[023] The present invention relates to a self-contained bullet-type vibrator for sexual stimulation, preferably for clitoral stimulation. It is a snap-on bullet vibrator, and is therefore an innovation for the market in question, as it combines the functionalities of a conventional vibrator with the advantages offered by a bullet, as will be detailed further below.
[024] Figures 1 and 2 show respectively a front view and a side view of the autonomous vibrating device 1 for sexual stimulation, according to the teachings of the present invention. From figures 1 to 3, for example, it is possible to observe some differentiating characteristics of the technology now Petition 870250013321, dated 02 / 18 / 2025, page 11 / 26 4 / 8 developed, with an ergonomic design and ease of use.
[025] More particularly, the vibrating device 1 comprises a cylindrical vibrating body 10, said cylindrical vibrating body 10 being configured with a first end of a flat circular base 11 and a second end in the form of an ogive 12, as highlighted in figures 3 and 4.
[026] The cylindrical vibrating body 10 features curves and lines that ensure greater comfort and ease of use for consumers, when compared to state-of-the-art vibrators. Therefore, the vibrating body 10 offers not only an innovative design for a bullet-type vibrator, but especially technical advantages for its operation in relation to available products and technologies, such as a unique adaptation to the vulva due to its innovative shape, as well as more targeted and complete stimulation for users with vulvas.
[027] This format, as shown in figure 4, highlights that the second end 12 of the cylindrical vibrating body 10 is inclined in relation to the first end of the flat circular base 11 from a longitudinal reference axis 13 in order to give the aforementioned curves and lines. Thus, the second end 12 of the cylindrical vibrating body 10 is asymmetrical in relation to the aforementioned longitudinal reference axis 13, where preferably the inclination is in its posterior portion.
[028] Furthermore, as shown in figures 3 and 4, the constructive characteristics of the vibrating body 10 allow vibration to occur throughout its structure with different intensities, in addition to the fact that the second end 12, in the shape of an ogive, guarantees an even more intense and localized stimulus.
[029] One of the additional technical aspects of the present autonomous vibrating device 1 is related to its wide range of vibration modes. In this sense, the vibrator 1 offers different vibration modes, making it possible to apply a gradual variation in intensity or even to perform a continuous rhythm with pause intervals. In continuous vibration, the stimulus is Petition 870250013321, dated 02 / 18 / 2025, page 12 / 26 5 / 8 starts gently but increases its intensity moderately. In other vibration patterns, the autonomous vibrating device 1 also offers adjustments with mixed frequencies and intensities, altering and varying its behavior in order to offer consumers a unique vibrating experience. In other words, in this last mode, the invention is realized in a variation of alternating intensities and frequencies.
[030] It is also worth highlighting the fact that the vibrating device 1, and especially the vibrating body 10, is designed in small dimensions when compared to prior art products, which ensures discretion for people who are starting to use so-called sex toys, in addition to being easily stored and transported. Despite its reduced dimensions, device 1 is a vibrator whose operating power differs advantageously from prior art equipment.
[031] An additional preferred feature of the self-contained vibrating device 1 is the protection applied to the surface of the electric motor 16, as illustrated in figure 5, in particular by the use of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) material, which gives the product a significant reduction in the risk of breakage in case of a fall. The internal structure of the device 1 (figure 5) was designed in such a way that all components are properly accommodated and fitted, such as the electric motor 16 and the electric battery 15, thus reducing the chances of damage and possible noise.
[032] The self-contained vibrating device 1 also preferably has a medical silicone cover that covers a large part of the outer surface of the cylindrical vibrating body 10, which significantly improves the sensation to the touch. However, other similar products may be incorporated for the same purpose.
[033] The vibrating body 10 comprises a single drive button 14, as shown in figures 4 and 5, in order to facilitate interaction with the device 1, both for beginners and for people more accustomed to handling vibrators. The location of the drive button 14, as Petition 870250013321, dated 02 / 18 / 2025, page 13 / 26 The 6 / 8, highlighted in Figure 4, was designed to be closer to the flat circular base 11, making it easier to reach with the fingers during use of the device 1, regardless of its position on the vulva. This actuator element allows not only turning the vibrator 1 on and off, but also switching between vibration modes and indicating the battery status through visual feedback generated by multiple light intensities and colors.
[034] One aspect of the autonomous vibrating device 1 for sexual stimulation, according to the teachings of the invention, is the fact that the cylindrical body 10 can be fitted to a ring 20, as illustrated in different views in figures 1, 2, and 6 to 11.
[035] The ring 20 comprises at least one flexible lateral rod 21,22 (figure 6), more preferably two flexible lateral rods 21,22, configured in a tubular structure, the ring 20 being sliding along the cylindrical vibratory body 10, and at least one flexible lateral rod, preferably two, associable with a vulva 30 for sexual stimulation. In figures 7 and 8, for example, a preferred configuration of the flexible ring 20 is illustrated, in particular because the flexible ring 20 comprises a cylindrical structure 23, such cylindrical structure 23 being formed by at least one channel in the upper portion 25, at least one channel in the lower portion 24, which connect, allowing the passage of the cylindrical vibratory body 10. Preferably, the ring comprises at least one hollow channel in a lateral portion 26 (figure 8).Together, these features allow for easy attachment and detachment of the ring 20 in relation to the cylindrical vibrating body 10, while also allowing for a proper and secure fit, even during vibratory operation.
[036] Figures 6 to 11 further highlight other important components of the flexible ring 20, such as the fact that the flexible side rod 21,22 comprises a first end 21A,22A and a second end 21B,22B.
[037] The geometric lines of the flexible ring 20 allow said ring 20 to be associated with the cylindrical vibrating body 10 through the passage of Petition 870250013321, dated 02 / 18 / 2025, page 14 / 26 7 / 8 second end 12 of the vibrating body 10 through at least one hollow channel of the lower portion 24 and the passage of the vibrating body 10 through at least one hollow channel of the upper portion 25. This configuration gives the autonomous vibrating device 1 for sexual stimulation a robust structure and at the same time quite flexible in the positioning of the ring on the device and for use by users.
[038] Additionally, it can be seen from the figures that the flexible lateral rod 21,22 comprises a first end 21A,22A and a second end 21B,22B, the flexible lateral rod 21,22 being associated with the lower portion 24 of the flexible ring 20 from the first end 21A,22A and the second end of the flexible lateral rod 21B,22B is projected in a curvilinear direction towards the upper portion 25 of the flexible ring 20, ending at its ends 21B,22B in the frontal direction of the ring. This configuration offers an ideal anatomical fit on at least one inner wall 40 of the vulva 30 and ensures that the vibrating device 1 does not slip out during the entire phase of sexual stimulation.
[039] In figure 12, for example, possible embodiments for fitting the autonomous vibrating device 1 into a vulva 30 are presented in more detail, it being possible to note that said device 1 can be associated with at least one internal wall 40 of the vulva 30 by means of the bending movement of at least one flexible lateral rod 21,22 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal reference axis 13 and towards the cylindrical vibrating body 10.
[040] It can also be observed that the vibrating device 1 can be attached to a vulva 30 with the second end in the form of an ogive 12 closer to the clitoris, but also in the opposite direction, i.e., further away from the clitoris, guaranteeing in any case optimal effectiveness for the entire sexual stimulation process. It is worth noting that the vibrating body 10 transfers the vibration generated to the flexible ring 20, in order to promote desired stimulation for the entire vulva region 30.
[041] Therefore, for any type of coupling of the vibrating device 1, Petition 870250013321, dated 02 / 18 / 2025, page 15 / 26 8 / 8 The vibrating body 10 associated with the flexible ring 20 gives the invention a flexible coupling suitable for various vulva shapes and a vibratory operation completely hands-free, thus making it possible to use it in the traditional way, as a vibrator during penetration, as well as to stimulate people with vulvas during a technique known as "scissors". The invention offers a safe and functional technology, in addition to allowing each person to adjust the fitting position of the autonomous vibrating device 1 according to their body and their will.
[042] Having described a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that the scope of the present invention encompasses other possible variations, being limited only by the content of the claims, including possible equivalents. Petition 870250013321, dated 02 / 18 / 2025, p. 16 / 26
