Engine cooling system for two-wheeled vehicle

Abstract

The present invention provides a cooling system (100) for a two-wheeled vehicle comprises an engine (110) mounted on a vehicle frame structure (102). The engine (110) includes a crankcase (112), cylinder block (114), and cylinder head (116). A liquid cooler (130) is mounted on the cylinder head (116) using a mounting bracket (140). The cooling system (100) features liquid pipes with steel and rubber portions for flexibility during servicing. The horizontally inclined engine (110) uses oil, water, coolant, or a combination for cooling. This efficient system enables effective heat extraction and engine cooling through liquid circulation between the crankcase, engine components, and cooler.
