Abstract

The hydraulic module is designed to provide a hydraulic connection between the heat pump and the heating system. The module includes a booster heater (2), a buffer tank (3), a circulation pump (4), and a closed expansion tank (5), with the buffer tank (3) integrated into the design. The outlet of the auxiliary heater (2) is connected to the buffer tank (3) directly or via a three-way valve (6). If a three-way valve (6) is present, the option to supply the heat transfer fluid to at least one boiler is provided as needed. The buffer tank (3) is connected to the heating system, and the circulation pump (4) ensures the circulation of the heat transfer fluid between the heat pump, the buffer tank (3), and the heating system. A pressure relief valve (7) may be included. This solution ensures a compact design, reduces installation time and costs, and allows for installation in confined spaces.
