Abstract

The newness and distinctiveness of the golf buggy reside in the overall visual appearance of the article as illustrated in the accompanying representations. The design is characterised by the unique combination, configuration, shape, contours and proportions of the frame, wheel arrangement, battery housing, bag support structure, console and associated components, which together create a distinctive and recognisable appearance.In particular, the design includes a four-wheel configuration comprising two large rear wheels mounted on opposite sides of the rear axle assembly and two spaced front wheels supported by a curved front axle. The proportional relationship between the larger rear wheels and the smaller front wheels contributes to the distinctive visual balance and stability of the overall design.
