[0038] First, it should be noted that the preferred term used here refers to a particular efficient embodiment of the invention among the multiple possible embodiments. This preferred term should not be understood as limiting the possible embodiments of the present invention, that is, it should not be understood as imperative or mandatory for carrying out the present invention.
[0039] Figure 1 shows an exploded view of a device. Petition 870250007928, dated 01 / 30 / 2025, page 10 / 34 6 / 10 of a wheelset movement device 1200, preferably comprising a movable bar 1201 equipped with a pivot 1220 in its middle region and associated with an axle structure 1210 by means of clamps 1204A, 1204B and 1204C, also comprises actuators 1202 and wheelsets 1203. The pivot 1220 present on the movable bar 1201 preferably comprises a support 1221 and an axle 1222, the support 1221 comprising a structure formed by two parallel plates associated with each other at one of their ends by means of a perpendicular plate, the other end of the parallel plates is provided with a hole in which the axle 1222 is inserted. In Figure 1 it is also possible to see the frame 1100 to which the wheelset movement device 1200 is pivotally associated, this association being made by means of the insertion of 1220 pivots in 1113 bearings in the 1100 frame.
[0040] In Figure 2A, in Figure 2B, in Figure 2C, in Figure 2D, inFigure 2E, Figure 2F, and Figure 2G show different views of the wheel axle assembly 1200. Figure 2A and Figure 2B show perspective views where the axle structure 1210 can be observed in more detail, preferably comprising a first fixed bar 1211, preferably cylindrical, and a second fixed bar 1212 parallel to the first fixed bar 1211. It also comprises arms 1213 perpendicularly associated with the ends of the first fixed bar 1211 and the ends of the second fixed bar 1212. The first fixed bar 1211 is positioned at one end of the arms 1213, and the second fixed bar 1212 is positioned near the first end of the arms 1213. The wheelsets 1203 are associated with the second end of the arms 1213.The cylindrical shape of the first fixed bar 1211 and the use of clamps 1204A, 1204B and 1204C for its association with the movable bar 1201 enables the rotation of the first fixed bar 1211 around an axis that passes through the center of the cylinder bases, the arrangement of the first fixed bar 1211 at the end of the arms. Petition 870250007928, dated 01 / 30 / 2025, page 11 / 34 7 / 10 1213 causes its rotation to promote the rotation of the entire 1210 shaft structure.
[0041] It is also possible to see the actuators 1202, in particular in Figure 2G, which have one of their ends associated with a projection of the movable bar 1201 and their other end associated with the second fixed bar 1212. The action of the actuators 1202 is responsible for the rotation of the shaft structure 1210 around the axis of the first fixed bar 1211, so that the extension of the actuator 1202 results in an increase in the height of the wheelsets 1203 and the retraction of the actuators 1202 results in a reduction in the height of the wheelsets 1203. At the point of maximum extension, the actuators 1202 bring the arms 1213 to a position perpendicular or almost perpendicular to the ground; at the point of maximum retraction, the actuators 1202 bring the arms 1213 to a position parallel or almost parallel to the ground.
[0042] Figure 3A, Figure 3B and Figure 3C show front views of the wheel drive device 1200 associated with frame 1100.The pivots 1220 and bearings 1113 are indicated, and it is possible to observe how the wheelset drive device 1200 rotates in a plane perpendicular to the implement's movement, allowing one wheelset 1203 to be raised and the other wheelset 1203 to be lowered simultaneously. In Figure 3A, the wheelset drive assemblies 1200 advance on a flat surface; the movable bar 1201, the first fixed bar 1211, and the second fixed bar 1212 are in a horizontal position, and the wheelsets 1203 are at the same height. In Figure 3B, the wheelset drive assemblies 1200 advance over a depression; the movable bar 1201, the first fixed bar 1211, and the second fixed bar 1212 are inclined, and the wheelsets 1203 near the center are lower than the wheelsets 1203 near the ends. In Figure 3C, the wheelset drives 1200 advance over an elevation, the movable bar 1201, the first fixed bar 1211 and the second fixed bar 1212 are inclined, and the wheelsets 1203. Petition 870250007928, dated 01 / 30 / 2025, page 12 / 34 8 / 10 closest to the center are taller than the 1203 wheels closest to the ends.
[0043] Figure 4 highlights frame 1100, which preferably comprises metal profiles arranged in a rectangular structure 1101, longitudinal crossbars 1103 connecting the front profile to the back profile of the rectangular structure 1101, at least one transverse profile 1102 near its middle portion, and a stop 1110. The stop 1110 comprises a plurality of parallel flat plates 1111A, 1111B, and 1111C connected to frame 1100, the frame 1100 being equipped with transverse stop profiles 1112.A first set of flat plates 1111A comprises one of its ends associated with the previous profile of the rectangular structure 1101 and its other end associated with a first cross-section of a pair of cross-sections 1112; a second set of flat plates 1111B comprises an inverted U shape with one of its ends associated with the first cross-section of the pair of cross-sections 1112 and its other end associated with a second cross-section of the pair of cross-sections 1112; a third set of flat plates 1111C comprises one of its ends associated with the first and second cross-sections of the pair of cross-sections 1112 and an intermediate cross-section 1102.From each profile of the pair of cross-sectional profiles 1112, one end of a bearing 1113 projects from its central portion, receiving the pivot half 1220 which projects to and has its other end associated with its respective intermediate cross-sectional profile 1102 or with the front profile of the rectangular structure 1101.
[0044] Figure 5 shows a side view of the subsoiler 1000 comprising the frame 1100 described above, a traction header 1001 associated with the central region of the front end of the frame 1100, a first set of scarifying tines 1003A associated Petition 870250007928, dated 01 / 30 / 2025, page 13 / 34 9 / 10 to the cross-sectional profile 1102, a second set of scarifying tines associated with the rear end of the frame 1100, a subframe 1010 associated with the rear end of the frame 1100 and the wheel drive device 1200 described above, associated with the stop 1110 of the frame 1100. The subframe 1010 preferably comprises a set of horizontal tines associated with the rear end of the frame 1100, to which other soil cultivation tools may be associated, preferably rollers 1004, wherein the subframe 1010 is preferably removable, the use of additional tools being optional.
[0045] Figure 6A shows a front view of the subsoiler 1000 on a depression, where, similarly to Figure 3B, it can be seen that the movable bar 1201, the first fixed bar 1211 and the second fixed bar 1212 are inclined and the wheels 1203 near the center are lower than the wheels 1203 near the ends. Figure 6B shows a front view of the subsoiler 1000 on an elevation, where, similarly to Figure 3C, it can be seen that the movable bar 1201, the first fixed bar 1211 and the second fixed bar 1212 are inclined and the wheels 1203 near the center are lower than the wheels 1203 near the ends. It is noted that, regardless of the unevenness of the terrain, the tools remain on a plane parallel to the ground, demonstrating the effectiveness of the 1200 wheel movement device in copying the irregularities of the terrain and keeping the subsoiler operating properly.
[0046] Figure 7 and Figure 8 show, respectively, a top view and an isometric view of implement 1000 where the distribution of the disc assembly 1002, the first set of scarifying tines 1003A, the second set of scarifying tines 1003B and the subframe 1010 in relation to frame 1100 can be better seen. Petition 870250007928, dated 01 / 30 / 2025, page 14 / 34 10 / 10 and the arrangement of the wheel drive device 1200 in the front region of the subsoiler 1000.
