Abstract The present invention relates to liquid enzyme preparations and their production methods, more specifically, to a multi-enzyme composite liquid preparation for dietary supplements and its preparation method. A multi-enzyme composite liquid formulation for use in dietary supplements, characterized in that the formulation comprises the following components: (1) Enzyme composition: amylase, lipase, cellulase, bromelain, papain, and protease; (2) Solvent system: composed of glycerol and water; wherein the total amount of the enzyme composition accounts for 5–30 wt% of the final product, and the weight ratio of glycerol to water in the solvent system is (2.2-3):1. This invention solves the solubility and compatibility issues of multi-enzyme systems, significantly enhances yield and transparency by preventing enzyme precipitation or stratification, ensures product clarity, microbial safety, and long-term stability through a glycerol-gradient approach, and provides a simple, easily scalable production process.
