although the present disclosure has been disclosed as above in some embodiments, these embodiments are not intended to limit the present disclosure. Any person skilled in the art can make some changes or modifications to the technical contents disclosed above to obtain equivalent embodiments without departing from the scope of the technical solutions of the present disclosure. However, any simple modifications, equivalent changes, and variations made to the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present disclosure without departing from the contents of the technical solutions of the present disclosure shall still fall within the scope of the technical solutions of the present disclosure.
