Abstract
This utility model relates to an automated system for the production of concrete mixes, intended for use in the construction industry. The system consists of a functionally and sequentially connected aggregate hopper (1), a conveyor belt with a scale (2), a mixer (3), and a conveyor belt for unloading the finished concrete (11).The system includes a cement silo (4) equipped with a filter system (6) and connected via a screw conveyor (5) and a cement scale (7) to the mixer (3). A water dosing system (8) and a chemical additive dosing device (9) are functionally connected to the mixer (3). A compressor (10) is connected to the aggregate hopper (1), the cement silo (4), the filter system (6), and the mixer (3). All of the system components listed are connected to a central control terminal (12). The system also includes a concrete mix recycling module (13), equipped with a control panel (14) and connected to the aggregate hopper (1) and the mixer (3).
