Abstract

The line comprises a functionally and sequentially connected unit for preparing dry mixtures (1), a planetary mixer (2), an extruder with an automatic dosing and cutting system (3), calibrating rollers (4), a layer-combining unit (6), a cooling chamber (7), and a packaging machine (8). Functionally connected to the layer combining unit (6) is the mixing system for preparing the coating layer (5), equipped with a cooling module to stabilize the coating component. The dry mix preparation unit (1) includes a V-shaped mixer, a vibrating screen, a screw filler, a sealing machine, an induction sealing machine, and a labeling machine. The layer combination unit (6) includes a mechanism for forming the top layer and a device for cutting it.
