The essence of the invention is that in an underground storage irrigation device consisting of a cylindrical tank with holes for collecting water, a pipe connected to the tank, and a water valve regulating the filling of water into the tank, according to the invention, the cylindrical tank consists of two cylinders placed inside each other with a narrow gap between them, the cavity of the inner cylinder of which is the storage tank, a water inlet pipe, a plug, an outlet pipe for filling water into the storage tank, magnets, a control valve with a trigger, an air valve that connects to the threaded cover of the irrigation device and equalizes the pressure opened in the inter-cylinder area with atmospheric pressure, a pressure regulating hole on the upper side of the tank when water from the tank exits the inter-cylinder area through a single hole on the lower side of the tank, a pipe that regulates the water level in the inter-cylinder area, the upper end of which is connected to the pressure regulating hole of the tank when water is discharged, It consists of fibrous fistulas located in the holes on the outer cylinder, which ensure that the water in the inter-cylinder area is supplied to the soil, and a plastic chain with a hollow sphere at the free end, which is connected to the trigger of the valve that ensures that the water is filled into the reservoir.
