Claims

1. A building comprising: a sloped ceiling; a wall located at the upper end of the sloped ceiling in a plan view and having an opening into which a window member is fitted; and a sloped protrusion located on the upper end side of the sloped ceiling, closer to the outdoors than the wall, and extending parallel to the sloped ceiling, wherein the upper end of the sloped ceiling is located below the upper section of the partition walls that define the opening.

2. A building as described in claim 1, comprising a trim covering the upper end of the sloped ceiling from below, and a cover member provided at the opening, wherein the cover member has a first fascia portion extending downward from the upper section screen and a second fascia portion extending from the first fascia portion toward the trim, and the trim is provided from the opening to the part of the wall where the opening is not provided.

3. A building as described in claim 2, which comprises a second wall and a third wall connected by and facing each other when the wall is the first wall, and the trim extends from the second wall to the third wall.

4. A building as described in claim 2 or 3, comprising a frame fitted into the opening, the frame including a vertical frame extending in the vertical direction, a portion of the vertical frame being located on the indoor side of the inner surface of the wall, the trim material being positioned in contact with the indoor side surface of the vertical frame, and a spacer being provided between the inner surface of the wall and the trim material.

5. The building described in claim 4, wherein the frame further includes an upper frame arranged along the upper compartment surface, and the upper end of the sloped ceiling is located below the lower surface of the upper frame.

6. A building described in any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the underside of the trim and the underside of the second fascia panel are each inclined to extend parallel to the sloped ceiling, and the underside of the trim protrudes downward relative to the underside of the second fascia panel.

7. A building described in any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein the second fascia portion is separate from the first fascia portion.
