The hall device

Abstract

The Hall device contains a Hall semiconductor sensor (1), whose two input contacts are connected to the terminals of a power supply (2) in current generator mode. There are two more high-impedance trimmers (3) and (4) of equal value, connected to the terminals of the current source (2), the midpoints of which are connected to the inputs of the first (5) and second (6) operational amplifiers, respectively. The output contacts of the sensor (1) are connected simultaneously to these two inputs, but only to the non-inverting or only to the inverting inputs of amplifiers (5) and (6). The outputs of the two amplifiers (5) and (6) are connected to the input of a third differential amplifier (7), whose output is the output (8) of the Hall device.
