Bearing system for double wheels

Abstract

The present invention relates to a bearing system for double wheels, which will find application in the field of agriculture and in particular will serve to distribute the torque between the steering wheels, so that they can rotate at different speeds, especially when turning or on uneven terrain. The bearing system for double wheels includes a pair of inner and outer narrow tires (4, 6), each of which is mounted on a respective rim (3, 5). The two rims (3, 5) are connected by means of a spacer sleeve (1), with one end of said spacer sleeve (1) having a system for mounting the inner tire (4) to said rim (3). According to the present invention, a bearing (2) is fixedly mounted at the other end of said spacer sleeve (1), comprising an inner ring (2.1) and an outer ring (2.2). The inner ring (2.1) of the bearing (2) is fixedly attached to said spacer sleeve (1), and the outer ring (2.2) of the bearing (2) has a mounting system provided for said rim (5) of the outer tire (6).
