[0038] Referring to FIGs. 1 to 4, the present application provides a dust collecting device 100. FIG. 1 is an assembly schematic diagram of the dust collecting device and a container in a first embodiment. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the dust collecting device in FIG. 1 in another view angle. FIG. 3 is a side view of the dust collecting device in the first embodiment of the present application. FIG. 4 is a rear view of the dust collecting device in the first embodiment of the present application.

[0039] The dust collecting device 100 is provided with a collecting portion 10, a connector portion 20, and a mounting portion 30. The dust collecting device 100 is mounted on a container 200 via the mounting portion 30. The collecting portion 10 is disposed in the container 200, and the connector portion 20 is in communication with the collecting portion 10 and is disposed outside the container 200. When suction air is provided at the connector portion 20, the collecting portion 10 is configured to collect dust in the container 200. When suction air is provided at the connector portion 20, the collecting portion 10 can generate suction air toward the connector portion 20, such that dust in the container 200 is drawn through the collecting portion 10 and the connector portion 20 and discharged outside the container 200. Furthermore, by mounting the dust collecting device 100 to the container 200 via the mounting portion 30, an operator needs not hold the dust collecting device 100 during dust collection from the container 200, thereby facilitating operation and reducing effort.

[0040] For example, a suction device, such as a vacuum cleaner, may be connected to the connector portion 20 to provide the suction air at the connector portion 20. The container 200 includes, but is not limited to, a five-gallon bucket. A specific structure of the dust collecting device 100 and its manner of use with the container 200 are described below using a five-gallon bucket 201 as an example.

[0041] The mounting portion 30 is disposed at an interface between the collecting portion 10 and the connector portion 20 and is configured to connect to an opening edge of the five-gallon bucket 201. By such arrangement, when the mounting portion 30 is connected to the opening edge of the five-gallon bucket 201, the collecting portion 10 is disposed in the five-gallon bucket 201 and the connector portion 20 is disposed outside the five-gallon bucket 201.

[0042] The mounting portion 30 may be detachably connected to the opening edge of the five-gallon bucket 201.

[0043] Optionally, referring to FIG. 3, the mounting portion 30 is provided with a clamping groove 31 configured to engage with the opening edge of the five-gallon bucket 201. Furthermore, the mounting portion 30 may be connected to the opening edge of the five-gallon bucket 201 by fasteners such as bolts.

[0044] In an embodiment, the mounting portion 30 includes a first limit member 32 and a second limit member 33. The first limit member 32 is connected to the collecting portion 10, and the second limit member 33 is connected to the connector portion 20. Along a first direction X, the first limit member 32 and the second limit member 33 are spaced apart from each other, and the clamping groove 31 is enclosed and formed by the first limit member 32, the second limit member 33, and an outer wall of the connector portion 20. The first direction X is a radial direction of the five-gallon bucket 201. By such arrangement, when the opening edge of the five-gallon bucket 201 is snapped in the clamping groove 31, the outer wall of the connector portion 20 presses and abuts against an upper surface of the opening edge of the five-gallon bucket 201, and the first limit member 32 is in fit with the second limit member 33 to restrict lateral movement of the dust collecting device 100 relative to the five-gallon bucket 201 along the radial direction thereof.

[0045] The second limit member 33 is provided with a supporting structure 331 toward the first limit member 32. The supporting structure 331 is configured to support an outer peripheral structure of the five-gallon bucket 201 along a second direction Y. The second direction Y is perpendicular to the first direction X.

[0046] The outer peripheral structure refers to a plurality of limiting rings 210 disposed on an outer peripheral wall of the five-gallon bucket 201 near the opening and spaced apart along the second direction Y. The second direction Y is a direction along an axis of the five-gallon bucket 201. The supporting structure 331 is configured to support lower surfaces of the limiting rings 210 along the second direction Y. By supporting the lower surfaces of the limiting rings 210, the supporting structure 331 prevents the dust collecting device 100 from being detached upwardly from the five-gallon bucket 201 along the axis of the five-gallon bucket 201.

[0047] The second limit member 33 is further provided with an abutting structure 332 disposed toward the first limit member 32.

[0048] The abutting structure 332 is configured to abut against side walls of the limiting rings 210 along the first direction X, thereby further restricting lateral movement of the dust collecting device 100 relative to the five-gallon bucket 201 along a radial direction of the five-gallon bucket 201.

[0049] Along the second direction Y, the abutting structure 332 and the supporting structure 331 are spaced apart from each other, and a distance between the abutting structure 332 and the first limit member 32 is less than that between the supporting structure 331 and the first limit member 32. The abutting structure 332 and the supporting structure 331 may be arranged in either of the following two embodiments.

[0050] First embodiment

[0051] Referring to FIGs. 1 to 4, along the second direction Y, the abutting structure 332 is disposed above the supporting structure 331 and extends in an arc shape to be in fit with a side wall of each of the limiting rings 210. The abutting structure 332 and the supporting structure 331 is in fit with the same limiting ring 210 at an opening edge of the five-gallon bucket 201. By such arrangement, a contact area between the abutting structure 332 and the limiting ring 210 increases and a more compact arrangement is provided.

[0052] Second embodiment

[0053] Referring to FIGs. 5 and 6, FIG. 5 is an assembly schematic diagram of the dust collecting device in the second embodiment of the present application. FIG. 6 is a side view of the dust collecting device in the second embodiment of the present application.

[0054] Along the second direction Y, the abutting structure 332 is disposed below the supporting structure 331 and extends in a strip shape along the second direction Y. Furthermore, the supporting structure 331 is configured to support a lower surface of the limiting ring 210 at the opening edge of the five-gallon bucket 201. The abutting structure 332 abuts against a side wall of a limiting ring 210 located below the opening edge of the five-gallon bucket 201.

[0055] When a plurality of abutting structures 332 are provided, some of the plurality of abutting structures 332 may be located above the supporting structure 331 along the second direction Y and others of the plurality of abutting structures 332 may be located below the supporting structure 331 along the second direction Y.

[0056] Referring to FIGs. 4 and 6, a reinforcing structure 333 is provided on a side of the second limit member 33 away from the first limit member 32. The reinforcing structure 333 and the second limit member 33 are angled relative to each other. The reinforcing structure 333 is configured to reinforce and support the second limit member 33 to improve structural strength of the second limit member 33.

[0057] Optionally, both the supporting structure 331 and the reinforcing structure 333 are perpendicular to the second limit member 33. A plurality of smaller reinforcing structures may further be provided between the reinforcing structure 333 and the second limit member 33. The plurality of smaller reinforcing structures are inclined relative to the reinforcing structure 333 the second limit member 33.

[0058] In an embodiment, the second limit member 33 is configured as an arcuate plate, and the supporting structure 331 and the reinforcing structure 333 are both in a plate shape, are connected to opposite sides of the second limit member 33, and are located in a same plane.

[0059] Referring to FIGs. 1, 4, and 7, FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of the dust collecting device in the third embodiment of the present application.

[0060] The collecting portion 10 extends along a circumferential direction of the five-gallon bucket 201. An inner side of the collecting portion 10 is configured to guide dust in the five-gallon bucket 201 into the connector portion 20. An outer side of the collecting portion 10 is provided with a fitting surface 12 configured to fit against an inner circumferential wall of the five-gallon bucket 201. In a natural state before assembly, a radius of the fitting surface 12 is slightly greater than a radius of the five-gallon bucket 201. After assembly between the dust collecting device 100 and the five-gallon bucket 201, the fitting surface 12 has a tendency to expand radially outward under compression by the inner circumferential wall, such that the fitting surface 12 closely fits against the inner circumferential wall. The fitting surface 12 can offset or balance a part of a downward gravitational force applied to the connector portion 20 by an externally connected pipe, thereby avoiding upward warping of the collecting portion 10.

[0061] Optionally, the connector portion 20 is connected to a middle portion of the collecting portion 10. That is, the collecting portion 10 is symmetrically arranged relative to the connector portion 20.

[0062] Referring to FIG. 9, an angle a is defined between two lines connecting two ends of the collecting portion 10 to a central axis of the collecting portion 10, the angle a between the two lines connecting the two ends of the collecting portion 10 to the central axis of the collecting portion 10 satisfies the following relationship: 140 degrees < a < 155 degrees. By such arrangement, a greater angle a between the two lines connecting the two ends of the collecting portion 10 to the central axis of the collecting portion 10, a longer collecting portion 10, which is more favorable for collecting dust in the five-gallon bucket 201. However, an excessively great angle a between the two lines connecting the two ends of the collecting portion 10 to the central axis of the collecting portion 10 increases a size, transportation difficulty, and cost of the dust collecting device 100. Therefore, when the angle a between the two lines connecting the two ends of the collecting portion 10 to the central axis of the collecting portion 10 satisfies the following relationship: 140 degrees < a < 155 degrees, dust-collection capability of the collecting portion 10 for the dust in the five-gallon bucket 201 can be ensured and material and transportation costs of the dust collecting device can be reduced 100. The angle a between the two lines connecting the two ends of the collecting portion 10 to the central axis of the collecting portion 10 may be 140 degrees, 143 degrees, 145 degrees, 147 degrees, 147.5 degrees, 148 degrees, 149 degrees, 150 degrees, or 155 degrees, which is not limited herein.

[0063] Referring to FIGs. 2, 4, and 8, FIG. 8 is a side view of the dust collecting device in the third embodiment of the present application. A third limit member 11 is provided on an outer wall of the collecting portion 10. Along the second direction Y, the third limit member 11 is located above the fitting surface 12 of the collecting portion 10. When the fitting surface 12 of the collecting portion 10 abuts against the inner circumferential wall of the five-gallon bucket 201, the third limit member 11 presses and abuts against the opening edge of the five-gallon bucket 201. When the connector portion 20 is connected to a vacuum cleaner or another suction device by a pipe, the connector portion 20 has a tendency to drop under the gravity of the pipe and may cause the collecting portion 10 to warp upwardly. Excessive upward warping may form a gap between the fitting surface 12 of the collecting portion 10 and the inner wall of the five-gallon bucket 201, such that the fitting surface 12 can not abut against the five-gallon bucket 201. Pressing the third limit member 11 against the opening edge of the five-gallon bucket 201 may prevent the collecting portion 10 from upward warping and help maintain fitting contact between the fitting surface 12 of collecting portion 10 and an inner surface of the five-gallon bucket 201.

[0064] Referring to FIGs. 3 and 4, the collecting portion 10 includes a first wall 13 and a second wall 14. The fitting surface 12 is disposed on the first wall 13. The second wall 14 of the collecting portion is disposed above the first wall of the collecting portion along the second direction Y and connected thereto. Along the first direction X, the second wall 14 extends toward a central axis of the five-gallon bucket 201. The second wall 14 can prevent dust in the five-gallon bucket 201 from spreading further upward and guides the dust in the five-gallon bucket 201.

[0065] The connector portion 20 is connected at an interface between the first wall 13 and the second wall 14, thereby facilitating convergence of upwardly spreading dust toward the connector portion 20 along the second wall 14.

[0066] Alternatively, in an embodiment, referring to FIG. 7, the first wall 13 is configured as a semi-annular wall, and the fitting surface 12 of the collecting portion 10 is formed by an outer surface of the semi-annular wall.

[0067] In another embodiment shown in FIGs. 3 and 4, a plurality of fourth limit members 131 are provided on the outer surface of the first wall 13 and are spaced apart along the inner circumferential wall of the five-gallon bucket 201. Each of the plurality of fourth limit members 131 is provided with a sub-fitting surface 132 fitting against the inner circumferential wall. That is, in the present embodiment, the fitting surface 12 of the collecting portion 10 is restricted by a plurality of sub-fitting surfaces 132.

[0068] Furthermore, the plurality of fourth limit members 131 correspond with the third limit members 11 one by one.

[0069] Referring again to FIG. 8, an angle between the second wall 14 and a plane where the opening of the five-gallon bucket 201 is located is defined as p, the angle p between the second wall 14 and the plane where the opening of the five-gallon bucket 201 is located satisfies the following relationship: 50 degrees < p < 60 degrees. For a same width of the second wall 14 along a radial direction of the five-gallon bucket 201, a larger angle P between the second wall 14 and the plane where the opening of the five-gallon bucket 201 is located, a larger area of the second wall 14, so as to improve dust collection for the five-gallon bucket 201, but an excessively large the angle p between the second wall 14 and the plane where the opening of the five-gallon bucket 201 is located occupies too much space above the five-gallon bucket 201 and may interfere with pouring material from the five-gallon bucket 201. The angle P between the second wall 14 and the plane where the opening of the five-gallon bucket 201 is located satisfies the following relationship: 50 degrees < P < 60 degrees, such that dust collection of the collecting portion 10 for the dust in the five-gallon bucket 201 can be ensured and the operator may not be affected to pour the material in the five-gallon bucket 201. The angle P between the second wall 14 and the plane where the opening of the five-gallon bucket 201 is located may be 50 degrees, 52 degrees, 53 degrees, 55 degrees, 56 degrees, 58 degrees, or 60 degrees, which is not limited herein.

[0070] Referring to FIGs. 9 and 10, the connector portion 20 includes a plurality of connection sections 21 connected to each other. Along a direction from a side towards the collecting portion 10 toward a side away from the collecting portion 10, inner diameters of the connection sections 21 increase, such that a limiting step 22 is formed between adjacent two of the plurality of connection sections 21. The plurality of connection sections 21 having different inner diameters can accommodate pipes of different diameters, and an end of a pipe can be stopped at the limiting step 22 to avoid excessive insertion into the connector portion 20.

[0071] The various technical features of the above embodiments can be combined in any way. In order to make the description concise, not all possible combinations of the various technical features in the above embodiments have been described. However, as long as there is no contradiction in the combination of these technical features, they should be considered within the scope of the specification.

[0072] The above embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and their descriptions are more specific and detailed, but should not be understood as limiting the scope of the disclosure. It should be pointed out that for ordinary skill in the art, several modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the concept of the disclosure, which are within the scope of protection of the disclosure.
