Abstract

The utility model relates to an interactive computing system for outpatient monitoring and automated triage. It includes a specialized hardware client module with sensors on the patient, a control server, a doctor module and a device for auxiliary personnel or relatives. The client module integrates a local artificial intelligence with a voice interface in Bulgarian, which processes physiological biosignals in an autonomous offline mode, compares them with an individual health profile (drug therapy, diet, history), evaluates subjective complaints and generates a structured triage profile with an urgency index. The control server integrates medical artificial intelligence with dynamic access to external databases for assessing therapeutic risk and drug interactions. The doctor module visualizes in real time the biosignals and forecasts provided by the local and server artificial intelligences during an encrypted synchronous or asynchronous telemedicine session without physical contact. The system automatically triggers emergency alarm protocols with geolocation and SOS notification in critical conditions. The application is primarily in remote healthcare and chronic disease control.
