Description
2 of an adequate construction, attached thereto a vertically movable slider3 in a controlled manner relative to it, furthermore connected to the body2 by means of a shaft8 and a support structure7 wheels5 and support arms9 provided with wheels6 lockable in their position, which arms may move, guided 5 by a carriage10, mainly perpendicular to the plane of the body2. The body2 is preferably made of suitable steel profiles and welded plate elements. A fork-model sliding carrier3, preferably of steel construction, is movable in a manner known in itself, e.g. by means of rollers, coupled to a profile shape of the rods11 of the body2. The height of the 10 forks14, which supports a load12, of the sliding carrier3 is somewhat greater than the construction height of the support arms9 equipped with wheels6. The wheels5 and6 rest on the base preferably in the same plane, parallel to the plane formed by the support arms9.The underside of the wheels 5, 6 lies in a suitable manner beneath the other 15 structural elements of the device according to the invention. Of the wheels 6, which are attached in a manner known in itself to the frame of the support arms and of which preferably at least two pairs as shown in the figures, one or alternatively both pairs of the free-rotating type. If the lifting device 1 according to the invention is also equipped with larger wheels 5, by means of which the lifting device 1 with the load 12 can 20 be tilted in a known manner during movement, both wheel sets 6 being of the free-rotating type. If the wheels 5 are realized as free-rotating or steerable, the other wheel pair 6 need not be free-rotating or steerable. The wheels 6 are placed on the support arms 9 such that the projected position as shown in Fig. 1 of the support arm9 is mainly under the loads12 in the position in which the arm 25 is retracted as shown in Fig. 5 considerably behind the sliding carrier3. The lifting mechanism4 of the lifting device may include known screws, a chain gear, hydraulics, pneumatic chain, etc., whereby the vertical position of the sliding support 3 relative to the body 2 is guided either by a transmission mechanism using a self-adjusting shaft 13 with muscle power, 30 by means of an electric motor via key control, or in another manner. The said guiding mechanism ensures that while the wheels 5, 6 of the lifting device 1 are in contact with the base, it is possible by means of the lifting mechanism 4 to freely adjust the vertical position of the sliding support 3 and the load 12 relative to the body 2, within the limits determined by the construction. Also 35 when the sliding support 3 is supported, e.g., the platform of the vehicle, Fig. 3, 4 and 5, the position of the body 2 relative to the sliding support 3 can be adjusted by the lifting mechanism 4. Fig. 8 presents a solution for better guidance of the support arm 9 in the direction 40 may its movement. The sliding element 10 comprises several bearings installed in succession 15 which are attached to the body structure 7,11 in a known manner. The support arm9 is formed from a suitable profile, for example a C-profile, which rests on its inside against the bearings15. The sliding element10 can be made from a functionally cut steel bar or profile that is provided with plates 45 to facilitate the sliding of the support arm9 or alternatively with lubrication. The position of the support arm9 with respect to the body structure7,11 can be adjusted, for example, by means of muscle forces; the support arm can be locked in this position, for example, by self-contained pin locking systems or similar. The position of the support arm9 can also be adjusted by various known 50 lever spring constructions, which can be arranged to be controlled from the top of the lifting device1 by self-contained remote control devices. The following describes the loading of a vehicle onto the lifting device1 according to the invention: - according to Fig.1 and 2, the lifting device is loaded in a known manner with a load12 which can be, for example, a load on a pallet truck or 55 similar, or just a pallet truck, - the lifting device1 is pressed by means of muscle power, or, if it is equipped with, for example, electric motors / batteries, mechanically guided towards the vicinity of the platform16; During the movement of the freely rotating wheels6, they seek their direction guided by the driving force, when the lifting device is equipped with wheels5 and the weight of the load12 allows, the BE2025 / 0113 3 movement can be performed by tilting the lifting device1 designed to fit on the opposite side of the load12 in such a way that the weight of the lifting device1 and the load12 mainly rest on the wheels5 and the support arms9 with wheels6 do not rest against the base. 5 By the lifting mechanism4 the sliding carrier3 with the forks14 and the load12 is guidedly adjusted to such a height above the base that the lifting device1 can be slid towards the figure.3, whereby the sliding carrier3 and the load12 mainly rest on the platform16, support arms9 with wheels6 bear against the base10 and are guided under the platform16 by adjusting the lifting mechanism4 the sliding carrier3 with load12 is lowered under the load of the platform16 - the closures of the support arms9 are released and the lifting arms9 with the wheels6 are pulled into each.
