Abstract

The utility model relates to the dairy and food and beverage industries and comprises a machine for packaging dairy products, which includes pneumatic and hydraulic devices and units, and a two-level roller conveyor. It comprises a housing (12) on which a lift (13) is mounted, and a magazine (2) with recesses (1) moulded into the worktop for empty tubs. The magazine (2) is functionally connected to a product dosing module (3), which in turn is functionally connected to a module for transferring empty tubs and applying lids (4), which is functionally connected to a module for sealing lids onto the tubs (5), which is functionally connected to a module for removing the finished individual packages and placing them in groups into secondary packaging (7), for which a control panel (6) is fitted, functionally connected to modules (3), (4), (5) and (7). A frame (11) for trolleys (10) is mounted on the housing (12). Immediately adjacent to the control panel (6) and the frame (11), a roller conveyor (8) is mounted on the housing (12), with a gate (9) fitted to its underside for moving the filled trays. The product dosing module (3) consists of a housing (16) to which an inlet pipe (21), an outlet pipe (22), an overflow (23), a rod (24) with a spring (25) fitted, a mechanism comprising a drive shaft (15) to which a pin (14) is attached, arms (17) for actuating the shaft (15) connected to racks (18), a spring (19) and a cylinder (20). The module for transferring empty tubs and applying lids (4) consists of a centre rail (32), a right-hand side rail (31), a left-hand side rail (33), to which a single-sided push bar (26) is attached, and a side rail guide (30) supported by a rail (29), an upper stop bar (27) attached to the centre rail (32), a lower stop bar (28) secured to the centre rail (32). The module for discharging the finished individual packages and placing them in groups into secondary packaging (7) comprises a housing (37), to which are mounted a vacuum pump, a drawbar (38), wheels (36) and a box (35), beneath which a holder (39), a plate (40) and suction cups (34) are mounted.
