Abstract

Newness and distinctiveness is claimed in the shape, configuration and / or ornamentation of the garment depicted in the accompanying representations and in particular, the combination of the shirred stand collar, gathered fabric falling from the neckline, front opening with neck ties, fitted shirred band at the wrist culminating in a flared bell cuff and scalloped lace panels extending across the lower body and sleeve flounces. The design should not be limited to the colours or prints depicted in the representations.
