Description

2. The regulation for the elastic pipe supports of the system is impaired to a certain extent. The third solution consists of directly selecting a new type and remounting the pipe supports, replacing the elastic supports with stiffer alternatives. The disadvantage of this approach is that it impairs the vibration-isolating effect of the system piping and also necessitates the dismantling of pipe supports.5 Therefore, in this area there is a pressing need for a support device for the elastic pipe bracket, characterized by a simple design, easy operation, and high adjustability. This device must be able to allow adaptive adjustment of the mounting and deformation of the pipelines by adjusting the height of the 10 pipe brackets, without having to remove the pipelines and the pipe brackets.Content of the Invention (1) Purpose of the Invention 15 The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of existing technologies, namely the complex operation, the considerable labor costs, and the impaired vibration-isolating effect associated with the adaptation of the elastic pipe supports to the deformation. An adaptively adjustable support device for an elastic pipe support is provided. By manually adjusting the installation height 20 of the elastic support while ensuring load-bearing capacity, the effects of repeated disassembly, cutting, and structural replacement processes on the deformation of the support are avoided. This enables coordinated control of the deformation across all sections of the system piping, thereby increasing the overall effectiveness of the elastic vibration isolation within the piping system is improved.25 (2) Technical Solutions An adaptively adjustable support device for an elastic tube bracket, comprising a bracket footrest base, a screw lifting mechanism, a spring-loaded clamping device, and an elastic bracket mounting base. The elastic bracket is mounted on the elastic bracket mounting base using integrated mounting screws of the elastic tube bracket. The screw lifting mechanism is welded to the top and bottom of both the elastic bracket mounting base and the bracket footrest base. The elastic bracket mounting base is attached to the bracket footrest base via a spring-loaded clamping device. This arrangement prevented a loosening screw lifting mechanism during operation and simultaneously allowed for adjustment of the installation height or deformation of the elastic pipe support. This adjustment is made possible by the interaction between the BE2026 / 7106 3 spring-loaded bolt clamping device and the screw lifting mechanism, without having to disassemble the original support device. The adjustment range is determined by the length of the bidirectional threaded sleeve inside the screw lifting mechanism. The screw lifting mechanism consists of an upper threaded rod, a lower threaded rod, a nut, a bidirectional threaded sleeve, and an adjusting rod. The adjusting rod can be removed after the adjustments are complete and reattached for later adjustments if required. The bidirectional threaded sleeve connects the upper and lower threaded rods in series. Nuts are attached to the top and bottom of the bidirectional threaded sleeve to secure the upper and lower threaded rods and prevent them from loosening. The adjusting rod is inserted into the bidirectional threaded sleeve.By rotating the bidirectional threaded sleeve clockwise or counterclockwise, the elastic pipe holder can be raised or lowered. The bidirectional threaded sleeve comprises two internal threaded sections with opposing directions of rotation. The travel of the internal thread depends on the nominal load or the nominal deformation of the elastic holder. Due to the two threaded sections with opposing directions of rotation, the upper and lower threaded rods move in opposite directions within the bidirectional threaded sleeve, allowing the height of the threaded rod to be adjusted. This enables adjustment of both the direction and the range of vertical movement. A through-hole is machined through the center of the bidirectional threaded sleeve. The adjusting rod is inserted into this through-hole to rotate the bidirectional threaded sleeve without the need for additional tools. The number and arrangement of the screw lifting mechanism are to be determined based on the rated load or the rated deformation of the elastic pipe support. Four symmetrically arranged mechanisms are preferable to ensure uniform vertical movement. Advantageous effects: 1. Convenient and efficient adjustment: The height adjustment is achieved by rotating the bidirectional threaded sleeve via the adjusting rod, without having to disassemble pipes or elastic supports. This eliminates the need for repeatedly cutting off the foot support and adding washers, which significantly reduces the labor required for assembly and adjustment. 2. Stable vibration isolation: Without replacing the support structure with a stiffer alternative, the elastic 35 bracket retains its original vibration-isolating effect and simultaneously adapts to the deformation, thus avoiding a loss of vibration-isolating effect that would result from a new selection or reassembly of components. 3.Adjustable Adjustment Accuracy: The screw lifting mechanism features a bidirectional threaded sleeve combined with a spring-loaded clamping device, enabling precise height adjustment of the bracket. This effectively compensates for deformations at various points along the pipeline, preventing the rubber components from tearing due to excessive stress and increasing the safety and reliability of the piping system. High Structural Versatility: The number and arrangement of the screw lifting mechanism can be flexibly adapted to the rated load or the deformation of the bracket, making it suitable for flexible pipe supports on vessels of various specifications and offering broad applicability. Detailed embodiments 30 The following section provides a detailed description of the detailed embodiments of the present invention with reference to the attached drawings. It should be noted that the following embodiments serve to better illustrate the present invention and do not represent a limitation of the scope of protection of the invention.35 The adaptively adjustable support device of an elastic pipe holder according to the present invention comprises: a holder foot support base (1), a spring-loaded clamping device (2), an elastic holder mounting base (3), an elastic pipe holder (4), a pipe (5), an upper threaded rod (6), a nut (7), a bidirectional threaded sleeve (8), an adjusting rod (9) and a lower threaded rod (10). I. Initial assembly: S1: Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the elastic pipe holder (4) is fastened to the elastic holder mounting base (3) with integrated fastening screws. S2: The upper threaded rod (6) inside the screw lifting mechanism (11) is connected to the elastic support mounting base (3) (e.g. by welding or thread cutting assembly), while the lower threaded rod (10) is connected to the support foot base (1). Then the two nuts (7) are tightened to the base of the upper threaded rod (6) and the lower threaded rod (10).S3: The bidirectional threaded sleeve (8) is screwed into the upper threaded rod and the lower threaded rod and tightened until it is flush with the nut on the base (ab-15). S4: The elastic mounting base (3) is pre-installed.
