Abstract

Abstract A surgical clip comprising: a first leg member having a first inner surface with a first curvature and a pair of first outer side surfaces on opposite sides of the first leg member, the first inner surface extending laterally between the first outer side surfaces, the first leg member having a first thickness in a vertical direction, a first width in a lateral direction, and a first length in a longitudinal direction, wherein the first width is greater than the first thickness along at least half of the first length; and a second leg member having a second inner surface with a second curvature and a pair of second outer side surfaces on opposite sides of the second leg member, the second inner surface extending laterally between the second outer side surfaces, the second leg member having at least one tooth.
