Abstract

Newness and distinctiveness is claimed in the shape, configuration and / or ornamentation of the garment depicted in the accompanying representations and in particular, the combination of a v-neckline, self-tie rouleau straps, bodice that is gathered beneath the bust and accented with ruffled peplum design and a skirt constructed from numerous horizontal panels alternating between floral pattern panels, some of which are gathered into flounces or vertical pintucks, and different lace panels. The design should not be limited to the colours or prints depicted in the representations.
