Abstract METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF THE COMPOSITION OF CYCLOOXYGENASE-2 (COX-2) INHIBITORS The disclosure is directed to the method of production of the composition of a cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor comprising a water soluble excipient comprising HPMC, an organic acid and one or more other components. The composition may be in the form of pellets, a tablet, a capsule or granules with higher dissolution of the API or fast disintegration in the aqueous medium. In some embodiments, the composition further contains a carbonate salt to form a weakly effervescent disintegration formulation.
