Abstract

Abstract Techniques for product fingerprinting are described. The technique involves receiving a request for gaming data from an operator device, identifying configuration parameters based on the request, and determining operator characteristics. The technique also involves identifying one or more operator characteristics from the operator device, and determining one or more second configuration parameters associated with the operator characteristics. Electronic gaming machine records are retrieved from a gaming data store based on records having a configuration identifier comprising the one or more first configuration parameters and the one or more second configuration parameters.
