A subsurface heavy metal including gold recovery sluice tube with circular riffles of different height, spacing and shape with the material on the sea, river or lake floor sucked up at an angle between 20 degrees and 60 degrees by a suction pump attached to the end of the tube. All the material is sucked across the riffles in the tube with the heaviest material aggregating in the riffles while the rest of the material is discharge out the back of the pump. This entire device can be handheld by someone walking in water, handheld by a diver or mounted onto a subsurface robot.
