A central dynamic mixing zone initially blends the pellet raw materials with the emulsion so that,by the time the material leaves this zone,the pellets are homogenized at the center of the stream.A peripheral static mixing zone, comprising two counter-oriented spiral sections—one dextral (clockwise) and one sinistral (counter-clockwise) — then performs final distribution,flow conditioning creates a vortex that homogenized the material without requiring any moving parts.
