The Integrated Prospecting Management (IPM) is a novel technical concept that integrates four distinct technologies into a unified field instrument for gold prospecting: (1) RealTime Kinematic (RTK) GNSS positioning mounted directly on the metal detector coil, (2) real-time signal classification and Target ID (VDI) capture from the detector, (3) spatial pattern analysis using Kernel Density Estimation (KDE) to identify gold source locations, and (4) an Augmented Reality (AR) heads-up display delivered via smart glasses. No existing commercial product combines all four of these capabilities.
