Abstract OSTEOSYNTHESIS PLATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN OSTEOSYNTHESIS PLATE The invention relates to an osteosynthesis plate (P) for the fixation of bone fragments, wherein the osteosynthesis plate (P) comprises a main body (G) with a top side (G1) and with an underside (G2), wherein the underside (G2) is intended for the placement of the osteosynthesis plate (P) on the bone fragments, wherein the osteosynthesis plate (P) comprises a plurality of openings (A) formed between the top side (G1) and the underside (G2) for holding one screw (SK) each, wherein the main body (G) has a multilayer design, comprising a core layer (K), a first cover layer (S1) which at least partially covers the core layer (K) on a first side, and a second cover layer (S2) which at least partially covers the core layer (K) on a second side situated opposite the first side, wherein the core layer (K) is formed from a first material, wherein the first and the second cover layer (S1, S2) are made of a second material, wherein the first material differs from the second material, and wherein the first material has higher ductility than the second material, and to a method for manufacturing such an osteosynthesis plate (P).
