Abstract
The invention relates to the textile industry, in particular to a method of preparing yarns for weaving. The essence of the invention is that the intermittent winding method, which is placed on the spindles of the spooler and consists in connecting the end of the thread in the working bobbin to the beginning of the thread in the spare bobbin, according to the invention, both bobbins are placed on the same spindle in succession, so that when the thread in the working bobbin is finished, the thread needed to complete the roller is unwound from the spare bobbin, and after the roller is full, the empty cartridge of the working bobbin is removed from the spindle and a new one is inserted in its place, and thus, After repeated use, when less than 1.5 percent of the yarn remains on the spare bobbin, it and the empty cartridge of the working bobbin are removed from the spindle, new spare and working bobbins are inserted in their place, and 2 percent less yarn is wound onto the working bobbin than the length required for winding the bobbin.
