Description

Support for dispensers of liquids for personal cleansing. Technological sector of the invention.

[001] The present invention belongs to the civil construction sector, and refers, more specifically, to a dispenser support that securely fixes containers, allowing controlled release by magnetic actuator and adaptation to different sizes and shapes of packaging. State of the art

[002] Dispensers used in hotels and similar locations, such as gyms, restaurants, and public restrooms, frequently face security issues related to easy access to their contents. These devices, designed to provide products such as liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, or even hand sanitizer, often have simple opening mechanisms that can be exploited by malicious individuals. The ease with which they can be opened or removed from walls can lead to theft of the dispenser itself or its contents, resulting in recurring financial losses. Furthermore, the lack of secure locking systems can also compromise the proper replenishment of products, allowing unauthorized access, tampering, or contamination that can impact the guest experience and even the health of users. These security issues highlight the need for dispensers designed with robust mechanisms, such as locks or anti-theft systems, that hinder unauthorized access and ensure greater durability and reliability of the equipment. New Invention Details

[003] The invention comprising a dispenser support with improved fastening offers several functional and practical advantages. This support allows the containers to be fixed, preventing them from being improperly removed, which increases safety in shared-use environments such as hotels, gyms, and public restrooms. Furthermore, the system includes a front cover with release via a magnetic actuator, which provides practicality and speed in refilling or replacing the containers, without the need for... Petition 870250004563, dated 01 / 21 / 2025, page 5 / 23 2 / 4 of additional tools. The ability to accommodate different types and sizes of containers makes the support versatile and adaptable to various products, such as liquid soaps, shampoos, conditioners, or hand sanitizer. This flexibility, combined with the system's security, helps reduce maintenance costs, prevent theft or tampering, and improve the end-user experience, establishing itself as an efficient and modern solution for managing dispensers in high-traffic areas. Description of the attached figures

[004] In order for the present invention to be fully understood and put into practice by any technician in this technological sector, it will be described in a clear, concise and sufficient manner, based on the attached figures, which illustrate and support it, listed below: Figure 1 represents the support with the dispenser containers; Figure 2 represents the support, the magnetic actuator, and the dispenser containers; Figure 3 shows the support with the dispenser containers, highlighting the front cover when open and the attachment of the container base; Figure 4 depicts the support, highlighting the position of the lid when closed; Figure 5 depicts the support, highlighting the lid that opens using the magnetic actuator; Figure 6 depicts the support, highlighting the open lid without the magnetic actuator, keeping the latch raised; Figure 7 depicts the lid of the holder, highlighting the flap that is integrated into the closure and the protrusions that surround the bases of the containers; Figure 8 represents the lid of the support, highlighting the dividers for attaching to the containers; Figure 9 depicts the magnetic actuator when used to open the front cover; Petition 870250004563, dated 01 / 21 / 2025, page 6 / 23 3 / 4 Figure 10 represents the end of the support, highlighting the lock and the magnetic actuator; Figure 11 shows the bottom view of the support, highlighting the cavities for wall mounting and the location for the magnetic actuator; Figure 12 depicts a dispenser container, highlighting the base which has a recess for integration with the front cover. Detailed description of the invention.

[005] The dispenser support (S) has compartments (S1) for housing containers (D) and a pivoting front cover (S2), formed by semicircular cavities (S3) provided with a protruding edge with a recess (S5), where the cavity dividers (S10) are inserted into the spaces (S4) between the stops (S9), and, at the opposite end to the axis of rotation of the cover (S2), there is a metal latch (S8) located in a cylindrical wall (S7), which is coupled to the hole of the flap (S6) located at the end of the cover (S2); also having, on the lower part, a contact surface (S9) for the magnetic actuator (A) integrated into the cylindrical wall (S7), and on the rear part, cavities (S10) for placement on walls using fastening elements; the protruding edges (S5) being located in the recesses (D1) of the dispenser containers (D).

[006] The support (S) is used in conjunction with any magnetic actuator (A), and the dispenser containers (D) have a recess (D1). The stops (S9), in addition to receiving the containers (D), serve to couple the cavities (S3) of the front cover (S2) when closed, which allows the dividers (S10) to be located in the spaces (S4) and the protruding edges (S5) to be coupled in the recesses (D1), keeping the dispensers affixed. To keep the cover (S2) closed, the metal latch (S8) remains raised and inserted into the hole of the flap (S6), keeping it permanently closed, without the dispensers (D) being able to be removed or accessed. To open the cover (S2), the user uses a magnetic actuator (A), touching it to the surface (S9), so that the latch (S8) is induced to be lowered and kept in contact with the device, allowing free access to the products.
