a bedding system is provided that includes a base and a pressure generator where the pressure generator is coupled to the base with a spacer positioned over the base. A coil pack is positioned over the spacer. The coil pack is positioned within a recess of an encasement. A duct includes a first end that is in communication with the pressure generator and a second end that is in communication with the recess. A comfort layer is positioned over the encasement.
