Abstract
Newness and distinctiveness reside in the shape and configuration of the design of a plunger rod as shown in the representations. In environmental view, the drug-delivery device in which the plunger rod may be installed, shown in even broken lines, forms no part of the design for which protection is sought. Shading lines are present to show contour and not surface ornamentation.
